Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a destructive impact that has changed Indonesia’s tourism sector. One of the changes is the shift in preferences and behavior of tourists who switch to natural destinations, especially after the Covid-19 vaccination. This study aims to determine the factors that can trigger the emergence of behavioral intentions for nature tourism after the Covid-19 vaccination, especially in DKI. Jakarta has the highest infection rate, cure, and recipient of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia. This study empirically applies the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to 156 respondents. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data processing and analysis tests found four significant and one insignificant correlation. Attitudes and subjective norms significantly influence the intention of nature tourism after the Covid-19 vaccination. Even subjective norms empirically can also influence the emergence of attitudes and perceived behavioral control of nature tourism behavior. However, the perceived behavioral control of nature tourism behavior cannot trigger the emergence of the nature tourism behavioral intention of DKI. Jakarta even though they have been vaccinated. Abstract

Edukasi manajemen sampah pada pengurus kelompok disabilitas atau difabilitas (different-ability) bertujuan untuk memberikan penyegaran pengetahuan pada pengurus dan para penyandang difabel. para penyandang disabilitas atas akses jasa keuangan. Tahapan metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pertemuan dengan pengurus disabilitas untuk melakukan identifikasi masalah melalui, selanjutnya edukasi dengan pemutaran video, pemasangan poster terkait manajemen sampah, serta pemaparan literasi pengelolaan sampah. Respons mitra pada kegiatan ini sangat antusias dari pengurus dan para penyandang disabilitas. Hasil terdapat perubahan pengetahuan pengurus setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan seperti perbedaan fungsi tempat sampah menurut gambar dan warna, mengetahui jenis sampah bernilai ekonomi dan bermanfaat untuk lingkungan, mengetahui maksud fungsi pemilahan sampah, sadar pentingnya tidak membuang sampah sembarangan di lingkungan, dan menghindari timbulan sampah. Kesimpulannya terjadi perubahan pengetahuan SDM bagi pengurus YPD setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan PkM. Metode penyampaian edukatif dengan literasi manajemen sampah lingkungan berhasil mengubah mindset pengurus dan para penyandang disabilitas

Abstract

Ragunan Zoological Gardens (RZG) is one of the tourist destinations in Jakarta. To maintain its existence, RZG continues to increase the number of visitors annually. The brand image factor and the price of admission are considered by RZG managers so that tourists can revisit RZG. The study aimed to determine the effect of brand image and RZG Price of Admission on the decision to return to RZG. The research method used to survey and quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely convenience or accidental sampling. The sample is that visitors have been to RZG at least once. Collecting data is done by interviewing and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses statistical tests, namely validity and reliability tests, variable description analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and F test. Return to RZG. Simultaneous conditions found similar results. Namely, the brand image factor and the price of admission tickets positively affect the tourist's decision to revisit RZG. The recommendations suggest managers improve RZG's prime image by enhancing services and maintaining the quality of tourism products. For example, they evaluate RZG's Brand image and prepare a corrective action plan. Suggestions for further researchers, researchers, should be able to develop research with other variables such as attractions and amenities, social media promotions, digital marketing, and others that influence visit decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia has a natural tourist attraction in the form of 54 national parks spread across regencies and cities, with an area of 16,304,707.13 hectares, featuring a diversity of ecosystems, high mountains, lowlands, savannahs to wetlands, and waters. However, the appeal of natural tourism does not necessarily contribute to the performance of national tourism, hence studies need to support of increase in tourist arrivals to national parks, one of which is to study tourism competitiveness in areas that have national parks in Indonesia. This research aims to develop a model of tourism competitiveness management in areas that have national parks in Indonesia. The theory underlying this research is the theory of tourism competitiveness through the approach of the competitiveness index of the Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index, Indicators for Measuring Competitiveness in Tourism, and Competitiveness Monitor. The research design uses 20 competitiveness factors, where data collection techniques utilize data that has been available at both government and non-government institutions and the data collection method uses library research. The data were analysed by using the dynamic model method. The results of the study found that tourist arrivals significantly correlated simultaneously with the factor of tourism competitiveness of the districts and cities that have national parks, tourist arrival, revenue tourism, and conservation in zona utility of national park in Indonesia. It is proposed that local governments, national parks management and other interested parties make policy innovations to optimize the factors of tourism competitiveness in their regions to support or increase in the number of tourist  visits in national parks.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra adalah tidak semua SDM karyawan Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya menggunakan pendekatan tersistematik dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pengetahuan teknis tentang pengambilan keputusan bagi sumber daya manusai (SDM) karyawan Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya sangat perlu pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manfaat sistem pengambil keputusan melalui pengenalan aplikasi SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan threats). Metode pelaksanaan PkM meliputi sosialisasi pentingnya berpikir kritis dalam saat mengambil keputusan oleh karyawan; Pendampingan pemahaman aplikasi pengambil keputusan disampaikan dengan contoh gambar sedernaha dan peragaan; Proses pendekatan edukatif ini untuk menjaga kerjasama tim yang baik. Hasil pelaksanaan PkM menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan diketahui terjadi perubahan wawasan yaitu sebesar 83.27 atau meningkat sebesar 47.37 dari pengetahuan awal sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah transfer knowledge pengenalan aplikasi SWOT untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sdm Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya saat mengambil keputusan menunjukkan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

