NTT is an area with relatively dry climatic conditions where the rainy season only lasts 3-4 months and the dry season is 8-9 months so it needs an analysis of the availability of water in each water source, one of which is the Borong watershed. The purpose of this study is to calculate how many mainstay debits are in the Borong watershed and find out the need for clean water in the area entering the Borong watershed area. There are two climatological stations that are influential in the Borong watershed, namely Stamet Ruteng and Wae Bobo / Borong. The data used has a span of time for the last 10 (ten) years, namely from 2007 - 2016 with the average rainfall of the two stations is 2132 mm / year, while the average Q99% discharge obtained is 2.258 million m3 / month . To calculate water requirements, the population data is used for 5 (five) years and projected for the next 20 (twenty) years. From the projection results, the current water demand is 0.00003 million m3 / month, while in 2037 it is 0.0011 million m3 / month. The water balance for clean water needs is currently experiencing a surplus of 2.233 million m3 / month, while in 2037 it has a surplus of 2.20 million m3 / month. Of the remaining water that will be used for the needs of irrigation water with an assumption of 1 liter / second / ha, the total irrigation area that can still be utilized is 257 ha with a minimum surplus in October is 0.002 million m3 / month. Thus it can be concluded that the water in the Borong watershed is able to meet the needs of clean water that is available and can still be used for irrigation water needs.

This study aims to find out the improvement of non-native English students in pronunciation by using Listen and Imitate technique. This technique was selected to enhance the students? ability in pronouncing different sounds from their native language. Listening then imitating the sounds repeatedly will ease the students pronounced them perfectly. This research was quantitative which employed pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The result of the pre test and post test was then compared to see the improvement of the Student?s pronunciation after the treatment using Listen and Imitate Technique. This study found out the use of listen and imitate technique was able to improve students? pronunciation skill significantly. This study also provides a set of suggestion to overcome the students? pronunciation problem.

Hydroponics is one method of plant propagation without using soil media which is still unfamiliar in the area. Therefore it is deemed necessary to socialize and introduce it to the community through high school students, in the hope that it can be used as a hobby and even a new business field. The problems faced by partner groups are still lack of socialization about the hydroponic system of public schools, and they do not have technical skills for hydroponic cultivation. In terms of the many advantages offered by the hydroponic system, such as ease in plant care, controlling the levels of nutrients needed by plants, where nutrition can be provided according to needs. In addition, the hydroponic vegetable yields are crisp and fresher. Based on the results of evaluation and monitoring after the socialization was quite satisfactory. Because this is only the socialization stage so this PKM activity needs to be continued.

The objectives of implementing this community service are: (1) increasing farmers' knowledge and skills about land optimization techniques or land economic assessment (2) increasing farmers' knowledge in aspects of superior commodity selection methods and (3) increasing farmers' knowledge and skills in farming bookkeeping. The implementation uses the adult education method (andragogy), which is to systematically reconstruct the knowledge and experience of participants in order to provide practical benefits, namely increasing their knowledge and skills. Implementation consists of training and mentoring. The training materials are land economic assessment and techniques for determining/ selecting superior commodities. The results of community service provide an illustration that there is an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in classifying the economic value of land, superior commodities and farming bookkeeping

