Abstract

In 2004 Venezuela and Cuba have agreed on a regional collaboration in latin america called Alternative Bolivarian Para las Americas an abbreviated ALBA. This collaboration is formed as a resistance facing U.S. trade expansion to bring a mission neoliberalism. With the formation of ALBA, Venezuela is the regional co-operation leaders make strategic measures to face Neoliberalism. In 2010 ALBA has had a total of 10 member countries. As counter hegemony, ALBA also worked in three space. In the space of ideas, countries member need complementary principles solidarity and cooperation to achieve prosperity and equitable regional development. At the institutional space, the idea is then integrated into ALBA.Key words: Regionalism, ALBA, Trade Expansion, Strategy Integration

Abstract

This paper described the role of International Organization for Migration in preventing women trafficking cases from Ukraine to Germany. These women were sent illegaly to German area in which then they became sex workers.The theory that has been employed in this paper was the role theory based on Walker in which enables to explain a symbolic value not only for individual but also groups. Unit analysis that has been used was international organization with security human consept in which this concept was targeted to analysis traditional security.The result of this paper has proved that IOM signed Memorandum of Understanding Cooperation with Ukraine Government which purpose for consolidating to improve Ukraine legislation especially in war against human trafficking.

Abstract

The Roles of End Child Prostitution in Asian Tourims (ECPAT) in Overcoming Child Trafficking in Indonesia.  Child trafficking in Indonesia is still developing. Second position of Indonesia shown that there was lack of  government efforts in overcoming child trafficking. Some of the factors of child trafficking are; the lack of awareness of the dangers of trafficking, poverty that caused immigration, sham occupations, lack of education, fake marriages and romances. And then governmentproved by working with ECPAT in overcoming child trafficking in Indonesia.  This study shown the efforts of ECPAT assist Indonesian government in overcoming child trafficking. Koalisi Nasional Penghapusan Eksploitasi Seksual Komersial Anak (KONAS PESKA) is a assembly of activists who care about child trafficking issues. PreviouslyKONAS PESKA was an Affiliate member of ECPAT International and thenit became ECPAT Indonesia. Advocacy is a program that is often done by ECPAT Indonesia and some organizations of child trafficking eradication for commercial sexual exploitation. Cooperation with The Body Shop in campaign „Stop Sexual Children Trafficking and Youth Trafficking‟, an important advocacy component of the campaign is the Country Progress Card  system is created by ECPAT and The Body Shop will evaluate the progress of the countries‟ action in wiping out of child trafficking in their countries.Key Word:  Child Trafficking, Routine Activity theory, ECPAT Indonesia, Stop Sexual and Children trafficking and Youth Trafficking Campaign

Abstract

This research is the political economy of the country of Iran in the Middle East region areexperiencing economic-political dynamics of interest in the era of Mahmud Ahmadnejad leadership.Under his leadership, Iran is trying to not be dragged into the political hegemony of internationalmainstrem dominated by the United States and its Allies. To show the existence in the context of domesticand international, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad then launched a program of the National Economic Planning(NEP).This research used a descriptive analytical methodology, while the data collection techniquesused are library research. Then the theory is used to answer the formulation / identification problem is aconstructivist approach that collaborated with the country's development theory to the achievement of theNEP.Efforts / Policies are on the run to achieve the NEP program under the leadership of MahmoudAhmadinejad of Iran has brought progress and fundamental changes to the economic and political Iran.Keyword:National EkonomicPlaning Iran The Political Hegemoni, and Mainstrem.