The perspective of motivation and perception of heritage is the main driving force and attraction for visitors to make a visit to the Kota Tua Jakarta area. This study aims to determine the influence of visitor motivation and perceptions of heritage attractions on the decision to visit and impact on the decision to return to the Kota Tua area of Jakarta. Researchers also formulate a priority strategy for performance improvement in the Kota Tua Jakarta area through visitor motivation and perceptions. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used a path test with the SEM Model and AMOS 26.0 Program assistance. Meanwhile, the priority strategy uses Multidimensional Scaling and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagrams. The results of the study show that: (1) Push factor motivation has no effect on the decision to visit the Kota Tua Jakarta area, (2) Push factor motivation has a significant influence on the decision to visit the Kota Tua Jakarta area with a CR value of 1.969 and p of 0.049 and a contribution of 20.8%, (3) Heritage attractions do not have an influence on the decision to visit the Kota Tua Jakarta area, (4) The decision to visit has a significant influence on the decision to visit again to the Kota Tua Jakarta area with a CR value of 2.181 and p of 0.029 as well as a contribution of 22.9% and (5) Priority strategies that must be developed in improving the Kota Tua Jakarta area are in the attributes of heritage attractions, namely Shopping, Aesthetics, Congeniality, Scarcity, Influence, and History.

Abstract

Indonesia has various natural tourist attractions existed in the utilization zones of National Parks, scattered in regencies and cities within the archipelago. The utilization zone has a supportive environmental condition and very potential for the development of natural tourism, especially ecotourism. This utilization zone has endowment and added value in the form of attractions of Indonesia's unique ecosystem diversity. The utilization zone of Natural Park requires supporting elements in the form of tourism competitiveness in regencies and cities to make them more accessible to tourists, mostly foreign tourists, and also make it easier for tourists to meet their needs while traveling. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of tourism competitiveness factors in 54 areas of the utilization zone of National Park.This study design used 20 factors of tourism competitiveness.The data were analyzed using the cluster method and multidimensional scale, as well as the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)approach. This study found three regional clusters based on the characteristics of the potential for tourism competitiveness, namely the outside regional cluster of Java and Bali Islands, cluster of Java Island, and cluster of Bali region. Based on the effectiveness of potential for competitiveness, each cluster can be classified as a priority scale for building and developing of tourism competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to propose to the central government, local governments, National Park management, and other related parties to innovate policies innovations through the Destination Management Organization(DMO)governance mechanism in an effort to optimize tourism competitiveness factors in their regions, so that ecotourism in their regions is competitive and sustainable

