Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT Bank Aceh Syariah before and after conversion in 2016, with a research time span from 2009 to 2023. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with financial ratio analysis, namely LDR / FDR, NPL / NPF, ROA, ROE, NIM / NOM, and BOPO. Data were taken from Bank Aceh's quarterly financial statements and analyzed using the Paired Sample t-Test test with the help of Minitab 19 software. The results showed that the conversion had a mixed impact on financial performance. LDR/FDR and NPL/NPF ratios increased, while ROA, ROE, NIM/NOM, and BOPO ratios decreased. These findings indicate that changes in the banking system can have both positive and negative effects, depending on the implementation strategy and external economic conditions. Based on these findings, Bank Aceh Syariah should implement periodic evaluations of the conversion results, strengthen flexible risk management, and improve operational efficiency. This policy is expected to improve long-term financial performance by taking into account market dynamics and changing economic conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah sebelum dan sesudah konversi pada tahun 2016, dengan rentang waktu penelitian dari tahun 2009 hingga 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis rasio keuangan, yaitu LDR/FDR, NPL/NPF, ROA, ROE, NIM/NOM, dan BOPO. Data diambil dari laporan keuangan triwulanan Bank Aceh dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Minitab 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konversi memberikan dampak beragam terhadap kinerja keuangan. Rasio LDR/FDR dan NPL/NPF mengalami peningkatan, sementara rasio ROA, ROE, NIM/NOM, dan BOPO menunjukkan penurunan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perubahan sistem perbankan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif maupun negatif, bergantung pada strategi implementasi dan kondisi ekonomi eksternal. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Bank Aceh Syariah perlu menerapkan evaluasi berkala terhadap hasil konversi, memperkuat manajemen risiko yang fleksibel, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kinerja keuangan jangka panjang dengan memperhatikan dinamika pasar dan kondisi ekonomi yang terus berubah.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to examine community empowerment efforts in optimizing the potential of natural resources and the environment as a source of livelihood, as well as exploring the role of women in the production process and management of natural resources and the environment as a livelihood for rural communities. The location of this service is in Afdeling II Bukit Village, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency. The problems that occur in Afdeling II Bukit Village are the lack of community awareness of the importance of diversifying livelihoods to reduce dependence on a single sector, the lack of innovation in the production of local products that can provide added value and contribute to the competitiveness of the local economy, and then, the lack of concern for resource conservation. nature and the environment in achieving sustainable and inclusive development in Afdeling II Bukit Village. Support from the government and various parties is highly expected to continue to encourage and develop initiatives to achieve better progress for the community and environment of Afdeling II Bukit Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, and gross domestic product (GDP) on Mudharabah deposits at Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the period 2014–2024. Macroeconomic stability is a crucial factor influencing public investment decisions in Islamic banking products. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data, including quarterly financial reports of Bank Muamalat, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate data from Bank Indonesia, as well as GDP data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with EViews 12. The results indicate that simultaneously, inflation, exchange rate, interest rate, and GDP significantly affect Mudharabah deposits. Partially, inflation, exchange rate, and GDP have a positive effect, while the interest rate is not significant. These findings provide valuable insights for bank management in designing profit-sharing strategies and maintaining depositor confidence, as well as assisting regulators in formulating policies that are adaptive to macroeconomic conditions

Abstract

This community service program was conducted in Afdeling II Bukit Village, Birem Bayeun District, East Aceh Regency, aiming to empower the community through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The main issue identified was the underutilization of natural and environmental resources as productive economic assets. The activities were carried out through several stages, including local asset mapping, training on processing palm fronds into value-added products, training on utilizing family medicinal plants into herbal drinks, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and continuous mentoring. The implementation emphasized community participation, collaboration with village authorities, and the application of simple digital technologies to enhance product marketing. The results showed an increase in community skills in managing local resources, the formation of asset-based business groups, and greater awareness of economic independence based on local potential. In conclusion, the ABCD approach proved effective in fostering rural economic self-reliance through the strengthening of local assets and continuous mentoring integrated with digital innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar siswa berbasis e-Xam Carada padamata pelajaran sistem komputer di SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng. Instrument penilaian hasil belajar siswa berbasis e-Xam Caraka inidigunakan untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa yang sesungguhnya secara akurat dengan sistem tes komputerisasi mengantikanpenilaian konversional berbasis kertas (paperbased test). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan subjekpenelitian berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R dan D)dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop dan disseminate) jenis data yang diperoleh adalah data kualitatif.Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah media dan penyebaran angket untuk mengetahuipandangan siswa terhadap media evaluasi e-Xam Caraka.
