Abstract

The term Diversity management is something that needs to be discussed in the world of Islamic education management, because the discussion is closely related to the ability or inability of madrasah heads to create a conducive, safe and controlled atmosphere in Islamic educational institutions (madrasah) in the midst of Diversity / Diversity that naturally exists. Based on several definitions of management mentioned above, it speaks of a sense that is focused on certain parts, therefore, it is also necessary to write a more general definition of management which is a process consisting of a series of activities, such as planning, organising, mobilising and controlling/supervising, which are carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. In the application of Diversity management is inseparable from the application of multicultural education in Islamic educational institutions (madrasas) so that all madrasa residents, especially madrasa students, respect each other, respect prices, mutual tolerance and so on.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan AI dengan tujuan agar pembelajaran terus dikembangkan dan diinovasi khususnya kemajuan zaman di era digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi. Metode pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan forum grup diskusi dengan mahasiswa. Kemajuan teknologi menjadi tuntutan bagi semua kalangan khususnya di dunia pendidikan. Mahasiswa dalam pembuatan media presentasi power point yang sering dilakukan selalu mengalami kesulitan, mau tidak mau mahasiswa harus terus mengupgrade teknologi agar tidak tertinggal. Hingga inilah saatnya mahasiswa harus aktif dan inovotif dalam pembuatan power point dengan bantuan AI menggunakan gamma.app sehingga dapat mendukung pengembangan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini yaitu mensosialisasikan kepada mahasiswa tentang pemanfaatan penggunaan teknologi, pelatihan penggunaan AI, pendampingan dalam pembuatan powerpoint dengan bantuan AI. Pelatihan yang dilakukan sangat membantu dan meningkatkan semangat dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran karena sangat mudah dan sangat mengasikkan sehingga mereka sangat senang dengan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan banyak manfaat yang didapatkan dalam pemanfaatan penggunaan teknologi bantua AI.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a peace education module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to strengthen students’ conflict-resolution skills, particularly female students, at STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. The research employed the ADDIE model of Research and Development (R&D). The participants consisted of 90 students for the needs analysis and 30 purposively selected students for a limited trial. Data were collected through needs questionnaires, expert validation, practicality tests, classroom observations, authentic assessments, and pre-/post-tests of conflict-resolution skills. The findings revealed that the module achieved an average expert validation score of 4.45 (very valid) and a practicality score of 4.4 (very practical). Classroom observations resulted in an average score of 4.34 (very good), while authentic assessments of conflict-resolution skills reached an average of 4.34 (87%), categorized as very good. Effectiveness testing showed a significant improvement in conflict-resolution skills, increasing from M = 65.9 (SD = 8.7) at the pre-test to M = 78.8 (SD = 7.8) at the post-test, *t*(29) ≈ 6.5, *p* < 0.001, Cohen’s *d* ≈ 1.1 (large effect size). In conclusion, the PBL-based peace education module, which integrates the local cultural values of *Maja Labo Dahu* and moderate Islam, is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students’ conflict-resolution skills. The module is recommended for broader implementation across study programs and community service activities as a tangible contribution to strengthening peace education in higher education.
