Abstract

Dalam sistem pengembangan tenaga listrik, pemakaian bahan bakar adalah hal yang perlu diperhatikan, karena sekitar 60% dari total operasi adalah bahan bakar. Untuk dapat mengatur operasi pembangkit, sistem penjadwalan yang tepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan, yaitu dengan mengatur setiap unit pembangkit untuk beroperasi secara optimal dan ekonomis serta rugi-rugi dari transmisi dapat direduksi yang tentunya muncul dalam sistem pembangkit listrik. Analisis untuk menyelesaikan biaya pembangkitan biasa disebut Economic Dispatch (ED). Hal ini bertujuan untuk menekan biaya operasional pembangkitan dan juga mengurangi rugi-rugi daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu metode konvensional Newton Rapshon (N-R), metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), dan metode Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization (APSO). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode APSO dapat mereduksi daya sebesar 9.86 % dari metode konvensional N-R dan 2.65 % dari metode PSO, sedangkan hasil biaya pembangkitan didapatkan sebesar 8.04 % dari metode konvensional N-R dan 0.01 % pada metode PSO. Dari hasil perhitungan, APSO lebih unngul untuk optimalisasi daya daripada metode konvensional N-R dan metode PSO. Sedangkan untuk opimasi biaya pembangkitan terbaik didapatkan dengan metode PSO dan APSO.

Abstract

Abstract: The main issue in this research, it is how to apply the Arabic Club to improve the skill of speaking. The purposes of the research are to know how the Arabic language group is, to know the linguistic activity used in the Arabic club, and to know its effect on improving the skill of speaking. The research method, it is field research on the descriptive approach. In his writing, the researcher used a descriptive and analytical method, then collected data through observation and personal interview with the Arabic language teacher in the Arabic language group program and some students, and then made tests. As for the results of the research, they are the linguistic activity in this program. It consists of three types: conversation or dialogue, simulation and expressions. Among the highlights of the linguistic activity in this program are conversational activities and expressions. In its application it consists of what is related to vocabulary pronunciation, grammatical structures and expression of ideas. As for the highlight of the linguistic activity to upgrade students' speech skills, it is the pronunciation of vocabulary. The Arabic Language Group has the effect of improving the speech skills of students in this program. Speak Arabic with the teacher at 2 Padding High School and their friends when applying this program. One of the advantages of the program is that the pupils find ample opportunity to speak Arabic and practice speaking. Abstract

Pembuatan perundang-undangan adalah proses penting dalam sistem hukum yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk hukum yang adil dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis teknik pembuatan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas peraturan dan keselarasan antara kebutuhan masyarakat dengan prinsip hukum yang berlaku. Proses pembuatan perundang-undangan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah sosial yang perlu diatur, diikuti dengan penyusunan draf peraturan yang berbasis pada prinsip-prinsip hukum yang ada. Evaluasi dan konsultasi dengan berbagai pihak menjadi tahap penting untuk memastikan bahwa peraturan tersebut tidak hanya relevan, tetapi juga dapat diterapkan secara efektif. Faktor-faktor seperti partisipasi publik, kejelasan norma hukum, kapasitas aparatur negara, dan dampak sosial-ekonomi menjadi penentu utama dalam kualitas suatu peraturan. Selain itu, teknik pembuatan perundang-undangan harus dapat menciptakan keseimbangan antara kepentingan masyarakat dan hukum yang berlaku, melalui mekanisme pemantauan dan revisi yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pembuatan perundang-undangan bergantung pada proses yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan, yang dapat menghasilkan produk hukum yang tidak hanya berkualitas, tetapi juga sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