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra di lingkungan kampus Universitas Sahid adalah dosen dan mahasiswa seringkali mengalami kesulitan menggunakan aplikasi kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pemahaman aplikasi kuantitatif seperti SMART-PLS dianggap perlu melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman personal pada aplikasi kuantitatif untuk menunjang penyusunan karya ilmiah dosen dan mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan PkM meliputi pelatihan pentingnya satu persepsi dan pemahaman tentang konsep dan tahapan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini; Pelatihan pemahaman aplikasi kuantitatif SmartPLS terbaru versi 4.0 disampaikan dengan contoh gambar kerangka konsep sederhana. Pelaksanaan PkM dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023. Hasil pelaksanaan PkM berhasil memberikan manfaat yang cukup baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perubahan perkembangan pada setiap TIKnya yang memuaskan dalam memahami aplikasi kuantitatif untuk menunjang penyusunan karya ilmiah. Secara keseluruhan, keberhasilan dan manfaat dari kegiatan pelatihan dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat sangat bergantung pada kombinasi yang baik antara faktor teknis dan faktor pendukung, serta komitmen untuk memastikan pembelajaran yang efektif dan aplikatif dari keterampilan yang dipelajari.The problem with partners in the Sahid University campus environment is that lecturers and students often need help using quantitative applications. Therefore, training in understanding quantitative applications such as SMART-PLS is deemed necessary through community service (PkM). This activity aims to increase personal understanding of quantitative applications to support the preparation of scientific work for lecturers and students. The PkM implementation method includes training on the importance of perception and understanding the concepts and stages of data processing using this application. Training on understanding the latest SmartPLS quantitative application version 4.0 is delivered with an example of a simple conceptual framework. PkM implementation activities in August 2023. The results of the PkM implementation have provided excellent benefits, which are indicated by changes in developments in each ICT, which are satisfactory in understanding quantitative applications to support the preparation of scientific work. Overall, the success and benefits of training activities in the form of community service depend heavily on a good combination of technical and supporting factors, such as a commitment to ensure effective learning and application of the skills learned.

Abstract

This research has the objective to examine the direct impact of marketing content on brand awareness, the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions, the direct impact of marketing content on purchasing decisions, as well as the impact of marketing content on brand awareness and its subsequent effect on purchasing decisions. The research employs a descriptive quantitative research method with a sample size of 88 respondents. The outcomes indicate that marketing content significantly influences brand awareness, brand awareness directly affects purchasing decisions, and marketing content also directly affects purchasing decisions. Moreover, marketing content exerts a direct influence on brand awareness and subsequently affects purchasing decisions. The R-square value for the brand awareness variable demonstrates that content marketing accounts for 33.9% of the variance, suggesting the possibility of additional variables in future research.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi media pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan adanya pelatihan pembuatan media berbasis teknologi. Kebutuhan penyediaan bahan pengajaran seperti menggunakan aplikasi Canva bagi guru tidak terlepas dari kegiatan rutinitas di sekolah. Bahan pengajaran yang efektif selain dianggap lebih praktis dan mudah digunakan. Namun demikian tidak semua pengajar di sekolah menggunakan aplikasi canva sebagai pendukung media pembelajaran. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) melalui bimbingan teknis ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SMPN 11 dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Metode PkM menggunakan pendekatan interaktif dan sosialisasi membangun memotivasi, tahapan rencana pelaksanaan, dan prosedur kerja yaitu tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan evaluasi. Bimbingan teknis Canva ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2024 dan diikuti oleh 10 peserta. Kegiatan PkM menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, Dimana pada setiap Tujuan Instruksional Khususnya ada perubahan indikator berupa perkembangan yang memuaskan. Peserta memahami aplikasi canva dengan baik. Peserta mengakui bahwa aplikasi canva bermanfaat untuk membantu menyusun modul ajar. Berdasarkan faktor teknis dan faktor pendukung, diketahui bahwa kegiatan bimbingan teknis memberikan perubahan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta
