Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method to analyze Honda's marketing and pricing strategies in Indonesia, focusing on product innovation, branding, digital marketing, customer experience, and adaptation to government policies and market trends. The findings indicate that Honda successfully captures consumer attention through advanced technology, strong branding, creative campaigns, and collaborations with influencers. Competitive pricing strategies and high-quality after-sales services also contribute to Honda's success in the Indonesian automotive market. The study provides recommendations for Honda to continue innovating in environmentally friendly technology, strengthening digital marketing, enhancing customer experience, and expanding collaborations with strategic partners. Additionally, the development of hybrid and electric vehicles and collaborations with technology companies are deemed essential to maintain competitive advantage in the future. By implementing these recommendations, it is expected that Honda can maintain and improve its position in the Indonesian automotive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service management strategies implemented by PT Gojek Indonesia to enhance customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, the research explores the relationship between service quality, service diversification, and technological innovation in shaping customer experiences. The findings reveal that service management strategies, such as quick booking features, real-time tracking, and digital payment solutions via GoPay, significantly influence customer satisfaction. Service variations like Go-Ride, Go-Car, and Go-Food enable Gojek to meet diverse customer needs, while a focus on reliability and security assurance fosters user loyalty. The study highlights the importance of continuous innovation and quality improvement to maintain Gojek's competitive position in the online transportation service market.

Abstract

Article History Received: Revised: Published: Keywords: Company Culture, PURE Culture, Productivity, Job Satisfaction Abstract: This research examines the implementation of a corporate culture that includes Passionate, Fun and Care (PURE) values ​​in increasing employee job satisfaction and productivity in the Society 5.0 era which is dominated by information and communication technology. The research method used is qualitative with a narrative literature review to understand how the company culture is implemented and influences employee behavior. The research results show that the implementation of PURE culture has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction and productivity. Passionate values ​​emphasize the importance of commitment, integrity, intelligence and responsibility in completing tasks. The Fun value emphasizes the importance of being friendly and open in serving customers. Meanwhile, the value of Care means being proactive and respecting other people to achieve common goals. Although implementing a PURE culture has benefits, it can be faced by inhibiting factors such as lack of leadership commitment, limited resources, and lack of employee awareness. By paying attention to supporting and inhibiting factors, companies can implement a PURE culture more effectively, increase job satisfaction, employee productivity, and create a harmonious and productive work environment. KataKunci: Budaya Perusahaan , Budaya PURE ,Produktivitas, Kepuasan Kerja Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi budaya perusahaan yang mencakup nilai Passionate, Fun, dan Care (PURE) dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan di era Society 5.0 yang didominasi oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka naratif untuk memahami bagaimana budaya perusahaan tersebut diimplementasikan dan memengaruhi perilaku karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi budaya PURE memiliki dampak positif pada kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Nilai Passionate menekankan pentingnya komitmen, integritas, kecerdasan, dan tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Nilai Fun menekankan pentingnya bersikap ramah dan terbuka dalam melayani pelanggan. Sedangkan nilai Care berarti bersikap proaktif dan menghargai orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Meskipun implementasi budaya PURE memiliki manfaat, namun dapat dihadapi oleh faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya komitmen pimpinan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya kesadaran karyawan. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat, perusahaan dapat mengimplementasikan budaya PURE dengan lebih efektif, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, produktivitas karyawan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif.
