Abstract

Abstract. This research is related to the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna in Tasikmalaya Regency, The purpose of this research is to find out how leadership is, how organizational culture is, how employee performance is, the influence of leadership on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. The research subjects used a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on respondents' answers to a questionnaire distributed by researchers to employees at PT. Raudhatul Muna. Data processing uses SPSS software version 23. The research results show that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna with a significance value in the t test of 0.983 greater than 0.05 while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raudhatul Muna with a significance value in the t test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. And together (simultaneously) both have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value in the f test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan, bagaimana budaya organisasi, bagaimana kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner. Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden, Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban responden terhadap angket yang dibagikan peneliti kepada karyawan di PT. Raudhatul Muna. Pengolahan data menggunakan Software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,983 lebih besar dari 0,05 sementara budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Raudhatul Muna dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan secara Bersama-sama (simultan) keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji f 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. Employees with high organizational commitment and high job satisfaction will encourage the emergence of organizational citizenship behavior. If employees have organizational citizenship behavior, work will increase employee work productivity. Organizational citizenship behavior can be supported by organizational commitment and job satisfaction as measured by several indicators. This research was conducted at the KOPKARLA in the South Jakarta area. This research aims to determine the level of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees, to determine the partial and simultaneous influence. This research is included in the type of descriptive and verification research with quantitative methods. The population in this research is all employees who work at KOPKARLA, with a total of 52 employees and using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior . The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the level of organizational commitment is included in the good category, the level of job is included in the good category. The level of organizational citizenship is included in the good category. Organizational commitment has a signifikan positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior , job satisfaction signifikan negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior , organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstrak. Karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi dan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi akan mendorong munculnya perilaku organizational citizenship behavior. Perilaku organizational citizenship behavior dapat didukung oleh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja yang diukur oleh beberapa indikator. Riset ini dilakukan di KOPKARLA di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui tingkat komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan silmultan. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verivikatif dengan metode kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhkaryawan yang bekerja di KOPKARLA, dengan jumlah total 52 karyawan dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi termasuk kedalam kategori baik, tingkat kepuasan kerja termasuk kedalam kategori baik, tingkat organizational citizenship behavior termasuk kedalam kategori baik, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan dan simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
