Abstract

This research was carried out on the example of a Junior High School building in Pekanbaru City with an initial structure of 2 floors and engineered by adding floors vertically to become 3 floors, with the aim that when the existing building has additional floors, it will be able or not able to support the additional floor load. Then the analysis was carried out using the ETABS software modeling method based on the regulations SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2019, 2052:2017 and SNI 1727:2020. The building plan has an area of 34 x 9.5 m2 with a building height of 4 m per floor. with concrete quality fc' 18.68 MPa or K225, steel quality fy 280 MPa for reinforcement smaller than 10 mm, fy 420 MPa for reinforcement diameter greater than 10 mm. The results of the initial structural analysis include the columns being able to accept the loads acting on the initial structure before the addition of floors. After the addition of the floor, the structure becomes unable to accept the loads acting on the structure, so structural strengthening of the beams and columns is needed. By changing the dimensions of column K1 to 30x50 cm2 the structure is able to withstand the additional floor load.

Abstract

Sengketa dalam proyek konstruksi dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti keterlambatan pekerjaan, kualitas pekerjaan yang buruk, dan pembengkakan anggaran. Penyelesaian sengketa yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan kerugian dari segi waktu, biaya, dan mutu proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan melibatkan kontraktor yang terdaftar sebagai anggota GAPENSI Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui. Faktor utama penyebab sengketa yang sering terjadi dalam konstruksi di Pekanbaru adalah keterlambatan pembayaran, kebijakan pemilik proyek untuk menghemat biaya dengan swadaya, dan campur tangan pemilik proyek yang berlebihan. Metode penyelesaian yang paling sering digunakan adalah mediasi, arbitrase, dan negosiasi. Penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sumber konflik dan strategi mediasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknik penyelesaian sengketa modern dan komunikasi yang efektif dapat mengurangi durasi dan biaya penyelesaian konflik dalam proyek konstruksi.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Buluh Cina is an area that has a beautiful natural atmosphere, surrounded by lush forests, trees, lakes and residential areas. This place is usually crowded with tourists, especially on holidays. TWA Buluh Cina also has a variety of fauna, and what is special are several elephants. Chinese Reed TWA was re-opened with new normal conditions after the Covid 19 outbreak hit. Seeing the current condition of TWA Buluh Tionghoa, it is necessary to make improvements so that the number of visitors returns to be crowded. With a large number of visitors, it can improve the standard of living of the surrounding community, developing UMKM  can indirectly create jobs. The arrangement that was carried out began with field observations. After gathering information on what can be done to organize this area, a plan is drawn up. The activities carried out included installing signboards and cleaning the TWA Buluh cina area. The goal is that the area is more organized, visitors are more comfortable and can more easily travel at the Chinese Bamboo Tour site. This activity involves the academic community of STT Pekanbaru, the government (kelurahan or village) and the local community

Abstract

Jalan Tol merupakan jalan tertutup dimana pengguna jalan dikenakan biaya untuk melintasinya sesuai tarif yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berlokasi di ruas jalan tol Pekanbaru – Dumai dengan penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap keamanan dan kenyamanan jalan tol Pekanbaru – Dumai. Dengan sampel sebanyak 301 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan program Statical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Berdasarkan tabel hasil analisis deskriptif keamanan penilaian pengguna jalan atau responden berada pada rentang nilai antara 2,5116 – 2,9701 yang berarti para pengguna jalan atau responden merasa puas. Penilaian kenyamanan pengguna jalan atau responden berada pada rentang nilai antara 2,6279 – 3,0365 yang berarti para pengguna jalan atau responden merasa puas terhadap kinerja jalan tol Pekanbaru – Dumai.

Abstract

Beton porous merupakan beton khusus yang memiliki porositas tinggi yang memungkinkan air hujan dan sumber air lainya mengalir sehinga mengurangi lipasan atau air mengenang di permukaan. Beton porous diaplikasikan pada bidang datar. Pengaruh pengurangan air 0 %, 5 % dan 10 % dari Faktor Air Semen (FAS) 0,31 pada beton porous dengan bahan tambah superplastisizer sikament LN dosis 0,6 % dari berat semen. Agregat kasar yang digunakan berupa batu pecah (split) 10 - 20 mm. Pembuatan benda uji menggunakan silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm untuk pengujian kuat tekan. Pengujian porositas menggunakan sampel balok ukuran alas 10 cm x 10 cm, tinggi 15 cm. Sebelum pengujian dilakukan perawatan 14 hari dan 28 hari didalam air. Peningkatan kuat tekan optimum terjadi pada variasi pengurangan FAS 5 % dengan kuat tekan 12,64 MPa. Sedangkan porositas optimum pada pengurangan FAS 10 % yaitu 12, 62 %.

Abstract

Preparation of test specimens was carried out to determine the dose of palm sugar using a cement water factor of 48, with variations in the addition of palm sugar doses, namely: 0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5 %, and 0.6 %, with 28 days of curing at room temperature (without immersion), the specimens were subjected to heating temperatures of C., C. and C. that at 250 0C a dose of 0% has the highest compressive strength, each additional dose of palm sugar decreases in compressive strength, at 500 0C a dose of 0% has the highest compressive strength, the decrease in compressive strength does not occur significantly at dose 0, 1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.4% decreased significantly at doses of 0.5% and 0.6%, on heating to 750 0C a dose of 0.1% has the highest compressive strength at a dose of 0.2% and 0.3% compressive strength is still above 10 Mpa.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kadar air 2,5%, 5%, 7,5% dan 10% dari berat semen ( pengaruh penambahan rasio air semen) terhadap modulus elatisitas beton dengan uji Kecepatan Pulsa Ultrasonik / Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) Test. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan agregat halus jenis pasir tipe 1 dari Cimalaka, agregat kasr diameter maksimum 20 mm dari Cimahi da semen portlan Tipe 1.Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan silinder 10x20 cm yang mengalami perawatan 3 hari, 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. Setiab penggujian menggunakan dua buah sampel. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penambahan kadar air akan menurunkan nilai modulus elatisitas.

Abstract

Timeliness in construction projects is a crucial factor that affects cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Delays in project completion can have serious consequences. The Palapa Market Revitalization Project in Pekanbaru City with a contract value of Rp2,791,647,140.00 and a planned duration of 120 calendar days experienced a delay of -7.42% in the 13th week. This problem prompted this study to analyze project scheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) to identify critical path activities and accelerate them through the Crash Program method by adding overtime work for 1, 2, 3, and 4 hours. The results of the study indicate that critical activities that can be accelerated include Steel Column Work, Steel Beam Work, and Hollow Frame Painting Work. The optimal acceleration scenario is the addition of overtime for 1 hour per day, so that the duration of the Steel Column Work is reduced to 125 days from 129 days at a cost of Rp. 215,719,694.80 (from Rp. 190,999,200.00), Steel Beam Work reduced to 125 days from 129 days at a cost of Rp. 80,595,986.13 (from Rp. 72,212,000.00), and Hollow Frame Painting Work reduced to 126 days from 129 days at a cost of Rp. 17,591,213.87 (from Rp. 15,635,200.00). These results indicate the effectiveness of the schedule acceleration strategy in mitigating project delays by considering cost implications.
