Abstract

Pentingnya pembekalan pengetahuan bagi siswa yang akan lulus untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam memilih karier diawali dengan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ITB Semarang di 17 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Se-Kabupaten Semarang pada 8–10 September 2022. Kegiatan ini berupa ceramah dan tanya jawab yang mendapat respons positif dari peserta, terutama pada sesi tanya jawab. Waktu yang terbatas menyebabkan beberapa pertanyaan tidak terakomodasi, namun pengabdian tersebut diterima dengan baik. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melanjutkan kunjungan, memantau siswa dalam menyosialisasikan KIP Kuliah, dan tetap membuka diri untuk memberikan informasi terkait KIP Kuliah. Langkah-langkah ini diambil berdasarkan respon positif dan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pengabdian.

Main problem: Differences in the results of the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries. Objective: to analyze the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage. Originality: The influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries. Method: The type of information that will be used in this research is subject information (self report information), namely the type of exploratory information in the form of points of view, conclusions, encounters, or the qualities of a person or group that is the subject of research. Results: There is a significant influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries.

Abstract

Main Problem: There are differences in the influence of AI and Big Data on employee performance in previous research. Objective: Focus research by reviewing and analyzing whether Artificial Intelligence or AI has an influence on employee performance. Next, analyze whether Big Data affects employee performance. Originality: The Influence of AI and Big Data on Employee Performance. Method: To select the research sample, the proportional area random sampling method and regression equation were used to process the data with the help of the SPSS application. Results: In this research and discussion, it can be concluded that AI Big Data has an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Widya Robotics Yogyakarta, General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang, PT. Global Data Inspiration Yogyakarta.

Abstract

With the concept of a Leadership Capability model based on the development of Emotional Competency which aims to anticipate the combination of Human Resource Management Strategy and team performance. As a statistical test, this research raises four variables, namely: Human Resource Management Strategy, Emotional Competency Based Leadership Ability, Job Crafting Behavior and Teamwork Performance. Empirical testing through a survey of 120 respondents, namely the school principal's work team consisting of the principal, deputy principal and head of administration who are members of the State High School development team in Central Java, Indonesia. Revealed the role of Leadership Ability based on Emotional Competence. In this research, to mediate Strategic Human Resource Management with team work performance. There are two limitations, the first is that the survey was only conducted at State High Schools and SKM in the province of Central Java, Indonesia, the second limitation is that it focuses on the mediator of Leadership Ability Based on Emotional Competence. This does not consider the existence of other variables from human resource management theory. intelligence theory, social exchange, service dominant logic, agency and others. At a practical level, the perspective of the relationship between Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities, Strategic Human Resource Management and Teamwork Performance provides guidance on how public organizations such as schools can strive for value alignment to encouraging Emotional Competency Based Leadership Capabilities which in turn will improve team work performance
