Abstract

The issue of environmental degradation, air pollution, floods, difficulties in water supply, high prices of basic necessities, and use of hazardous substances that harm consumers have inspired people to the importance of the concept of the Green Economy that synergizes economic value, social, and environmental. This research is very important to do because Green Business which is part of the Green Economy has been applied by some companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aimed to look into and analyze the Development Model Green Business through Corporate Social Responsibility Program, which is expected to improve financial performance and market performance.The population of this research was companies that to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this research were 30 companies that go public and become a member of PROPER (Assessment of Corporate Environmental Concern, which were observed 2007.2008, and 2009. Statistic Analysis used was multiple regression.The results of this research generally indicated that the Green Business had a negative effect on financial performance, as well as having a positive impact on market performance, but it was not significantly. In addition Corporate Social Responsibility was not able to act as a moderating variable in raising financial performance and market performance.

Abstract

The system used for the administrative management of the code of conduct on SMA Swadaya Surabaya are still semi-manual record-keeping and reporting that is used is still manual and only as Ms. Office only. And the notification of student violations to parents only by post. This has resulted in frequent errors in recording violations of conduct learners that is unsynchronized between the daily record-keeping violations committed students and the monthly reports made by BK. In addition, the creation of reports requires a long time. And also the difficulty of communication between the school with parents about violations of students. Based on the description of the conditions, then the research aims to design the system of the administration of the code of conduct learners using the SMS Gateway. The system is designed with PHP as programming language, and MySQL Database Server. The method development of the system that is used for the design of the system i.e. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) consisting of planning systems, analysis systems, design systems, and implementation. The results obtained from this research that is the system of administration code of conduct learners using the SMS Gateway with Mobile Web-based that can help the process of recording and be reporting quick and accurate. This system can also be used as an intermediary of communication between the school and parents regarding violations were done by learners in school.

ABSTRAK Sistem yang digunakan untuk administrasi pengelolaan tata tertib pada SMA Swadaya Surabaya masih bersifat semi-manual yaitu pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan yang digunakan masih manual dan hanya sebatas Ms. Office saja dan pemberitahuan pelanggaran siswa ke wali murid hanya sebatas via pos. Hal ini mengakibatkan sering terjadi kekeliruan dalam pencatatan pelanggaran tata tertib peserta didik yaitu ketidaksingkronan antara pencatatan harian pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa dengan laporan yang dibuat oleh BK. Selain itu, pembuatan laporan per bulan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Dan juga sulitnya komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan wali murid mengenai pelanggaran siswa. Berdasarkan uraian kejadian tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem administrasi tata tertib peserta didik menggunakan SMS Gateway. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemprograman, dan basis data MySQL Server . Tahapan pengembangan sistem yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini yaitu SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) yang terdiri dari perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem, dan implementasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem administrasi tata tertib peserta didik menggunakan SMS Gateway berbasis Web Mobile yang dapat membantu proses pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan yang cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai perantara komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dan wali murid mengenai pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik di sekolah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji niat dan perilaku kepatuhan wajib pajak pelaku usaha E-commerce dari perspektif theory of planned behavior (faktor : individu, sosial dan informasi). Originalitas terdapat pada pengukuran yang masih jarang diuji oleh para peneliti di Indonesia terdiri dari : (1). Faktor individu, menggunakan indikator pengalaman. (2). Faktor social, dengan pengukuran tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, pendapatan dan lama usaha. (3). Faktor informasi, berdasarkan indikator pengetahuan dan sarana pelaporan. Metodologi dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif, memuat populasi para pelaku usaha pengguna E-commerce yang ada di Jawa Tengah. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan sample random sampling diperoleh 175 responden. Uji instrumen terdiri dari bartlett's test of sphericity, KMO, loading factors, dan alpha cronbach. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa faktor individu, dan faktor sosial menunjukkan terjadinya gap atas theory of planned behavior, namun yang selaras secara signifikan terhadap niat patuh adalah faktor informasi. Selanjutnya niat tersebut berimplikasi terhadap meningkatnya perilaku secara signifikan untuk patuh melaporkan SPT PPh orang pribadi. Novelty Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar responden menyatakan belum mengetahui bahwa secara otomatis identitas pribadi, dan rekapitulasi pendapatan terlaporkan kepada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (secara sistem), namun mempunyai niat yang tinggi untuk melaporkan SPT PPh orang pribadi. Artinya, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dibutuhkan dibutuhkan peran pemerintah untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between requirements and framework development in Customer Engagement(CE). In this paper it is developed based on engagement theory with the assumption that satisfying relationshipswill be able to create emotional relationships so that colleagues will be involved and bound to each other. Basedon theoretical studies, this paper proposes a framework that examines the components that exist in CE,antecedents. involved and the consequences of CE. To complete the study, we also discuss how the type ofindustry, company characteristics - Business to Business vs Business to Consumer - and value and level ofinvolvement affect the satisfaction relationship, both direct and indirect contributions from the point of view ofemotional involvement in Customer Engagement. Next, examine the development of Customer Engagement andhow to maximize company performance by making appropriate strategic changes. The findings of this paper arethe relationship between emotions and the indirect contribution of customers’ needs to be improved to thecompany's service industry with the B2B concept for products/services with a high level of involvement;Furthermore, it is also necessary to improve services for products or services with a high level of brand value andcompanies that provide a higher level of satisfaction.
