The modern workplace is constantly evolving, and effective leadership is essential to maintaining a motivated and productive workforce. Servant leadership, characterized by its focus on serving the needs of employees and fostering their personal and professional growth, is gaining prominence as a valuable approach to employee management. This study illustrates the role of Greenleaf's serving leadership theory in improving employee management in work culture. This leadership theory emphasizes the importance of service to subordinates as the foundation of leadership, ethical values, employee development, and the creation of a positive work culture. This research presents an in-depth look at how the application of this theory can strengthen employee management and create a healthy work environment. The purpose of this study is that by applying Greenleaf's serving leadership principles, organizations can advance productivity, employee well-being, and build an inclusive and value-oriented work culture. While diverse organizational challenges and contexts must be considered, leadership theory serves Greenleaf offering a powerful framework for continuous improvement of employee management and work culture. Using literature research methods, these observations can provide deeper insights into the implementation of this theory in a variety of organizational settings. Tempat kerja modern terus berkembang, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif sangat penting untuk mempertahankan tenaga kerja yang termotivasi dan produktif. Kepemimpinan yang melayani, yang ditandai dengan fokusnya pada melayani kebutuhan karyawan dan mendorong pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesional mereka, semakin terkenal sebagai pendekatan yang berharga untuk manajemen karyawan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan peran teori kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf dalam meningkatkan manajemen karyawan dalam budaya kerja. Teori kepemimpinan ini menekankan pentingnya pelayanan kepada bawahan sebagai landasan kepemimpinan, nilai-nilai etis, pengembangan karyawan, dan penciptaan budaya kerja yang positif. Penelitian ini menyajikan pandangan mendalam tentang bagaimana penerapan teori ini dapat memperkukuh manajemen karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf, organisasi dapat memajukan produktivitas, kesejahteraan karyawan, serta membangun budaya kerja yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai. Walaupun tantangan dan konteks organisasi yang beragam harus diperhitungkan, teori kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf menawarkan kerangka kerja yang kuat untuk perbaikan manajemen karyawan dan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memakai metode penelitian literatur, pengamatan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang implementasi teori ini dalam berbagai setting organisasi.

Marginalization and prejudice are major challenges in civilizations around the world. As a result, developing measures to foster tolerance among young people is essential in the fight against prejudice. Religious education and awareness initiatives are one approach to achieving this goal. Indonesia schools and colleges, for example, may play an important role in developing tolerance and understanding among young people. Lessons about diversity, inclusivity, and respect for others can be incorporated into teacher curricula. Teaching about the history of prejudice and its impact on various groups, as well as promoting critical thinking and open-mindedness can all be part of this. This research aims to raise awareness, and in addition to religious education, can help develop tolerance and understanding. These religious educational programs against discrimination can be carried out by government agencies, non-governmental organizations, or community organizations. Finally, it is very important to recognize that promoting tolerance and fighting discrimination is a long-term process that requires ongoing effort and commitment. This research seeks to find an accurate explanation of the meaning of life that is widely discussed by the 'world' with its various philosophies. Of course, there will be encounters and separations when the philosophical study of the meaning of life in general is re-examined by the study of Christian theology - which in this context the researcher uses a biblical review. The Bible is a book of mystery; revealing with 'secret' sentences like an abstract painting. Yet it contains many philosophical expressions that are no less profound, accurate, and relevant than the philosophical views of the 'world'. In this way, Christian excellence will appear to 'shine' among the various human inventions in the search for the meaning of life. Through a rigorous comparative approach, the study aims to identify common themes, points of divergence, and underlying philosophical assumptions that underpin these diverse views on life's meaning. It delves into concepts such as purpose, morality, suffering, and transcendence, seeking to uncover the underlying principles that guide individuals and communities in their pursuit of a meaningful existence. By critically evaluating these non-Christian and Christian perspectives, the research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities surrounding the question of life's meaning. It provides readers with a nuanced appreciation of the various intellectual and spiritual traditions that shape our understanding of human existence, ultimately inviting reflection and dialogue on this timeless and profound topic.

