Abstract

The Military Academy, abbreviated as Akmil is the Central Implementing Agency at the Mabesad level in the field of education which is domiciled directly under the Kasad. Based on the organizational structure and duties (Orgas) Akmil consists of Leadership Elements, Leadership Assistant Elements, Service Elements, and Implementing Elements. Currently, Akmil personnel number 2,408 people with details of Officers 685, Non-Commissioned Officers 597, Tamtama 571, and Civil Servants 555 people. To facilitate access in service, Akmil provides official house facilities to each member in the Panca Arga Magelang Housing Complex. The majority of personnel who go to work in Akmil use motorized vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled.  Round-trip activities from the Panca Arga Housing Complex to Akmil using motorized vehicles, of course, are inseparable from the so-called carbon footprint.  The research method used is a review literature of several scientific articles related to exhaust emissions.  The exhaust emissions in two-wheeled vehicles were 15,686.5 Kg/L, while four-wheeled vehicles were 9,155.8 Kg/L. It is necessary to calculate the emission of CO2 waste gases assuming the fuel used is pertalite and pertamax.

The results showed that bureaucratic reform has been implemented through the improvement of the recruitment system, increased employee competence, as well as the application of merit system in the promotion and rotation of positions. However, there are still obstacles such as resistance to change, limited resources, and administrative constraints that hinder the effectiveness of the implementation of bureaucratic reform. This study recommends strengthening regulation, increasing managerial capacity, and optimizing the use of Information Technology in Personnel Management.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine how modern Wayang Kulit performances reconstruct the narrative of Draupadi and to what extent artistic freedom is used to challenge or uphold traditional gender morality. The study focuses on a performance of Drupadi by the female dalang (puppeteer) Nyi Nia Dwi Raharjo, published in 2021, as a representative example of how a new generation of artists renegotiates the roles and agency of female characters in Javanese traditional performing arts. This research employs a literature review, textual analysis, and visual analysis to examine the differences between the epic Mahabharata narrative and its adapted form in this performance. The analysis focuses on narrative elements, dialogue, janturan (sung narration), and the dalang’s utterances that indicate a reconstruction of values, whether reinforcing traditional gender biases or offering a new, more critical reading of gender injustice. The results show that this performance not only functions as a preservation of tradition but also as a space for ethical negotiation. Through creative interpretation, the female dalang is able to present subtle resistance to patriarchal gender norms, while also revealing the limits of artistic freedom when confronted with the established conventions of tradition. These findings demonstrate the potential of wayang as a medium for social reflection and value transformation in the contemporary era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of macroeconomic factors, consisting of Interest Rates, Exchange Rates, and Inflation, on Stock Prices in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2025 period. Furthermore, this study also examines the role of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as a moderating variable in moderating the effects of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on these stock prices. The research method employed is an explanatory research approach with an ex post facto design. The population in this study comprises all banking companies listed on the IDX during the 2021–2025 period. The sampling technique utilizes a purposive sampling method based on specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 44 banking companies for observation. The data used are secondary data, including annual financial statements and official macroeconomic indicator data. The data analysis method applies Panel Data Regression Analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) approach, processed using EViews 14 statistical software. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Interest Rates have a negative and significant effect on Stock Prices. 2) Exchange Rates have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices. 3) Inflation has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices. 4) CAR is able to moderate the effect of Interest Rates on Stock Prices, classified as a Pure Moderator. 5) CAR is unable to moderate the effect of Exchange Rates on Stock Prices, classified as a Predictor Moderator. 6) CAR is able to moderate the effect of Inflation on Stock Prices, classified as a Quasi Moderator in the banking industry on the IDX for the 2021–2025 period.
