Abstract

The Efforts to provide training programs to empower TNI AD members who are approaching retirement have provided opportunities for soldiers before entering retirement, but there are still soldiers who do not have special skills. The research aims to analyze how much effectiveness of the TNI AD skills training program has on achieving the job targets of retirees at Kodam II/Swj. The research uses a quantitative approach through descriptive methods. The research results show that if the effectiveness of the Bekram program is better, it will increase 46.63% the achievement of retiree employment targets at Kodam II/Sriwijaya, in other words, the higher the effectiveness of the Bekram program, the higher the achievement of retiree employment targets at Kodam II/Sriwijaya. The magnitude of the influence of the effectiveness of the TNI AD skills training program on achieving the job targets of retirees at Kodam II/Sriwijaya was 56.10%. The effectiveness of the bektram program is included in the poor criteria, the calculated average value is 3.07 in the interval 2.61 – 3.40. Meanwhile, achieving the target of retiree employment at Kodam II/Sriwijaya is a poor criterion, calculated average value is 2.97 in the interval of 2.61 – 3.40
