Abstract

To achieve the highest level of brand loyalty, namely top of mind among loyal traders, SR12 producers carry out marketing public relations. This research aims to measure the influence of marketing public relations on SR12 brand loyalty among SR12 traders in kel. Rawabuntu subdistrict. Serpong. This research uses marketing public relations theory from Kottler & Keller, 2016, and brand loyalty from Aaker, 2014. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The sample taken was 53 respondents who were SR12 traders in kel. Rawabuntu subdistrict. Serpong. The data analysis technique is simple linear regression. Overall, this research shows that the influence of marketing public relations on brand loyalty can be seen from the conclusion that the average value on variable X (marketing public relations) is 2.60 and the average value on variable Y (brand loyalty) is 3.00. It is shown that the calculated t coefficient value is 4.852 > t table 1.675 with a significance value of 0.000 which is still below 0.1, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted. And the hypothesis test was carried out using the t test based on the coefficient of determination R square value of 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% was influenced by other factors and the limitations of the error instrument. Abstract

Postpartum Blues is influenced by age, education, parity, type of delivery, physical fatigue, husband's support, and family support. This research aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of postpartum blues in the Kedaung Barat Health Center Working Area, Tangerang Regency in 2023. This research design uses a cross-sectional quantitative descriptive approach. Research respondents The population in this study was parturient mothers in the West Kedaung Health Center Working Area, Tangerang Regency, in October-December 2023, totaling 183 people. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The results of the research showed that the frequency distribution of postpartum blues was 20%, the age of postpartum mothers who were not at risk was 20-35 years, 65.7%, mothers with low education were 77.1%, multiparous mothers were 57.1%, and the type of birth was normal. 82.9%, 61.4% of postpartum mothers experienced physical fatigue, 57.1% of mothers did not receive husband support, and 58.6% of mothers did not receive family support. Postpartum mothers need to know information about postpartum blues so that mothers can prevent or overcome the occurrence of postpartum blues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak regulasi dan manajemen keuangan terhadap akses kredit bagi UMKM di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam memperoleh kredit perbankan. Menggunakan studi literatur sistematis dan data sekunder dari OJK, Bank Indonesia, World Bank, dan OECD, penelitian ini membahas regulasi perbankan, hambatan akses kredit, serta kualitas manajemen keuangan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi perbankan di Indonesia masih ketat, dengan persyaratan agunan tinggi dan prosedur administrasi yang kompleks, sehingga menyulitkan UMKM memperoleh kredit. Namun, manajemen keuangan yang baik meningkatkan peluang UMKM mendapatkan kredit melalui pelaporan keuangan yang handal dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Dibandingkan dengan negara lain, sistem cash flow-based lending di Amerika Serikat, skema penjaminan kredit di Jepang, dan digitalisasi kredit di Tiongkok terbukti meningkatkan akses pembiayaan UMKM. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup peningkatan literasi keuangan dan penerapan SAK ETAP bagi UMKM, penyusunan regulasi yang lebih fleksibel dan penguatan skema penjaminan kredit oleh pemerintah, serta pengembangan skema kredit berbasis karakter usaha dan arus kas oleh perbankan. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, UMKM, dan lembaga keuangan diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pembiayaan yang inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan berbasis digital.