Character values should be taken into consideration in teaching and learning material. Textbook is one of media that can be used in teaching character education. The purpose of this research were to find out what character education values in English textbook students for grade seventh entitled “When English Rings A Bells”. This research was focused on revealing the Character Educational Value based on The Ministry of Education and Culture within the textbooks. This research used content analysis study to know the implemented EFL textbook. The procedure in data collection were table checklist and documentation. Technique of data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclussion. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been described shows that Character Educational value in English Textbook entitled When English Rings A Bell, The value of Friendship/Communicative was the most Common Value With 21%. Then it was followed by Independent with 17%. The other valaue such as Religious 12%. Hard work value contains 7%. Discipline and Social Care value with 5%. Curiosity value with 4.6%. Creativity, Nationalism, and Appreciation Achievement with 4.1%. Enviromental Awareness and Honesty values with 3.5%. Reading Interest value with 2.5%. Tolerance value with 2.0%.Patriotism and Responsibility value contains 1.02%. The smallest were Love and Peace value with 0.5%. These findings lead to the conclusion that the textbook contain character educational values and upcoming for the future textbooks must pay a lot more attention to the character values. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manejerial yang dimoderatori oleh kepuasan kerja dan Job Relevant Information. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh melalui data Primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan untuk Kinerja Manejerial pada Instansi Pemerintah di Kabupaten Karimun dengan metode survei. Populasinya adalah Kepala Bidang sebagai pokok atau tujuan penelitian (Manager) dan Kepala Bidang Pelayanan sebagai penilai Kinerja Manager (Kepala Bidang). Penelitian ini menggunakan 93 responden dengan 24 Kepala Badan di setiap SKPD dan sisanya adalah beberapa kepala bidang di instansi tersebut. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,780. Hasil uji signifikansi koefisien model struktural (Structural Model Path Coefisient) yaitu Partisipasi Anggaran dengan Kinerja Manejerial memiliki nilai P Value 0,042 dan statistik 2,03, Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja Manejerial memiliki nilai P value 0,88 dan statistik 0,14 , Informasi Relevan Pekerjaan dengan Kinerja Manajemen memiliki nilai P Value 0, dan statistik 6,55. Partisipasi Anggaran di moderasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja Manejerial memiliki nilai P Value 0,34 dan statistik 0,94, Partisipasi Anggaran dimoderatori oleh Job Relevant Information dengan Kinerja Manajemen memiliki nilai P 0,36 dan statistik 0,90. Hasil pengujian Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manejerial namun kedua moderasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tidak dapat memoderasi Partisipasi Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manejerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah, penerapan akuntabilitas keuangan, dan kepatuhan hukum terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah Kabupaten Karimun dengan Metode Survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah individu yang merupakan unit kerja pada aparatur pemerintah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 responden. Sumber Data berasal dari Kepala Bagian, bendaharawan, dan staf akunting. Dilihat dari karakteristik jabatan didominasi oleh 22 Kepala Bagian, 32 Bendaharawan, 20 Staf Akunting dan 4 Sekretaris sebagai wakil Kepala Bagian. Dari hasil kualitas data diperoleh Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,779. Uji Regresi Linier Berganda Pengaruh penerapan sistem akuntansi pemerintah daerah memiliki nilai 0,316, untuk penerapan akuntabilitas keuangan memiliki nilai 0,023, kepatuhan hukum memiliki nilai 0,127. Pengolahan data ini menggunakan SPSS ( Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa akuntansi pemerintahan daerah berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,049. Berbeda dengan variabel independen penerapan keuangan (nilai signifikansi : 0,883) dan kepatuhan hukum (nilai signifikansi : 0,330) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah.

This study examines communication strategies, especially the East Kalimantan provincial government, in tourism development during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to be a benchmark for other areas affected by COVID-19. It also adds to a better understanding of the current government, stakeholders, and other tourist enterprises’ communication. Understanding communication's underlying structure is also crucial for gaining a competitive edge in a crisis. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The data collection in this study was in the form of secondary data taken from literature, thirty online media, and the official website of the East Kalimantan provincial government. Data analysis in this study used NVivo 12 Plus software with crosstab query analysis. The result of this research is that the communication strategy of the East Kalimantan provincial government is relatively good. Proven by implementing a communication strategy based on collaboration between institutions and supported by digital media, building converged communication and providing excellent service. The government also uses a marketing communication strategy. However, another finding is that the role obtained in the implications of technology can be a concern in integrating digital media.

Scabies is a disease caused by the mite Sarcoptes scabiei that attacks goats. It is quite difficult for traditional goat breeders to obtain scabies medicine because of the high price, so alternative treatment is necessary. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of eco-enzymes as an alternative for the treatment of scabies in goats. The study was conducted at the Sei Putih Goat Research Workshop, Galang District, from September to October 2021. This study used a factorial completely randomized design because there were two factors, namely the concentration of ecoenzymes (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and time difference (0 hours, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours) and repeated 4 times. Each replication contained 10 mites. The parameters used were the number of dead mites, mite death rate and mite lethal concentration. The results showed that the ecoenzyme was effective in killing and suppressing the growth of Sarcoptes scabiei mites in vitro. The LC50 value is 40.45% which proves that the eco-enzyme is able to kill mites in goats.

Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap perusahaan tidak terlepas dari jenis promosi yang digunakan perusahaan itu sendiri. Promosi didefinisikan sebagai koordinasi dari seluruh upaya yang dimulai pihak penjual untuk membangun berbagai saluran informasi dan persuasi untuk menjual barang dan jasa atau memperkenalkan suatu gagasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bengkel Leni di Tanjung Balai Karimun. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh nantinya berupa angka. Dari angka yang diperoleh akan dianalisis lebih lanjut dalam analisis data. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel, yaitu Promosi sebagai variabel bebas (independent) dan Kepuasan sebagai variabel terikat (dependent). Teknik analisis data dalam peneltian kuantitatif mengunakan statistik. Sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan statistik inferensi. Penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa service bengkel motor Leni Tanjung Balai Karimun, dapat dilihat dari hasil Uji t (parsial) bahwa promosi menunjukkan nilai thitung 4,255 dan p value (sig) sebesar 0,030 di bawah alpha 5%. besarnya promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa service bengkel motor Leni Tanjung Balai Karimun, dapat dilihat dari hasil uji determinan yaitu nilai korelasi R2= 0,602 atau 0,602 x 100% = 60.2% menunjukkan derajat hubungan yang kuat. Ini menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 60.2%. Untuk sisanya 100% - 60.2% = 39.8% dipengaruhi variabel lain seperti kualitas produk, harga dan lain-lain.
