Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease that attacks the respiratory system caused by the corona virus found in 2019. It spread all over the world and declare as a pandemic by the WHO. Thus, also affect Indonesia. One way to prevent the spread of Covid-19, especially in the closed public area, is by spraying disinfectant. This study aims to design an automatic sprayer that could prevent Covid-19 spread in the classroom and used automatically. The system using an Arduino UNO microcontroller. The disinfectant sprayer design to work automatic that will reduce the need for an operator. The tool works well as the system can automatically spray disinfectant to the classroom. Moreover, the automatic sprayer arranges according to the class timetable. However, the system cannot work outside the class timetable, such as additional classes needed.

Abstract

The level of reliability determines the continuity of electricity distribution in the power system, the availability of insufficient power will affect the level of reliability of the system. The Loss of Load Probability (LOLP) method is a popular method to calculate the reliability of an electric power system. A high level of reliability is obtained with a small level of risk. The value of the disturbance in the generating units, or the forced outage rate (FOR), is calculated using the installed power data and the disturbance data of each unit. The probability of each generating unit, the probability when another generating unit is added, and the cumulative probability can be calculated based on the FOR value. From the intersection point of the interval of the load curve in one year, the intersection is reached on the 346th day with 720 kW, which is the force outage limit. The results of the LOLP calculations show that the electric power system at PT. PLN Rayon (Persero) Fakfak has experienced a forced outage for about 90.5828 days per year.

Abstract

Increased pressure to control costs and increased competition has prompted health care managers to look for tools to more effectively operate their institution. Managers are increasingly using simulation modeling to understand and to run their own process. A simulation model has been complemented with a series of decision making routines. These routines use a hierarchical approach to organize the various scenarios under which the model may run. This concept will present a simulation model of general in patients flow in a hospital. Simulation was used to analyze the inpatient flow. The main objective of this study was to determine the best way to optimize patient arrival at the hospital in order to reduce the queue of patients.

Abstract

In 2005 MPEG-4 is the latest generation in multimedia codec. MPEG-4 was initially discovered in the year 1998 to overcome the obstacles of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. However MPEG-4 was not officially recognized until the year 2002. The MPEG-4 standard can be applied to many applications because it contains the ability of scene-based presentation, natural and synthetic object coding, power script, java-language support and network transparent integration [1]. MPEG-4 is the extended version from the final one MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 which means also part of the working group of ISO/IEC developed by Motion Picture Experts Group in charge of the development of international standards for compression, decompression, processing and coded representation of moving picture, audio and both of the combination.
