Abstract

The Sipatuhar pineapple plantation has become an agrotourism development area in the North Tapanuli district, North Sumatra. Although improvements are still being carried out, the interest in the tourist area does not match the expected target. It is suspected that there is no alternative to an integrated tourism program so that tourists do not get additional tourist experiences. This study aims to develop potential new tourist destinations by developing Sipahutar pineapple agrotourism. Through this development strategy, it is hoped that there will be a choice of alternative tourist objects to anticipate the saturation of tourists. This research method uses the concept of Sustainable Tourism with a SWOT analysis approach (strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats) to explore the potential of new tourist destinations around the agro-tourism area. The results showed that there is a potential for Sipahutar pineapple agro-tourism to develop an agro-industrial tourism sector based on pineapple raw materials. In addition, there is the potential to develop new tourism such as hiking and educational tourism, nature tourism and the creative economy industry to utilize pineapple leaves as raw material for woven Wallets and Bags to encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The research's managerial implications recommend prioritizing alternative tourism objects that are visible and integrated with the Sipatuhar pineapple agrotourism area, such as sulfur hot springs, pineapple culinary tours, and panoramic tours.

Abstract

Ragunan Zoological Gardens (RZG) is one of the tourist destinations in Jakarta. To maintain its existence, RZG continues to increase the number of visitors annually. The brand image factor and the price of admission are considered by RZG managers so that tourists can revisit RZG. The study aimed to determine the effect of brand image and RZG Price of Admission on the decision to return to RZG. The research method used to survey and quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely convenience or accidental sampling. The sample is that visitors have been to RZG at least once. Collecting data is done by interviewing and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses statistical tests, namely validity and reliability tests, variable description analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and F test. Return to RZG. Simultaneous conditions found similar results. Namely, the brand image factor and the price of admission tickets positively affect the tourist's decision to revisit RZG. The recommendations suggest managers improve RZG's prime image by enhancing services and maintaining the quality of tourism products. For example, they evaluate RZG's Brand image and prepare a corrective action plan. Suggestions for further researchers, researchers, should be able to develop research with other variables such as attractions and amenities, social media promotions, digital marketing, and others that influence visit decisions.