Abstract

In this time ZEEI resource exploiting go out to sea was high enough but result was obtained Indonesia nation and also state still is small. Where foreign ship activity which steal fish have entered 12 mile Indonesia often found in territorial water of West Aceh, North Sulawesi, territorial ocean of Arafuru, and some area which gristle to the happening of trespasser at least 1 million in a year ton result of Indonesia sea fisher have been taken by a number of foreign ship, from that case Indonesian have cooperation with Thailand fishery area specially in the case of resource development ocean of Indonesia and its bearing with problem of theft ilegal fishing. And the effort from fishery cooperation between Indonesia and Thailand in overcoming theft illegal fish and also its bearing with sea resources development, hence writer use framework idea of International Relations concept, International Maritime Law concept, Regional concept of Territorial Water, and also conception Reality Development of Oceanic and Fishery.To facilitate analysis and also get clarity pursuant to existing problems, hence writer use major premis for example : concept of Internasional Relation, Internatsional Law, concept of Internasional Cooperation, concept of International Agreement, while minor premis consist of : Region Territorial Water of Indonesia, Reality Development Oceanic of Indonesia. Thereby hence interesting writer of hypotesis that is ;‖ if Thailand and Indonesia doing fishery cooperation more foccused which have agreement in minilisize activity a theft of regional ilegal fish in territorial ocean of Indonesia by applying effective observation and staigtening of law expressly, hence resource ocean of Indonesia good involve and also non involving will expand to be marked the increasingof fishery productivity and the increasingof infrastructure development ocean in Indonesia‖.Finally writer conclude that Indonesia government still good enough to increase its ocean development with effort of observation and straightening of law expressly by doing cooperatin with Thailand in minilisize activity theft of illegal fish in ocean territorial of Indonesia.Keyword : Fisheries cooperation, illegal fishing, and development ocean in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is is to exsplain about the internasional coopration betweencountry and international organizations. The focus of this study is to eksplainUNAIDS as internasional organization that hold global HIV/AIDS. HIV /AIDS is a health issue that is deserves to be taken internationally. To handlethis problems, Indonesia does cooperation with international organizations,United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS ( UNAIDS ) . unaid is createdby the global responses toward the increasing and expansion of HIV/AIDSwhich is increase highly. Indonesia is one of the countries that facesincreasing in HIV from year to year . The highest prevalence of HIV inIndonesia is through drug injection and sexual risk. The cooperationUNAIDS and Indonesian began in 1996 , with the mission of preventing HIVis providing care support for those infected with HIV / AIDS and reduceindividual and communities to HIV / AIDS then reduce the social andeconomical effects.The implementation of the UNAIDS programme inindonesia is not effective. Harm reduction is program recommended byUNAIDS in Indonesia. The implementation of this program has a lot ofobstacles. Failure to change behavior of drug addicts to use clean needlesmake the spread of HIV is increasing. Another obstacles is the HarmReduction program against Indonesian law other than beside that thisprogram is not accepted by the majority of Muslims in Indonesia. thecondition of indonesian geography widely that separates thousand islandsalso make dissemination of information to be complicated.Key Words: HIV/AIDS, UNAIDS, drug injection,sexual , Harm Reduction

Abstract

This research purpose is to explain about the interest of USAID as agent in implementingof USA policy through humanitarian assistance program. USAID is the prominent USAgovernment. In giving humanitarian assistance to countries that faces disaster as Philippines.Humanitarian Assistance that is given by USA is not only as caring symbols and giving attentionto other country as the effect of disaster but also as one of politics way used to achieve their aimsin abroad.It is qualitative research with literature study. It explained about USAID program inhumanitarian division that sustained by analyzing of national interest and encouraging USA todo the program. In this study, writer used interest concept by doing soft power to implement it.According to Jack. C. Plano, national interest is really prominent purpose to be example ofdetermining politics in another country.It is found that humanitarian assistance is USA given through USAID to Philippines asthe effect of Toppan Haiyan, USA can improve its reputation in international level. ToPhilippines, humanitarian assistance really help in reconciled its country. Abstract

Economic cooperation between Iceland with regional organizations in Europe has been started since 1970, the relationship is marked by the merger of Iceland to the European Free Trade Area (EFTA), a free trade organization in Europe. In 1972, Iceland establish bilateral relations with the European Economic Citizens (before it became the EU) in which to discuss about the free trade agreement. This relationship is growing up in 1994, Iceland joined into an agreement European Economic Area (EEA). Through the EEA agreement, Iceland has access to the EU internal market, but as a consequence of Iceland is required to adopt EU regulations relevant to the internal market. This research will discuss why Iceland retains the EEA economic cooperation with the EU. This research used qualitative research methods that the source data is taken from books, journals, newspapers, internet, and previous research has relevant data with the title. The writer uses liberalism perspective and nation state level analysis. By using the concept national interest and theory of theory of international cooperation’s K.J Holsti. Iceland maintains the EEA agreement because of the economic and political interests. Economically EEA agreement Iceland expand the international market, increase exports and imports to EU countries and boost GDP growth. Political interests of Iceland is to provide access without having to become an official member of the European Union, to protect fisheries and agricultural controls.Keywords: National Interst, European Economic Area, European Union, Internal Market

Abstract

This study will examine how the role of OECD as an international organization dealing with issues of international economic development in addressing international tax evasion through tax havens countries. Tax haven is a phenomenon where there is a regulation that implements a system of taxation which is not in accordance with international taxation. One of the countries grouped in the state of tax havens by OECD is Cayman Island. Many countries want to attract investors into the country and carried out by the Cayman Island by applying zero tax system.For a country that is not a tax haven countries this problem is a very serious problem. This study uses library research where data taken from all sources relevant to the research problem. This study uses the level of analysis of international organizations and using the theory of the role of international organizations and the theory put forward by Clive Archer.This study shows that the OECD as an international organization in the economic development of the world to take concrete steps in addressing the issues of international tax evasion through tax haven countries especially those in the Cayman Island by applying a Tax Information Exchange Agreements and the OECD rules is followed by the Cayman Islands countries as a step to avoid international tax evasion .Keywords : International Organization, Role and International Organization Theory, Tax Haven, Tax Haven Country, Cayman Island, Tax Information Exchange Agreements, Tax Evasion, OECD.
