Abstract

The narratives of identity politics emerging ahead of the 2024 Elections threaten the unity of Indonesia's pluralistic nation. This research explores how Pancasila can reinvigorate the spirit of unity in the face of this unsettling vortex of identity politics. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates Pancasila's role as the unifying thread of diversity in bolstering public accountability and good governance. The findings reveal that identity politics jeopardize social stability and public trust in the government. Therefore, strategic steps are needed to implement Pancasila's values, such as transparency, participation, and non-discriminatory law enforcement. Pancasila must serve as the moral foundation for clean, effective, and integrity-based governance in weaving the nation's diversity. This research recommends revitalizing the understanding of Pancasila and integrating good governance principles into government policies. It is expected to guide Indonesia towards dignified progress by uniting to face global challenges. Abstract

This research is motivated by the high number of acts of corruption in Indonesia currently and it is deemed necessary to implement anti-corruption education in schools as a preventive measure from an early age. Anti-corruption education in schools is a strategic effort to shape students' character with integrity and responsibility. This educational concept not only emphasizes understanding corruption as a social problem, but also on developing strong moral values in forming honest and transparent attitudes and behavior. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview, observation and documentation data collection methods. The data analysis used was through data triangulation and continued with drawing conclusions. This research explores the concept of character education in the context of anti-corruption education and the challenges faced in its implementation in the educational environment. These challenges include limited resources, lack of understanding and awareness of the importance of anti-corruption education, as well as resistance to cultural change that supports integrity. To overcome these challenges, this research suggests a collaborative approach between schools, anti-corruption institutions and communities to increase understanding and commitment towards anti-corruption education. Proposed strategies include developing inclusive curricula, ongoing training for teachers, and building a school culture that encourages honesty and accountability.

Abstract

Abstract The Housing Savings Program (Tapera) is an initiative by the Indonesian government aimed at increasing access to homeownership for all segments of society, including informal workers. This study aims to evaluate the perceptions of participants, the transparency of fund management, and the challenges in the implementation of the Tapera program. The research uses a qualitative approach with document study and content analysis to explore relevant literature. The findings reveal that many informal workers face difficulties in participating in this program, especially due to irregular income, as well as a lack of clarity regarding fund management. Moreover, the transparency of Tapera fund management is also an issue that needs more attention to ensure the program operates effectively and meets public expectations. This research suggests adjustments to the contribution policy to make it more flexible, enhanced socialization efforts, and stronger oversight to ensure that Tapera achieves its goal of providing affordable housing.