Abstract

Village Tour Sourcefeather which is at in Village pendem Subdistrict Mojogedang Regency Karanganyar, Central Java Province, won 1st Place in the Best Tourism Village in the Souvenir Category in Indonesia Tourism Village Award Program 2021. With this achievement, Tourism Village Sumberbulu is one of the references for other regions that will develop destinations tour. So that souvenirs as wrong one characteristic special need developed by sustainable. Empress (2019) adds that development tourist sustainable that is development tourism that balances 3 aspects, namely economy, environment, and society. Type The research used is a qualitative research type, with the Grounded Theory method, and level explanation study descriptive. Technique collection data which used that is observation, Interview, document, and triangulation. Tool collector data in study this that is researcher that alone. Data processing procedures using the Miles and Model Huberman consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Sumberbulu Tourism Village is included in the stage’s village tour develop which on moment this currently strive for development village tour sustainable so that it becomes an advanced tourist village, so it is necessary to provide assistance education and training for the local community. A tourism village development strategy that conducted consist from 3A, high school, and BASS. Attractions which offered that is attractions natural, culture, and artificial. Accessibility going to village tour already conducted repair with existence sign pointer direction and availability amenities which complete. On high school about HR and Public that is, training has been carried out for community groups with various kinds Skills. At BAS, tour packages have been prepared and marketing has been carried out by method follow various activity tourist. For increase system promotion which conducted namely by including various activities of the Sumberbulu Tourism Village into the agenda activity Tourist Province Java Middle so that could easier be known by traveler.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan model matriks faktor internal (IFAS) dan matriks faktor eksternal (EFAS) bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi e-commerce dalam meningkatkan tingkat hunian, proses kegiatan penelitian ini peneliti juga melakukan pengumpulan data primer, yaitu; melakukan wawancara dengan narasumber, kuesioner, observasi dilapangan lalu melakukan pengumpulan data sekunder, yaitu; studi literatur, dan laporan atau data yang relevan. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa peranan e-commerce service good atau online travel agent telah berkontribusi dengan baik, namun transaksi e-commerce melalui direct website atau hotel web masih belum maksimal. Rekomendasi untuk White Tree Residence peneliti membagi kedalam 2 (dua) rekomendasi, yaitu: (1) saran perbaikan pemasaran melalui e-commerce, (a) eksposure sosial media, (b) paket room promo, (c) kemudahan transaksi melalui hotel web, (d) loyalty program terintegrasi, (e) meningkatkan kerjasama e-commerce. (2) saran perbaikan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung tingkat penjualan dan kepuasan tamu melalui e-commerce, (a) menambah kafasitas kamar, (b) penambahan fasilitas meeting room, (c) peluasan fasilitas parkir, (d) sarana transportasi, (e) peran serta owner.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra adalah tidak semua SDM karyawan Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya menggunakan pendekatan tersistematik dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pengetahuan teknis tentang pengambilan keputusan bagi sumber daya manusai (SDM) karyawan Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya sangat perlu pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manfaat sistem pengambil keputusan melalui pengenalan aplikasi SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan threats). Metode pelaksanaan PkM meliputi sosialisasi pentingnya berpikir kritis dalam saat mengambil keputusan oleh karyawan; Pendampingan pemahaman aplikasi pengambil keputusan disampaikan dengan contoh gambar sedernaha dan peragaan; Proses pendekatan edukatif ini untuk menjaga kerjasama tim yang baik. Hasil pelaksanaan PkM menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan diketahui terjadi perubahan wawasan yaitu sebesar 83.27 atau meningkat sebesar 47.37 dari pengetahuan awal sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah transfer knowledge pengenalan aplikasi SWOT untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sdm Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya saat mengambil keputusan menunjukkan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to examine the influence of the role of pattern or style on leadership, organizational culture, and motivation on the performance of the Indonesian Navy's West Provision Center Depot personnel. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used structural equation modelling (SEM). This study concludes that organizational culture easily influences personnel performance because each person has a good character already formed since the first time they enter the Dopusbekbar environment. Likewise, motivation is shown by a mental attitude when doing a job according to responsibility. Conversely, the command system factor contributes to the low influence of leadership style on personnel performance. The managerial implications that need to be carried out include, among other things, that each officer is responsible for the formation of organizational culture and motivation of personnel trying to improve performance through increased competence and other psychological skills both formally and informally.ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh peran pola atau gaya pada kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja personil Depo Pusat Pembekalan Barat TNI AL. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi mudah mempengaruhi kinerja personil karena pada setiap personil sudah dibentuk karakter dengan baik sejak pertama kali masuk di lingkungan Dopusbekbar. Begitu juga, motivasi ditunjukkan oleh sikap mental pada setiap melakukan suatu pekerjaan sesuai dengan tanggung jawab. Sebaliknya, faktor sistem komando berkontribusi pada rendahnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personil. Implikasi manajerial yang perlu dilakukan antara lain, setiap perwira bertanggung jawab dalam pembentukan budaya organisasi dan motivasi personil berusaha meningkatkan kinerja melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan keahlian lain secara psikologis baik secara formal maupun informal.