Entering the third millennium, technological advancements have significantly impacted human life, making activities easier and more comfortable, but also creating new social and mental challenges. The rise of automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence in various sectors has led to the displacement of human workers. Many industries now prefer machines over humans due to time efficiency and cost reduction, causing widespread unemployment. This has led to feelings of depression among individuals unable to adapt to the demands of Industry 4.0. Guidance counseling services play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome depression by providing emotional support and teaching coping strategies to adapt to this new era. Through counseling, individuals can rediscover their self-identity, build mental resilience, and learn how to face challenges with a positive outlook. Contributions: This study contributes to understanding the mental health challenges arising from Industry 4.0, particularly focusing on depression due to job displacement and technological adaptation issues. It emphasizes the role of guidance counseling in mitigating these challenges, highlighting its potential to provide emotional support and coping strategies for individuals affected by the changes. Memasuki milenium ketiga, kemajuan teknologi memiliki dampak besar terhadap kehidupan manusia, mempermudah aktivitas dan menciptakan kenyamanan, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan sosial dan mental baru. Meningkatnya otomatisasi, robotik, dan kecerdasan buatan di berbagai sektor menyebabkan penggantian pekerja manusia. Banyak industri kini lebih memilih mesin daripada manusia karena efisiensi waktu dan pengurangan biaya, yang menyebabkan pengangguran di mana-mana. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak individu mengalami depresi karena ketidakmampuan beradaptasi dengan tuntutan Industri 4.0. Pelayanan bimbingan konseling memainkan peran penting dalam membantu individu mengatasi depresi dengan memberikan dukungan emosional dan mengajarkan strategi coping untuk beradaptasi dengan era ini. Melalui konseling, individu dapat menemukan kembali jati diri mereka, membangun ketahanan mental, dan belajar menghadapi tantangan dengan pandangan positif. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami tantangan kesehatan mental yang timbul akibat Industri 4.0, terutama terkait dengan depresi akibat kehilangan pekerjaan dan kesulitan beradaptasi dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut, serta potensinya dalam memberikan dukungan emosional dan strategi coping bagi individu yang terdampak.

Abstract: The Sinai Covenant includes three important things, namely commands, law, and promises. On their journey to the land of Canaan, Israel repeatedly failed to obey God's commands and law. These failures show that it is so hard to bring Israel into a holy nation that is acceptable to God. This research aims to analyze the Sinai Covenant in Exodus 2:3-8 and its impact on spiritual Israel. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach utilizing literature review and textual analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Sinai agreement had an impact on changes in the status of the Israelite nation. They are a holy nation led by priests the Torah law is the moral, ethical, and spiritual standard in everyday life. The priests became intermediaries between the people and God. This research concludes that the Sinai covenant changed the status of the Israelites and brought their lives in line with God's standards. They must maintain the holiness of life as God is also holy. The Sinai Covenant had brought the Israelites to obedience to God during Joshua's leadership. Abstrak: Perjanjian Sinai mencakup tiga hal penting, yakni perintah, hukum dan juga janji. Dalam perjalanannya menuju tanah Kanaan, Israel berulangkali gagal dalam menaati perintah dan hukum Allah. Kegagalan demi kegagalan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa begitu sulitnya membawa Israel menjadi bangsa yang kudus dan berkenan kepada Allah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis Perjanjian Sinai dalam Keluaran 2:3-8 dan dampaknya bagi spiritual Israel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode literatur review dan analisis teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian Sinai memberikan dampak kepada perubahan status bangsa Israel. Kini mereka menjadi bangsa yang kudus yang dipimpin oleh para imam dan hukum Taurat menjadi standar moral, etika dan juga spiritual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Para imam menjadi perantara antara umat dengan Allah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perjanjian Sinai telah mengubah status bangsa Israel dan membawa kehidupan mereka sesuai dengan standar Allah. Mereka harus menjaga kekudusan hidup sebagai mana Allah juga kudus. Perjanjian Sinai telah membawa bangsa Israel kepada ketaatan kepada Allah pada masa kepemimpinan Yosua.
