Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai seperti integritas, inovasi, kolaborasi, dan keberlanjutan diimplementasikan secara konkret dalam kebijakan, prosedur, dan interaksi sehari-hari di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian terdahulu dan memfokuskan pada teori yang dibahas. Tinjauan literatur dilakukan dengan menggunakan sumber dari Google Scholar dan Science Direct secara online dengan hubungan antara implementasi nilai-nilai perusahaan dalam mendorong budaya kerja. Penerapan nilai-nilai perusahaan dan tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) secara sistemik dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang kolaboratif, termotivasi, dan positif, yang meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan. Contoh kasus PT Intraco Penta Tbk menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang kuat dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai perusahaan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberhasilan jangka panjang. Nilai-nilai perusahaan yang kuat dapat mendorong karyawan untuk berkomitmen pada tujuan bersama dan menciptakan lingkungan dan budaya kerja inklusif. PT Intraco Penta Tbk menjadi contoh nyata penerapan budaya kerja yang kuat yang membantu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan membangun identitas perusahaan yang kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the profit of Tubruk coffee sales in Kopi Bang Marko, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia, using linear programming through the simplex method. The research utilizes a combination of observation and interviews to gather data on raw material availability, coffee sales, production processes, and marketing strategies at Kopi Bang Marko. The linear programming model is then formulated based on the observed data, and the simplex method is applied to optimize the production and maximize profits. The optimal solution obtained through the simplex method indicates the ideal quantity of each coffee type to be sold per month, leading to maximum profit. This research contributes to the application of linear programming, specifically the simplex method, in optimizing sales and profits for a traditional Indonesian coffee SME. The findings offer practical insights for SMEs, especially those in the coffee business, on how to strategically plan production to maximize profits. The study may also have implications for policymakers in supporting and promoting the growth of SMEs. The study is limited to the specific case of Kopi Bang Marko in Tangerang Selatan and may not be directly applicable to other contexts without adjustments.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pilar terpenting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kota Tangerang Selatan menjadi salah satu kota pengembang UMKM yang ada di indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan produksi makanan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Pancong DKI menggunakan metode pemrograman linear melalui metode simpleks. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode simpleks dapat memberikan solusi optimal dalam menentukan kombinasi bahan baku yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan maksimal. Hasil penelitian dalam sehari Pancong DKI dapat memproduksi 30 Pcs pancong original dan 42 pancong variasi. Sehingga berdasarkan perhitungan QM for Windows Keuntungan optimal yang diperoleh oleh Pancong DKI mencapai Rp.1.000.000 perhari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran kepemimpinan dalam membentuk budaya organisasi dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dengan fokus pada studi kasus skandal perusahaan Toshiba Corporation pada tahun 2015. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang menekankan hasil di atas integritas, serta tekanan manajemen terhadap bawahan, menciptakan lingkungan di mana praktik-praktik akuntansi tidak etis berkembang. Budaya organisasi yang menekankan kesetiaan kepada atasan dan menghindari pelaporan pelanggaran juga memperparah situasi. Skandal Toshiba memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, termasuk hilangnya kepercayaan investor, anjloknya harga saham, dan tercorengnya reputasi perusahaan. Skandal Toshiba menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk budaya organisasi, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pentingnya kepemimpinan yang etis dan budaya organisasi yang sehat dalam mencapai kinerja yang berkelanjutan bagi perusahaan. Budaya organisasi harus dibangun dengan berlandaskan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the production of Lines Coffee to maximize profit through the application of the simplex method. Lines Coffee, a company in the food and beverage industry, features bestselling menu items such as Kopi susu gula aren, Americano, Latte, and Cappuccino. By employing the simplex method, this study seeks an optimal solution that satisfies production constraints and enhances the objective function, which is profit. The research findings indicate that the optimal solution involves producing 15 units of Americano while not producing Latte and Cappuccino. This solution yields a profit of IDR 28,000,000. Although the optimal solution suggests a focus on Americano production, Lines Coffee faces limitations in meeting market demand for Latte and Cappuccino. In conclusion, Lines Coffee may consider strategies to increase the production of Latte and Cappuccino to meet market demand. Additionally, efforts to reduce production costs could be key to further optimizing profits. This research contributes to understanding production strategies in the food and beverage industry, particularly in coffee shops.

Abstract

This research aims to observe and find out more about the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Culture in the company PT Intraco Penta, TBK. Then the method used in this research is a literature study by collecting and analyzing journal articles, websites and scientific sources that are relevant to the topic of discussion. This finding is also supported by a number of references which discuss similar matters regarding the scope or background of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities realized by PT Intraco Penta, TBK.

Abstract

The era of digital transformation brings significant changes to the way organizations operate, creating new opportunities and challenges in various sectors. This study aims to analyze the role of change management in responding to challenges and maximizing opportunities in the era of digital transformation. Through an in-depth literature study, this study found that effective change management plays a key role in overcoming internal resistance, facilitating technology adoption, and accelerating organizational transformation. The main challenges faced include resistance to change, budget constraints, technology readiness, and rigid organizational culture. Strategies that have been successfully implemented by organizations include visionary leadership, continuous innovation, and a focus on developing digital skills. The determining factors for the success of digital transformation include top management commitment, active involvement of all members of the organization, and a clear roadmap. The results of the study also show that resistance to change can be overcome by employee involvement in decision-making, transparent communication, and training programs that support adaptation. This study concludes that well-planned change management allows organizations not only to survive, but also to optimally utilize the opportunities that exist in the era of digital transformation

Abstract

Digital transformation has become imperative for company survival in the modern era. This study analyzes the change management strategies implemented by Fuji Film in facing digital transformation through a systematic literature review approach. Using content analysis of academic literature from 2020-2024, this research reveals how Fuji Film successfully transformed from a traditional photography company into an innovative technology company. The results show that Fuji Film's digital transformation success was supported by three key elements: comprehensive change management strategy, systematic digital capability development, and structured technology implementation. The company adopted the "Digital Transformation Triangle" model integrating technology, process, and human resources, supported by strong transformational leadership and continuous investment in digital talent development. This transformation resulted in significant increases in digital revenue and operational effectiveness. This research greatly advances our knowledge of change management techniques in the context of digital transformation and provides valuable lessons for traditional companies undergoing similar processes

Abstract

Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially in the food and beverage sector. PT Mayora Indah Tbk, as one of the main players in this industry, continues to strive to improve its competitiveness. This study examines the implementation of PT Mayora Indah Tbk's marketing strategy in the FMCG industry using a qualitative approach and case studies. The main focus of this study is the application of the Passion-Discipline-Creativity-Action (PDCA) method to improve sales performance and company competitiveness. The results of the study show that the application of PDCA, which includes passion, discipline, creativity, and action, has proven effective in responding to rapid market dynamics. In addition, product differentiation and continuous innovation are the main keys to maintaining Mayora as a market leader in the FMCG sector

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings major challenges for global companies, especially in terms of rapid and complex changes triggered by technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data. PT. Nestlé Indonesia, as one of the major companies in the food and beverage industry, must manage change effectively to remain relevant and competitive in the global market. This study aims to analyze how PT. Nestlé Indonesia manages change and faces competition in the digital era using the Knoster Model as an analytical framework. The research method used is a qualitative approach with secondary data analysis from various sources, such as annual reports, articles, and company documents. The results of the study indicate that the success of change at PT. Nestlé Indonesia depends on clear vision communication, employee skill development, and motivation and support provided by leaders. The Knoster Model provides useful insights for planning and managing change by considering various important elements, such as skills, incentives, and leadership. This study also provides practical recommendations for Nestlé Indonesia in facing the challenges of change in the future.
