Abstract

Self-confidence as a form of self-recognition of the abilities that exist in the individual. Community service activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi Bandung lecturer team are about developing student confidence through public speaking at SMP YPU Bandung. The results of observations and interviews with the student affairs department of SMP YPU Bandung that students in grades 7, 8 and grade 9 in communication, delivering presentations or speaking in front of classmates still experience speech anxiety and lack of confidence. The community service activity (PKM) aims to provide explanations to students about the ways and techniques of speaking in public and to improve the public speaking skills of students of SMP YPU Bandung City. PKM is carried out through the following stages. PKM activities go through three pase, namely, the preparation pase, the implementation pase and the evaluation pase. The evaluation of the training seen from the results of the pre-test participants' knowledge of public speaking techniques is still not understanding in its delivery. The results of the post test, participants were able to speak in public, with various versions of participants. The presence of notes for subsequent activities in preparation, completeness of the material. The training went well and all participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activity and wanted to try to explain ideas in public

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kelurahan Linggasari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode kualitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan secara umum kurang dilaksanakan secara optimal, terdapat enam faktor pendukung untuk mewujudkan pelayanan umum yaitu, faktor kesadaran, faktor aturan, faktor organisasi, faktor pendapatan, faktor kemampuan-keterampilan faktor sarana pelayanan. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dilakukan berbagai upaya diantaranya mengoptimalkan pegawai untuk menumbuhkan kerjasama, mengoptimalkan arahan dari Lurah kepada pegawai, membuat papan informasi persyaratan administrasi kependudukan, me-review dan mengimplementasikan SOP pelayanan, mengadakan musyawarah bersama perwakilan masyarakat untuk mengklarifikasi terkait transparansi biaya pelayanan, meningkatkan pelatihan kepada pegawai baru, serta mengoptimalkan sarana pelayanan masyarakat dalam menunggu pelayanan.

Abstract

The registration system is one of the hospital service strategies which is expected to help patient needs, shorten waiting times, increase patient satisfaction and service effectiveness. This research was conducted so that problems regarding online registration at the Majalaya Regional Hospital can be evaluated and be useful for the community, especially the elderly, so that they know more about the online registration method at the Majalaya Regional Hospital and with this online registration it can make it easier for the community, especially the elderly, to register. In the Employment Services method, in an effort to analyze employment services at Majalaya Hospital for online registration so that technological skills for the elderly occur, this uses a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative data collection techniques use interview methods, field notes, photos, videotapes, personal documents, notes or memos and other official documents. The implementation of online registration at Majayala Regional Hospital can be said to be less effective for the elderly because many elderly people currently do not understand technological skills, for example having to register online via the JKN application.

Abstract

Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) merupakan wadah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa di sekolah dengan menciptakan budaya literasi yang memungkinkan siswa mempelajari berbagai mata pelajaran melalui kegiatan membaca, menulis, belajar, dan mendengarkan sehingga membentuk kebiasaan belajar sepanjang hayat.. Salah satu permasalahan yang akan peneliti kaji adalah mengenai apakah pemerintah sudah mendukung sarana prasarana untuk menunjangnya program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja peran pemerintah dalam mendukung program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wali kelas, guru yang menguasai bidang literasi, orang tua dan peserta didik SDN 022 Cicadas Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyajikan bahwa program tersebut sudah di cantumkan dalam lapor pendidikan yang berisikan program literasi khususnya literasi numerasi. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dukungan pemerintah terhadap program GLS. Sehingga diharapkan dengan penelitian ini peneliti maupun pembaca bisa ikut berpartisipasi dengan mendukung dan melaksanakan apa yang telah diupayakan pemerintah dan pihak sekolah dalam menjalankan program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS).

Abstract

The Salaman application is one of the E-Government innovations created by Dispendukcapil which is a good innovation because it really makes it easier for the public to provide population administration services. The Salaman application provides birth certificates, identity cards (KTP), death certificates, population migration documents, child identity cards (KIA), family cards (KK), data correction, non-permanent resident registration. This research method uses a literature review with a qualitative approach, the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. This research aims to determine the innovation of the Bandung City Dukcapil Office in creating the Salaman application and to determine the level of effectiveness of the Salaman application. The research results show that population administration services are running effectively, but in their implementation there are still several obstacles such as a lack of infrastructure and public knowledge of technology. The Bandung City Dukcapil Department can develop facilities and infrastructure and can socialize the Salaman Application Program to regional officials.

Abstract

Abstrak: Etika harus diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh pegawai pemerintahan dalam menjalankannya. Di berbagai tempat masih terdapat kurangnya penerapan etika pegawai yang baik dalam melayani masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan etika pegawai Kelurahan Maleer dalam melayani masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi melalui wawancara kepada warga sekitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menunjukkan etika yang diterapkan oleh pegawai Kelurahan Maleer, masyarakat merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, salah satunya pegawai yang sopan, ramah dan cepat dalam menanggapi apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Dengan tercapainya pelayanan prima di Kelurahan Maleer membuat citra Kelurahan Maleer dipandang baik oleh masyarakat.Abstrak: Etika harus diterapkan dengan baik oleh pegawai pemerintah dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan etika yang diterapkan oleh pegawai Desa Maleer, masyarakat merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, salah satunya adalah pegawai yang sopan, ramah dan cepat dalam merespon apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Dengan tercapainya pelayanan prima di Desa Maleer, maka citra Desa Maleer dipandang baik oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

MSMEs are businesses owned and run by households, small business entities, groups or individuals. As a developing country, Indonesia places MSMEs at the center of the regional economy to encourage the potential for independence to grow in society, especially in the economic sector. In Indonesia, MSMEs cannot be eliminated because the distribution of people's income is greatly helped by their existence. This research was conducted to determine the restrictive factors (barriers) in the development of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. This study aims to analyze the potential of small and medium-scale creative industries in Bandung Regency to increase income. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive-comparative research type. From the studies above, several important factors that influence the development of MSMEs in Bandung Regency include media factors for promotion and marketing, as well as other factors that were not researched. Apart from that, the implementation of the People's Business Credit (KRU) policy and the use of audit designs are also concerned with increasing the income and performance of MSMEs in Bandung Regency. This research has benefits for researchers and readers in identifying obstacles, increasing income, and analyzing the implementation of relevant policies for the development of MSMEs in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Education is a facility in improving the ability to meet various needs. Education in Indonesia has formal, informal, and non-formal education. The research conducted focused on formal education, namely elementary school education. Basic education is the basis of education that is the foundation for students in pursuing higher formal education. Students at the elementary school education level are the stages of child development who still need concrete objects or at the concrete operational stage. This stage is more about learning that uses concrete or real objects, so that students will get meaningful learning. Learning at the concrete operational stage requires a medium that facilitates learners in learning, especially in the use of image-space or visual-spatial intelligence. This intelligence can be built through learning that uses pictorial media and has meaning. If the media used is not suitable, there will be problems or problems planned. The research conducted will determine changes in behavior when learning to use comics at SDN Nagrog, Bandung Regency.. The research method carried out is to use the Class Action Research (PTK) method with the Elliot model which has several implementation cycles. The resulting research results are that there are changes in the level of student practice seen from the learning outcomes of cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. Each stage has an improved level of learning outcomes, and conducive and active classroom conditions. Therefore, the regular use of comics on materials in elementary grades is very effective in changing the behavior of learners, so learning outcomes will improve.
