Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence among variables such as attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control perceptions on the decision-making of young couples in buying houses based on sharia contracts with interest variables as the intervening variable. This study used a quantitative method used by distributing questionnaires to 250 young couples. This study used a side purposive sampling method. This study applied a a path analysis to examine the direct and indirect influence of independent variables on dependent variables through intervening variables. The results of the study showed that attitudes, subjective norms and perception of behavioral control influenced people’s interests to buy a house using sharia-based contracts. Furthermore, attitudes affect decision-making, while subjective norm variables and behavioral control perceptions do not have a significant effect on decision-making. Nevertheless, interests have a positive and significant effect on decision-making. Based on the results of the path analysis, interests could mediate attitudes, subjective norms and perception of behavior control in making decisions in taking houses based on sharia contracts. The results of this study imply that sharia-based banks in Indonesia need to provide a continuous literacy program toward sharia-based mortgage products to increase customers’ interests so that they know the advantages of using sharia-based banks, especially in terms of house mortgage financing products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to be able to help and improve the economy and absorb as many workers as possible as well as the introduction of superior regional products, especially Micro and Medium Enterprises. The analysis method is carried out through explanatory research, with the PLS/SEM application. The concepts and problems studied look at causal relationships, then explain the variables that cause the problems studied. The findings from this research show the influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation, on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on innovation capability. There is an influence of innovation capability on organizational performance. There is an influence of organizational culture, strategic orientation on organizational performance which is mediated by innovation capability. The theoretical implication is that innovation capability through increasing its dimensions can improve the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises and can increase the trust and loyalty of related parties. Improve and develop production quality first, paying attention to development and innovation. Strategic orientation will provide a good indication of the organizational performance of Micro and Medium Enterprises. The managerial implication states that product quality, in the process of organizational performance involvement of all entrepreneurs with third parties is very close, so that cooperation and conformity with technical specifications to the wishes of the community must be a top priority. The quality of Micro and Medium Enterprises in terms of cooperation, production quality, performance of departments such as decision makers, is a picture that can be felt by the community or collaborating parties, so these various qualities must be a priority for improving Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pnelitian ini difokuskan pada pengembangan model strategi pertahanan wilayah perbatasan Indonesia dalam menghadapi dampak perang antara Rusia dan Ukraina, menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk memberikan manfaat teoritis dan praktis terhadap dampak perang Rusia-Ukraina sebagai bahan penyusunan konsep TNI AD dalam upaya mengembangkan tingkat perekonomian di wilayah perbatasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam upaya menguji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menerapkan triangulasi sumber, yakni dengan melakukan perbandingan dan pemeriksaan silang terhadap data yang diperoleh dari beberapa informan atau sumber yang berbeda. Objek penelitian dalam kajian ini difokuskan pada implementasi kebijakan kesiapan logistik, anggaran, kesiapsiagaan dan pengawasan di lingkungan operasi Personnel Bagian Umum Markas Besar Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat, Inspektorat Jenderal Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Staf Logistik Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat. Staf Teritorial Angkatan Darat. Staf Latihan Angkatan Darat dan TNI AD di Papua. Wilayah perbatasan Papua menjadi salah satu wilayah perbatasan yang menjadi sorotan khususnya TNI AD dalam mengambil sikap terhadap geopolitik dan geoekonomi yang terjadi di wilayah perbatasan Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembinaan teritorial menekankan terkait pentingnya membangun ketahanan wilayah melalui kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu, seperti penguatan ekonomi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan menjaga stabilitas keamanan. Doktrin tersebut tercermin dalam berbagai kebijakan tertentu, seperti Tugas BKO Satgas Pamtas, Operasi Teritorial, dan program Ketahanan Pangan Satuan Komando Kewilayahan khususnya di wilayah perbatasan Papua.

Abstract

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) has become a widely discussed topic due to the increasing discourse of sexuality and gender roles, particularly among adolescents. The provision of comprehensive sexuality education has not been implemented smoothly in several countries. The Rutgers World Population Foundation (WPF) identified existing barriers in Indonesia and sought to assist in delivering comprehensive sexuality education to Indonesian adolescents. This study aims to examine the role of the Rutgers World Population Foundation (WPF) as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in providing sexuality education for adolescents in Indonesia during the period of 2018–2021. Rutgers WPF implemented the Semangat Dunia Remaja (SETARA) program in Bandar Lampung, Denpasar, and Semarang. This research employs a qualitative method, drawing upon the pluralism perspective and the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) theory developed by David Lewis and Nazneen Kanji. As an NGO, the Rutgers World Population Foundation (WPF) serves as the implementing actor in the Semangat Dunia Remaja (SETARA) program. WPF is responsible for curriculum development, teacher training, and the allocation of financial resources to ensure the sustainability of the program. The intervention of sexuality education through the Semangat Dunia Remaja (SETARA) program has shown varied outcomes in improving the level of sexuality education among adolescents in Indonesia.
