Abstract

Main problem: Differences in the results of the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries. Objective: to analyze the influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage. Originality: The influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries. Method: The type of information that will be used in this research is subject information (self report information), namely the type of exploratory information in the form of points of view, conclusions, encounters, or the qualities of a person or group that is the subject of research. Results: There is a significant influence of market orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage at PT. Bitratex industries.

Abstract

Differences in Results Regarding Legal Protection for Consumers When Carrying Out Online Buying and Selling Transactions. Identify legal protection for customers during e-commerce transactions based on UUPK. 2. Identify legal protection for customers during UUITE e-commerce transactions. This research was conducted to determine the legal aspects of legal protection for consumers when carrying out online buying and selling transactions. Normative juridical research methodology, also known as library research. Both UUPK and UUITE have not been fully implemented to regulate electronic buying and selling transactions. Many consumers still do not receive their rights when they become victims of errors in online buying and selling transactions. The main factors that make it difficult for consumers to obtain legal protection from relevant authorities are also influenced by a lack of socialization and consumer understanding. With current technological advances, it is hoped that businesses, consumers and related bodies will be more aware of better legal protection for all parties.

Abstract

The community service program entitled Bunga Rampai Desain represents the contribution of the Visual Communication Design Study Program at STEKOM University in promoting public literacy on art and design as educational, social, and cultural mediums. Held at Tan Art Space Gallery in Semarang, the program integrated an exhibition of visual works such as posters, installations, photography, and graphic design with interactive workshops and open discussions. The implementation involved students, academics, artists, and local communities to create a participatory and collaborative ecosystem. Evaluation results indicate a significant increase in public appreciation of visual arts, as well as the emergence of interdisciplinary engagement. Students gained direct experience in curating, event management, and public visual communication. These findings affirm that visual-based approaches can serve as effective strategies in community engagement programs, particularly in fostering critical awareness and sustaining creative dialogue. The program provides a model for future replication and development of similar initiatives
