Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. Abstract

This study investigates the role of Knowledge Creation (KC) through the SECI process in enhancing SMEs' performance, especially during the shift to online business activities amid the COVID-19 pandemic. SMEs need adequate knowledge and adaptability to survive and contribute to economic growth. This research proposes a model where KC, facilitated by digital technology, operates through the SECI process with support from Knowledge-Oriented Leadership (KOL). Effective knowledge sharing between leaders and members fosters the Value of Knowledge Congruence (VOKC), aligning organizational goals and improving performance. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 SMEs in Central Java (Semarang, Pekalongan, Rembang, and Jepara) through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results show that KOL significantly influences KC in the SECI process. Externalization and internalization positively and significantly affect VOKC, while socialization and combination have positive but insignificant effects. VOKC significantly enhances SMEs' performance, highlighting the importance of KC through the SECI process and leadership in driving SMEs' success in dynamic environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic efficiency of implementing e-voting applications in the election of Student Council Chair in SMA/SMK Grobogan Regency.The method employed in this study includes the stages of preparation, socialization, training, implementation, and evaluation.The results of the study indicate positive outcomes, demonstrating that the use of e-voting applications significantly reduces operational costs compared to conventional election methods. The cost savings are attributed to a reduction in the need for ballot paper printing, ink, and logistics, as well as to the time efficiency of the automated vote counting process. Furthermore, e-voting has been shown to increase student participation by facilitating greater accessibility through digital devices.Increased transparency and accuracy in elections has been demonstrated to contribute to public trust in the democratic process within the school environment. Consequently, the implementation of e-voting not only fosters the modernization of the election process, but also provides substantial economic benefits in terms of resource management.This research recommends the wider adoption of e-voting as an innovative step in technology-based democracy.Keywords: E-voting, Economic Efficiency, Student Council Election, Digital Technology, School Democracy

Abstract

Semenjak pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar aktivitas bisnis bergeser ke arah digitalisasi, terutama para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM yang telah bertransformasi digital berpengaruh pada perubahan model ekonomi baru yaitu digitalisasi ekonomi kreatif. Digitalisasi memaksa para pelaku UMKM untuk beradaptasi secara cepat agar dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun, keterlibatan UMKM dalam digitalisasi tersebut akan mengalami beberapa permasalahan yaitu kurang siapnya UMKM terkait skala produksi dan konsistensi menjaga kualitas, seperti banyak UMKM yang masih belum siap menghadapi lonjakan produksi ketika pesanan meningkat. Maka, hal ini dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memadai, terutama pada pemimpinnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kepemimpinan yang berorientasi digital dengan meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya dibutuhkan skill khusus yaitu kemampuan dalam berinovasi dan teknologi informasi (TI). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa tingginya peningkatan organizational performance yang dipengaruhi oleh digital leadership yang dimediasi innovation capability dan IT capability. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 UMKM bidang fashion di Kabupaten Rembang yang telah beroperasi minimal 1 tahun serta menggunakan teknologi digital. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian akan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership setelah dimediasi oleh innovation capability dan IT capability memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve maslahah mursalah in organizations, measured from the perspective of today's active workers, and how they view maslahah mursalah in their respective workplaces. Humanistic leadership and work recognition are important and influential in implementing Islamic HRM in organizations. This study is motivated by several research gaps, especially the lack of research on maslahah mursalah in Islamic HRM. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a sample of 120 active workers in Grobogan Regency. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria of working for a minimum of 2 years, aged 21-35 years old. Data analysis in this study is conducted with the SmartPLS 4.1 analysis tool. The study results show that humanistic leadership significantly influences work recognition, humanistic leadership significantly influences maslahah mursalah, work recognition significantly influences maslahah mursalah, and work recognition mediates the relationship between humanistic leadership and maslahah mursalah. On the other hand, there are findings related to the new concept of maslahah mursalah in organizations based on the perspective of today's workers who place more emphasis on knowledge, recognition, and reward.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, penciptaan bersama nilai-nilai Islam (Islamic Value Co-Creation), kapabilitas inovasi, dan keberlanjutan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Grobogan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini melibatkan 95 responden dari total populasi 125 pelaku UMKM yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Sebaliknya, Islamic Value Co-Creation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Kapabilitas inovasi juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Islamic Value Co-Creation dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam proses bisnis serta meningkatkan literasi digital guna mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik berbasis nilai religius dalam pengelolaan UMKM guna menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berubah.