Abstract

Kepulauan Seribu sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata di Provinsi DKI Jakarta telah dicanangkan akan dijadikan destinasi wisata nasional bersama dengan 9 destinasi nasional lainnya. Penelitian melihat sisi transportasi, sejauh mana Kepulauan Seribu sebagai destinasi wisata siap menjadi destinasi wisata nasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang memfokuskan perhatian pada masalah-masalah aktual yang diperoleh melalui kunjungan langsung ke lapangan, wawancara dengan beberapa tokoh yang berkepentingan, memanfaatkan catatan manual petugas di lapangan, data-data sekunder dan survey atas 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan transportasi ke Kepulauan Seribu dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Analisa data menggunakan SWOT analysis. Penelitian berhasil menyajikan profile transportasi Kepulauan Seribu, mengidentifikasi persoalan-persoalan pokok, dan model pengelolaan transportasi berkelanjutan. Hasil analisa SWOT menunjukan total weight score internal factor sebesar 3.7 dan total weight score external factor sebesar 3.1 atau posisi pada SPACE Matrix pada area agresif. Area agresif mengindikasikan bahwa Kepulauan Seribu memiliki kekuatan internal yang cukup dan juga memiliki peluang yang baik. Model transportasi berkelanjutan menampilkan 9 blok menurut alur pemikiran Bussines Model Canvas yang mencakup customer segment, value preposition, channels, revenue streams, key resources, customer relationships, key activities, key partners, dan cost structures.

Abstract

The reason the author taking this title because author want to try to develop this business in order to gain a wider market share, especially in Bogor. The author has belief that Tamtam Thai Tea can satisfy the tastes of consumers in general, especially in Bogor, although this kind of business in Bogor has mushroomed quite a lot, it does not diminish because the writer wants to compete in the beverage business. By paying attention to the weather in Bogor which is getting hotter because of the climate change, population increases, settlement increases, presumably the presence of Tamtam Thai Tea can be one of the choices of Bogor people’s taste that are very consumptive especially among children and adults. The owner of this business which is the author has been running this beverage business more than one year, since February 2019 until now. During this time period and basedon the SWOT, BEP,and PP analysis methods, it was concluded that this business was worthy to run. The author endeavors from the title of this thesis based on a case study on his own business namely Tamtam can develop enthusiasm especially for writers in developing small businesses towards macro businesses, can increase income in addition to the writer trying to get a job in another field, can open or add jobs, can meet tastes society and compete beverage business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mendata profil daya tarik wisata di Pulau Wangi-Wangi dengan pendekatan aspek atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas, dan ancillary serta menganalisis optimalisasi implementasi prinsip-prinsip ekowisata berbasis masyarakat dalam rangka pengembangan destinasi berdasarkan pada program dan kegiatan RIPPARDA Kabupaten Wakatobi, yaitu: (1) Prinsip keberlanjutan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan 3 kriteria (2) Prinsip pengembangan masyarakat lokal dan kemitraan 4 kriteria (3) Prinsip Ekonomi Berbasis Masyarakat 4 kriteria (4) Prinsip Edukasi 4 kriteria (5) Prinsip pengelolaan lokasi wisata 7 kriteria. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dari hasil observasi, wawancara, riset pustaka, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Wangi-Wangi memilki destinasi ekowisata yang cukup lengkap. Ada 28 program dan 36 kegiatan pokok pembangunan pariwisata terkait kegiatan ekowisata berbasis masyarakat. Masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam implementasi EBM, sehingga upaya optimalisasi dengan melibatkan unsur pentahelix, menekankan pada pemahaman dan pengetahuan ekowisata serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat sehingga mereka mendapat manfaat dari pengembangan ekowisata yang mengarah pada pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

PT Infia Media Pratama is a company based in the creative content industry, primarily social media content, which is currently experiencing a quite serious turnover rate, reaching an average of 19% in the last three years. Even though the normal turnover rate is 5%, to overcome this turnover problem, an analysis of the various variables that influence employee turnover intention is needed. This research aims to try to observe the relationship between the variables' employee engagement, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and employee turnover intention. The research was conducted through a survey using a census sampling method. Primary data analysis tests use multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing uses t-test and F-test. The research results show that increasing employee engagement and organizational commitment have a positive influence on increasing employee turnover intention. The quality of work-life variable has a negative relationship with employee turnover intention, even though the effect is only 4%. Thus, companies need to improve the quality of work life in an effort to reduce employee turnover intention.
