Analysis of the Strength of the Upper Structure Due to the Addition of Floors to the First Middle School Building in Pekanbaru City Puspita Sari, Neri; Setiani, Yulia; Ikmal, Ahmad

Abstract

This research was carried out on the example of a Junior High School building in Pekanbaru City with an initial structure of 2 floors and engineered by adding floors vertically to become 3 floors, with the aim that when the existing building has additional floors, it will be able or not able to support the additional floor load. Then the analysis was carried out using the ETABS software modeling method based on the regulations SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2019, 2052:2017 and SNI 1727:2020. The building plan has an area of 34 x 9.5 m2 with a building height of 4 m per floor. with concrete quality fc' 18.68 MPa or K225, steel quality fy 280 MPa for reinforcement smaller than 10 mm, fy 420 MPa for reinforcement diameter greater than 10 mm. The results of the initial structural analysis include the columns being able to accept the loads acting on the initial structure before the addition of floors. After the addition of the floor, the structure becomes unable to accept the loads acting on the structure, so structural strengthening of the beams and columns is needed. By changing the dimensions of column K1 to 30x50 cm2 the structure is able to withstand the additional floor load.

Abstract

Sengketa dalam proyek konstruksi dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti keterlambatan pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan yang buruk, dan pembengkakan anggaran. Penyelesaian sengketa yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan kerugian dari segi waktu, biaya, dan mutu proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan melibatkan kontraktor yang terdaftar sebagai anggota GAPENSI Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui. Faktor utama penyebab sengketa yang sering terjadi dalam konstruksi di Pekanbaru adalah keterlambatan pembayaran, kebijakan pemilik proyek untuk menghemat biaya dengan swadaya, dan campur tangan pemilik proyek yang berlebihan. Metode penyelesaian yang paling sering digunakan adalah mediasi, arbitrase, dan negosiasi. Penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sumber konflik dan strategi mediasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknik penyelesaian sengketa modern dan komunikasi yang efektif dapat mengurangi durasi dan biaya penyelesaian konflik dalam proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

Beton porous merupakan beton khusus yang memiliki porositas tinggi yang memungkinkan air hujan dan sumber air lainya mengalir sehinga mengurangi lipasan atau air mengenang di permukaan. Beton porous diaplikasikan pada bidang datar. Pengaruh pengurangan air 0 %, 5 % dan 10 % dari Faktor Air Semen (FAS) 0,31 pada beton porous dengan bahan tambah superplastisizer sikament LN dosis 0,6 % dari berat semen. Agregat kasar yang digunakan berupa batu pecah (split) 10 - 20 mm. Pembuatan benda uji menggunakan silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm untuk pengujian kuat tekan. Pengujian porositas menggunakan sampel balok ukuran alas 10 cm x 10 cm, tinggi 15 cm. Sebelum pengujian dilakukan perawatan 14 hari dan 28 hari didalam air. Peningkatan kuat tekan optimum terjadi pada variasi pengurangan FAS 5 % dengan kuat tekan 12,64 MPa. Sedangkan porositas optimum pada pengurangan FAS 10 % yaitu 12, 62 %.

Abstract

Preparation of test specimens was carried out to determine the dose of palm sugar using a cement water factor of 48, with variations in the addition of palm sugar doses, namely: 0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5 %, and 0.6 %, with 28 days of curing at room temperature (without immersion), the specimens were subjected to heating temperatures of C., C. and C. that at 250 0C a dose of 0% has the highest compressive strength, each additional dose of palm sugar decreases in compressive strength, at 500 0C a dose of 0% has the highest compressive strength, the decrease in compressive strength does not occur significantly at dose 0, 1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.4% decreased significantly at doses of 0.5% and 0.6%, on heating to 750 0C a dose of 0.1% has the highest compressive strength at a dose of 0.2% and 0.3% compressive strength is still above 10 Mpa.

Abstract

Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) is the main public transportation system in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. A critical component supporting the quality of TMP services is the condition and adequacy of its bus stops. This study examines the adequacy of bus stop infrastructure in Corridor 1 (Pandau–Pelita Pantai) and Corridor 3 (UIN Suska–Akses Sudirman Awal Bros) based on national public transportation service standards. This study uses primary data through field observations and secondary data from the Pekanbaru Transportation Agency. The main elements evaluated include physical facilities, service information, spatial planning, and compliance with regulatory standards. The results show that both corridors are lacking in providing adequate passenger facilities and information, with most bus stops categorized as poor. Corridor 1 performs better, especially in terms of bus stop layout and infrastructure quality, due to its alignment through the city center where new facilities have been built. This study highlights the urgent need for improved standards across all TMP corridors to improve public transportation usability and passenger satisfaction.
