Abstract. Employees who work continuously with a high burden will result in burnout in employees, if employee burnout is allowed it will have an impact on work results. Burnout is caused by workload and work environment as measured by several indicators. This research was conducted at the Karawang Primary Tax Service Office. This study aims to determine employee workload, work environment, and employee burnout, determine the effect partially and simultaneously. This research is included in the type of descriptive and verification research with quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees who worked in the office, with a total of 122 employees and a sample of 94 employees determined using the slovin formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of employee workload, work environment, and employee burnout. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that employee workload as measured by the dimensions of work time, mental load and physical load is included in the high category, the work environment as measured by the dimensions of the physical and non-physical work environment is included in the good category, the level of employee burnout as measured by the dimensions of fatigue, cynicism, and inefficiency is included in the high category, employee workload has a moderate positive effect on the level of employee burnout, the work environment has a low negative effect on the level of employee burnout, and Employee workload and work environment haave a strong effect on the level of employee burnout. Abstrak. Pegawai yang bekerja secara terus-menerus dengan beban yang tinggi akan mengakibatkan burnout pada pegawai, jika burnout pegawai dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada hasil pekerjaan. Burnout disebabkan oleh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang diukur oleh beberapa indikator. Riset ini dilakukan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Karawang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja, dan burnout pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di kantor, dengan jumlah total 122 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 94 pegawai ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat beban kerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja, dan burnout pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja pegawai yang diukur dengan dimensi waktu kerja, beban mental dan beban fisik termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi, lingkungan kerja yang diukur dengan dimensi lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik termasuk ke dalam kategori baik, tingkat burnout pegawai yang diukur dengan dimensi kelelahan, sinisme, dan ketidakefisienan termasuk kedalam kateori tinggi, beban kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif cukup terhadap tingkat burnout pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif rendah terhadap tingkat burnout pegawai, Beban kerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap tingkat burnout pegawai.
