Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the variable knowledge sharing, absorption capacity has on employee performance through innovation capability as an intervening variable. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The findings of this study indicate that the variable knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance, absorption capacity has a positive effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing has a negative effect on innovation capability, and absorption capacity has a positive effect on employee performance and innovation. Capability has a positive effect on employee performance. The managerial implications in this study indicate that absorption capacity has a positive effect on employee performance and innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance. The managerial implications in this study indicate that absorption capacity has a positive effect on employee performance and innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance. The managerial implications in this study indicate that there needs to be optimization in applying the priority of the quality of work results to existing employees. The quality of the work describes the results expected by the government to be applied to local farmers in Central Java. With good yield quality in innovation of superior seeds and fertilizers, it will increase the production power of farmers in Central Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, and Individual Innovation Capability variables on the improvement of Employee Performance. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 50 respondents of functional functional employees in the Center for Agricultural Technology Study in Central Java.The section consists of instructors, researchers, technicians and librarians. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Testing of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables used the sobel test. The results showed that (1) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance,(2) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(3)individual innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance,(4) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance,(5) learning organization has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(6) learning organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In this study, of the 4 variables that have the most influence in relation to one another. Namely the Individual Innovation Capability variable with a beta amount of 0.530. This shows that the real employees in their hearts need support to explore themselves. Then get the freedom to express new innovations they find and be given training in new technologies. Digital technology and financial support are very important for the growth of innovation so that it can improve performance.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, Individual Innovation Capability, Employee Performance

Abstract

The Association of Indonesian Internet Network Operators (APJII) released data, behaviorally, one of the most dominant uses of the internet in Indonesia is to access social media. Twitter is one of the potentials for companies as a means of interacting with consumers, including maintaining good relations and providing education for consumers regarding the products or services owned by the company, including the implementation of Customer Relationship Management. The purpose of this study is to what extent PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) utilizes Twitter in implementing CRM. The research method uses netnographic studies, where researchers analyze research results based on observations through social media through entree approaches, data collection, data analysis, data interpretation, and member checks. The results of the study show that Twitter plays a very large role in maintaining relationships with customers, especially in the Islamic banking industry. The number of questions, complaints, suggestions and criticisms addressed to BSI as a service industry makes Twitter a forum for filtering customer responses as a CRM implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Competence, Career Development, and Organizational Commitment on employee performance improvement. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents to PT Pos Indonesia Kudus employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The test of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of the intervening variables the sobel test was used. The results showed that (1) competence has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (2) career development has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance. (4) career development has a positive effect on employee performance. (5 organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Regarding the variable organizational commitment is not able to become an intervening variable, an employee is expected to work actively and help each other so that it can increase organizational commitment. Then by making employees have a strong sense of organizational commitment and grow slowly by creating a work atmosphere like a family, by implementing this family management, employees will feel comfortable, feel more psychologically cared for, and feel a family bond

Abstract

Candisari Village is a village where some of its MSMEs have utilized digital marketing platforms. With the rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet have also impacted the field of marketing. The marketing trend, which was initially conventional (offline), has now shifted to digital (online). This study adopts a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis approach, which means using a qualitative approach to understand and describe the implications of analysis principles contained in MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. The research aims to gather information about digital marketing strategies for the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The digital marketing strategies implemented by food and beverage MSMEs in Candisari Village include marketing through social media platforms and various e-commerce applications such as GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood. To promote their businesses, the majority of MSMEs utilize Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp as platforms to upload attractive photos and videos of their products on their Instagram accounts, including Instagram Reels, Instagram Feed, and Instagram Stories. Overall, MSMEs in Candisari Village have experienced progress and healthy competition in business development after implementing digital marketing strategies, leading to the advancement of their businesses

Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to review Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding social welfare, Ibn Khaldun revealed that Allah outlined economic activities as an inseparable part of the social responsibilities that exist in society, and their incompleteness could threaten the continuity of world life and human existence.Method - This research is using a type of normative research, applying a library approach and a conceptual approach.Result - The result of this research indicates Ibnu Khaldun stated that Allah established muamalah activities as an integral form of responsibility in community life. Non-fulfillment can threaten world life and human welfare. In formulating three basic reasons for engaging in economic activity, Ibnu Khaldun explains that this is not only about fulfilling personal life needs. Ibnu Khaldun believes that the price of a good or service is influenced by the dynamic interaction between demand and supply. This concept highlights the interrelated relationship between the forces of demand and supply in determining the value of a product or service.  Implication - This study It is hoped that there will be management and supervision of market prices by the state in the field, as suggested by Ibn Khaldun in his great work Muqadimmah.Originality - In the economic context, Ibnu Khaldun also highlighted the importance of government vigilance regarding the amount of money in circulation.

