Abstract

Abstract

PT Infia Media Pratama is a company based in the creative content industry, primarily social media content, which is currently experiencing a quite serious turnover rate, reaching an average of 19% in the last three years. Even though the normal turnover rate is 5%, to overcome this turnover problem, an analysis of the various variables that influence employee turnover intention is needed. This research aims to try to observe the relationship between the variables' employee engagement, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and employee turnover intention. The research was conducted through a survey using a census sampling method. Primary data analysis tests use multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing uses t-test and F-test. The research results show that increasing employee engagement and organizational commitment have a positive influence on increasing employee turnover intention. The quality of work-life variable has a negative relationship with employee turnover intention, even though the effect is only 4%. Thus, companies need to improve the quality of work life in an effort to reduce employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The Situ Gunung Nature Tourism Park (TWA) is a conservation area that was developed by prioritizing the concept of ecotourism. However, the ecotourism program created could have been more optimal, considering the requests and desires of visitors. This research aims to determine the factors that underlie decision-making for ecotourism visits at TWA Situ Gunung, West Java. The variables explained include the concept of ecotourism, intention to revisit, perception of cleanliness, and ticket price differentiation. The method used in this research is SmartPLS to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results show that ticket prices negatively influence ecotourism visits, with a coefficient of -0.058 (H1). On the other hand, cleanliness has a positive effect with a coefficient of 0.224 (H2), and security has a positive impact of 0.180 (H3). The accessibility factor is proven to have the most significant influence on ecotourism visits, with a coefficient of 0.464 (H4). The results of this research indicate that to increase ecotourism visits, managers need to focus on improving accessibility and cleanliness, as well as reconsidering ticket pricing strategies. Thus, this research contributes to the development of ecotourism that is more responsive to visitor needs and preferences, increasing visits and supporting conservation desires at Situ Gunung TWA.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the primary and secondary carbon footprints within the environment of Sahid University Jakarta. As an educational institution, a university plays a strategic role in climate change mitigation; however, most campuses in Indonesia have not yet optimally implemented environmentally friendly practices. Sahid University Jakarta is among the institutions that have not been classified as a green campus in the UI GreenMetric rankings. This study was conducted in the Faculty of Engineering using a descriptive-analytical quantitative approach, combining primary data (surveys and observations) and secondary data (campus reports). Carbon footprint calculations were based on emission standards from the IPCC and EPA. The results show that the total annual carbon emissions from campus activities reached 542.14 tons of CO₂-eq, with the largest contributions coming from the use of air conditioning (49.29%) and desktop computers (24.16%). Primary carbon emissions dominate the total footprint compared to secondary emissions, such as those from the use of LPG and paper. These findings highlight the need for mitigation strategies focused on managing electricity consumption, particularly for cooling systems and electronic devices.
