Artikel ini dilakukan terhadap panitia petugas Kantor Pajak akan membantu kita dalam pelaporan pengpernilaianan di KPP Semarang Timur. Dalam Artikel adalah menilai mengpernilaian pengaruh terhadap pemahaman bidang akuntansi perpajakan yang secara empiris terhadap kedisiplinan panitia wajib pajak dalam kepatuhan untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban pajak pengpernilaianan di laporkan ke kantor Pajak Semarang Timur. Untuk pernilaian Artikel terhadap panitia oleh setiap peserta pajak wajib pajak melaporkan pajak pengpernilaianan di kantor pajak semarang timur dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk memahami kepatuhan pemahaman akuntansi bidang perpajakan akan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin kewajiban pajak panitia. Dalam rangkuman ini kami berharap fiskus dapat mensosialisasikan betapa pentingnya memahami akuntansi perpajakan agar kita dapat taat melakukan disiplin membayar pajak pernilaianan dengan jujur, juga memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang peraturannya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji niat dan perilaku kepatuhan wajib pajak pelaku usaha E-commerce dari perspektif theory of planned behavior (faktor : individu, sosial dan informasi). Originalitas terdapat pada pengukuran yang masih jarang diuji oleh para peneliti di Indonesia terdiri dari : (1). Faktor individu, menggunakan indikator pengalaman. (2). Faktor social, dengan pengukuran tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, pendapatan dan lama usaha. (3). Faktor informasi, berdasarkan indikator pengetahuan dan sarana pelaporan. Metodologi dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif, memuat populasi para pelaku usaha pengguna E-commerce yang ada di Jawa Tengah. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan sample random sampling diperoleh 175 responden. Uji instrumen terdiri dari bartlett's test of sphericity, KMO, loading factors, dan alpha cronbach. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa faktor individu, dan faktor sosial menunjukkan terjadinya gap atas theory of planned behavior, namun yang selaras secara signifikan terhadap niat patuh adalah faktor informasi. Selanjutnya niat tersebut berimplikasi terhadap meningkatnya perilaku secara signifikan untuk patuh melaporkan SPT PPh orang pribadi. Novelty Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar responden menyatakan belum mengetahui bahwa secara otomatis identitas pribadi, dan rekapitulasi pendapatan terlaporkan kepada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (secara sistem), namun mempunyai niat yang tinggi untuk melaporkan SPT PPh orang pribadi. Artinya, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dibutuhkan dibutuhkan peran pemerintah untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan.

Where There Are Differences in the Influence of Overconfidence and Risk Tolerance on Making Investment Decisions. Where this research will carry out tests and carry out analyzes on Risk Tolerance and also Overconfidence in making decisions regarding Investment. In the research conducted by the author to determine the influence of Overconfidence and Risk Tolerance on Making Investment Decisions. This research uses data in the form of numbers. According to Sujarweni, quantitative data is data in the form of numbers. Based on the results after testing, Risk Tolerance and Overconfidence have a significant effect on Investment Decision Making.

The progress of an organization can be seen from the performance of its employees which can be triggered by work motivation and a good organizational culture. The research conducted by the author tries to understand and analyze how much influence work motivation and organizational culture have in improving employee performance. The research was conducted at CV. Bonanza in Boyolali district with multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 23.0 software. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled as many as 30 respondents. The results show that the variables of work motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work motivation variable has a very dominant influence as evidenced by the largest t-value with a value of 4.330.

Human resource managements digital makeover-now a staple of post COVID work life pushes big shifts across firms. Research piles up showing that adding tech to payroll, hiring, or talent reviews boosts speed, lets staff set flexible hours, and sharpens a companys edge. Yet those gains hinge on three building blocks: solid IT pipes, workers who feel at home online, and a culture that values learning-by-linking screens rather than guarding silos. Public bodies and firms in emerging economies run into familiar hurdles-resistance to new ways, knowledge gaps, and tight budgets paid with taxpayer pounds. At the same time, the digital leap invites richer learning loops, a bolder brand image, and faster bursts of innovation as smart-working platforms take center stage. With the increasingly rapid development of computer technology, internet media is a very effective means of conveying information. Through the internet, various kinds of information from various fields can be obtained quickly. The internet has become an important part as a forum or promotional medium. With the advantages of the internet, the author tries to provide information about the existence of tourism and culture in Blora so that the people of Blora city in particular and people outside the city of Blora in general know it easily and save time. The design of this system was made through several stages. The supporting software used is Apache, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and PHP as server side-scripting and the final result of this research is a website that provides information about Tourism and Culture of Blora Regency.

Inventory of goods or inventory is goods or work equipment used in processing the business being carried out or operational equipment of a company. Without inventory, business activities will not be carried out well, for this reason the existence of inventory is very important. The Goods Inventory Information System in a cooperative has quite an important role. One of the problems that often arises in an inventory system is not being able to know the exact number and condition of goods available. In terms of presenting information, the inventory system is implemented on a multiuser basis, where a multiuser system is a computer system that can execute several applications owned by two or more users concurrently and independently. Concurrent means applications can be active simultaneously and compete with each other to use resources such as CPU, memory, hard disk, and so on. Independent means that each application can carry out its tasks without having to care about what other users are running This information system makes it easy to provide inventory information. Apart from that, this system also makes it easier and faster to access information, data and its processing. The new system aims to make it easier for a company to carry out its operational activities, where this system will always ensure that data or information is provided to users quickly, precisely, accurately and at any time it is needed. From the system that has been implemented previously with matters relating to system weaknesses in the company, information or data about the inventory system which was initially very slow to access has now become easier. So that the company's operational activities run smoothly and all weaknesses in the old system can be replaced automatically.

This research aims to design a financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. By creating a financial reporting system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the bookkeeping department to record financial data, as well as to make reports more quickly, which are used by the insurance company as a management tool for financial activities at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya. Likewise, the aim of the research entitled "Financial Report Recording System at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya" is to prepare reports that are equipped with data security, namely passwords. The research results of the financial report recording system at PT Asuransi Eka Lloyd Jaya are to make it easier to record cash flows, as well as to make financial reports more quickly and efficiently. The conclusion from the results of this research is that this system can facilitate the activity of recording financial report transactions so that errors do not occur in recording, users can easily present financial reports more quickly so as to minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports easily. affective and efficient results so that they can support and speed up decision making.
