Abstract

Dewasa ini, perkembangan teknologi membuat sektor ekonomi global ikut berkembang karena teknologi ini akan membantu aktivitas produksi sebuah usaha. Untuk itu, poin penting dalam dunia ekonomi adalah bagian produksi.Tanpa adanya produksi, bagian distribusi dan konsumsi tidak bisa berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan produksi ini juga berkaitan erat dengan perilaku produsen. Produsen merupakan pihak yang berperan dalam menaikan nilai guna sebuah barang atau jasa. Dalam dunia kerja, perilaku produsen itu ada yang baik dan ada yang tidak. Ada yang jujur dan ada yang tidak jujur. Perilaku produsen pada sumber daya manusia sangat memegang peran dalam menjalankan strategi perusahaan. SDM di sini bertindak sebagai pengolah sumber daya atau pihak yang melakukan produksi secara tepat guna sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditentukan. Apabila SDM tidak di kelola dan dirancang dengan baik akan menyembabkan ketimpangan dalam strategi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menkaji “Analisa Perilaku Produsen Berbasis Sumber Daya Manusia di dalam Industri” dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia dan meminimalisir biaya produsi untktuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau library research. Hasil penlitiannya: perilaku produsen baik di lingkungan internal dan eksternal mampu menggerakkan sumber daya manusia dan sistem produksi demi mencapai tujuan usaha yaitu keuntungan yang tinggi.

Abstract

The research analyzes the implementation of Gerakan Ayo Sekolah (GAS) Program in dealing with Out-of-school children (ATS) and Out of School Adults (DTS) in Ketapang Regency. Carried out in four sub-districts, namely Matan Hilir Utara, Muara Pawan, Delta Pawan, and Benua Kayong. This research method uses qualitative research, the results of the analysis show an average of strengths and weaknesses of 3.2, and opportunities and threats of 3. IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) value is 2.81 and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) is 2.79 placing GAS (Gerakan Ayo Sekolah) in a position of growth. Data shows an increase in the HDI (Human Development Index) from 67.92% (2021) to 68.68% (2023), associated with an increase in the average length of schooling through GAS (Gerakan Ayo Sekolah). A total of 54 individuals returned to school, both formal and non-formal. SWOT analysis integrates internal and external factors towards the implementation of GAS (Gerakan Ayo Sekolah). Matrix IE (Internal External) shows the growth potential of GAS (Gerakan Ayo Sekolah) in increasing the HDI (Human Development Index), with the intersection point in quadrant V, indicating the potential of GAS (Gerakan Ayo Sekolah) in increasing the HDI (Human Development Index) through efforts to overcome dropping out of school and preventing vulnerable children from dropping out of school.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence the implementation of Coaching in academic supervision to enhance the quality of teaching at SMP Negeri 2 Balapulang. A qualitative case study method was used, with data gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that school principals recognize the significance of Coaching to support their roles as facilitators of learning. Teachers expressed a desire for more reflective supervision that facilitates their professional growth. Key factors contributing to the successful implementation of Coaching include teachers' willingness to embrace change and a well-organized supervision schedule. However, challenges such as the lack of formal Coaching training, authoritarian leadership styles, and the principals' heavy administrative duties were identified. The study suggests the development of Coaching programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of schools and the adoption of more humanistic and collaborative supervision policies. It is anticipated that these changes will lead to improved teaching quality and promote continuous professional development for teachers.
