Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Struktur modal, Manajemen Aset dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada PT Mustika Ratu Tbk periode 2004-2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji kelayakan model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan informasi yaitu variabel Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Manajemen Aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan serta Likuiditas, Struktur modal, Manajemen Aset dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

Abstract

This research background is based on preliminary study of SMAN 15 Padang students. the first discovery showed there were many students has difficulty in interpersonal communication; in message delivery or unclear information and inproper information receiving, the delivered information hurt other people, and there was also different mind and opinion which caused conflict, and less of attitude implementery while comunicating. this research is aimed to (1) disclose the differences of interpersonal communication difficulty in experimental group students before and after joining group counseling using transactional analysis approach, (2) disclose differences of interpersonal communication difficulties analisis transaksional control grup students before and after joining group counseling,  and (3) reveal differences in interpersonal communication difficulties of experimental group students who follow group counseling using a transactional analysis approach with group counseling without special treatment. This research used quantitative approach, with experimental method, while the chosen research design is quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design as the model. There were 10 groups of experiment samples and 10 people for group control. The sample used purposive sampling. The instrument that used for the research is a likert scale model, the data was analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Samples with SPSS 26.00 version. The result of research showed that (1) there were significant interpersonal communication difficulties in experimental  group of students before and after group counseling treatment by using transactional analysis approach, (2) there were significant differences of interpersonal communication difficulties in experimental students group before and after group counseling treatment without special treatment, (3) there were significant differences of interpersonal communication difficulties in experimental students group which given counseling treatment by using transactional analysis approach and without special treatment. To conclude, group counseling by using transactional analysis approach is more effective to  decrease students' interpersonal communication difficulties.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Digitalisasi ini dilakukan di Dusun Cicalung Desa Wangun Harja Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Fokus utama program penulis yaitu digitalisasi UMKM. Permasalahan utama yang ada di Dusun Cicalung, para pemilik UMKM ini belum mamanfaatkan teknologi digital karena belum memahami sepenuhnya terkait digital. Hasil dari kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemilik UMKM yang ada di Dusun Cicalung dapat memahami digital setelah diberi arahan secara langsung namun kendalanya ada di kuota internet yang tidak cukup. Pemilik UMKM akan lebih meangaktifkan akun Tiktok nya jika disediakan fasilitas seperti waktu yang luang dan kuota internet yang cukup. Namun, pemilik UMKM memiliki kesadaran dan tanggung jawab bahwa untuk mengembangkan usahanya butuh proses yang tidak mudah dan harus ada usaha yang dilakukan. Untuk melakukan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata selama satu bulan dan pastinya melewati beberapa tahap. Tahap-tahap tersebut yaitu proses perizinan ke Desa Wangun Harja, Kepala Dusun Cicalung, RT dan RW Dusun Cicalung, tahap survei lapangan yaitu mengunjungi UMKM yang ada di Dusun Cicalung untuk mengetahui kondisi UMKM tersebut dan terakhir yaitu tahap pelaksanaan dengan memberikan arahan secara langsung terkait pemanfaatan paltform digital untuk memasarkan produk kepada UMKM yang ada di Dusun Cicalung supaya dijangkau lebih luas oleh pembeli.

Abstract

This research is directed to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and love of money on the perception of accounting students regarding the ethics of accounting profession; and analyze whether there are differences in these factors between accounting students at Djuanda University and Pakuan University. Data was collected through questionnaire distribution to 222 respondents selected based on purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out with multiple linear regression and independent sample t-test using SPSS 25.0. The research findings reveal that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on the perception of accounting students regarding the ethics of accounting profession, while love of money has no significant effect on the perception of accounting students regarding the ethics of accounting profession. The independent sample t-test shows no difference in emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, love of money and perceptions of the ethics of accounting profession between accounting students at Djuanda University and Pakuan University.