Abstract

Adanya pengaruh yang besar terhadap tatanan dunia politik, sosial, dan ekonomi dibawa oleh globalisasi, baik di sektor pemerintahan maupun bisnis. Dengan demikian, perhatian terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Dengan mengembangkan karir, karyawan didorong dan termotivasi untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas mereka dengan efektif dan efisien. Tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja karyawan secara langsung mempengaruhi potensi pertumbuhan organisasi atau perusahaan meningkatkan kinerjanya secara maksimal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap di PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) Kabupaten Semarang..Divisi Marketing  yang dinilai cocok pada variabel Perilaku Kerja Inovatif yang berjumlah 210 orang terdiri dari 200 karyawan laki-laki dan 10 karyawan perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus dengan tujuan jumlah seluruh populasi dijadikan penentuan jumlah sampel, penelitian menggunakan teknik sensus sebesar 210 responden. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif.Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir.Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Pengembangan Karir  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa Pengembangan Karir mampu menjadi variabel mediasi. Hendaknya karyawan PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) Kabupaten Semarang Salah satu pertimbangan utama bagi setiap perusahaan adalah memfasilitasi pengembangan karir karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja mereka. Pengembangan karir mencapai tingkat optimal ketika kualitas kehidupan kerja terpenuhi. Sebaliknya, kualitas kehidupan kerja dapat terwujud saat perusahaan mengamati kinerja yang baik dari karyawan dan karyawan merasa terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan serta pembentukan kebijakan perusahaan. Prinsip ini juga berlaku untuk PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy (Cimory) di Kabupaten Semarang.  Kata Kunci : Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran Religious-Centric Product Strategy, Competitive Advantage, dan Sharia Product Knowledge dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis di industri perbankan syariah, dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dan alat Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS). Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 200 karyawan dari berbagai bank syariah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang dipilih menggunakan metode sensus jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang berfokus pada persepsi karyawan terhadap strategi produk berbasis nilai-nilai religius, keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan, pengetahuan produk syariah, dan kinerja bisnis perusahaan.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik SEM PLS untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Religious-Centric Product Strategy, Competitive Advantage, dan Sharia Product Knowledge memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Business Performance di industri perbankan syariah. Secara khusus, strategi produk yang berpusat pada nilai-nilai religius, ketika diimplementasikan dengan baik, dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Keunggulan kompetitif yang terbentuk dari strategi ini memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Sementara itu, pengetahuan yang kuat tentang produk syariah memberikan landasan yang kokoh bagi perusahaan untuk memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan.Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang pentingnya strategi produk yang berpusat pada nilai-nilai religius, keunggulan kompetitif, dan pengetahuan produk syariah dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis di industri perbankan syariah. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan perbankan syariah untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam strategi produk mereka, meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan tentang produk syariah, dan terus berinovasi untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar yang semakin berkembang.Kata Kunci : Religious-Centric Product Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Sharia Product Knowledge

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge of Sharia Banking, Spiritual Well-Being, and Sharia Compliance on Sustainable Competitive Advantage among employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. The research respondents were employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk in Semarang Residency and Salatiga City, which had a total of 250 people, consisting of 145 male employees and 105 female employees. The sampling technique employed was a census involving direct sampling of the entire population, resulting in 250 responses. The results of empirical testing in this research show that the overall hypothesis is accepted, and Spiritual Well-Being is proven to mediate each relationship between Knowledge of Sharia Banking with Sharia Compliance and Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Even though it has been proven to mediate between the two, the most significant mediating influence of Spiritual Well-Being is between Knowledge of Sharia Banking and Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
