Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana implemetansi sistem informasi manajemen di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan dan bagaimana pelayanan administrasi SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem informasi manajemen di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan dan pelayanan administrasi di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan. Serta memiliki kegunaan dari berbagai pihak, baik itu dari pihak tempat penelitian maupun dari pihak penulis sendiri. Pada dasarnya Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan study lapangan (field research) dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menentukan subjek dan objek penelitian dengan mengacu pada pedoman wawancara untuk melakukan wawancara, observasi serta dan angket sebagai pelengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung pelayanan administrasi di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan segala fasilitas/ sarana dan prasarana sebagai batu pijakan dalam optimalisasi penerapan sistem informasi manajemen. Usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan sudah semakin meningkat karena ditunjang berbagai macam pelayanan administrasi yang telah diterapkan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan yang dapat membantu siswa dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar setiap harinya.

Abstract

In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.

Abstract

The current problem is that in an increasingly sophisticated era, student ethics are increasingly decreasing. One of the tasks of higher education is to create students with character and achievements. Thus, this research will examine the implementation of the student code of ethics and its implications in creating students with character and achievements. The aim of this research is to find out the process of implementing the code of ethics and its implications for students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the student code of ethics has gone well and has positive implications in creating students with character and achievements, namely 70.71%. From the results of implementing the code of ethics, students have their own character and achievements which are viewed from aspects of student character and aspects of student achievement. In implementing the code of ethics, there are supporting and inhibiting factors.
