Motorized Vehicle Tax is a tax on ownership and/or control of motorized vehicles. In the implementation of the collection is carried out in the office with Samsat. The SAMSAT Joint Office involves three government agencies, namely: the Regional Revenue Agency, the Regional Police of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT. (Persero) Jasa Raharja Loss Insurance. The Technical Service Unit (UPT) Region 1 Palu SAMSAT has a work unit, namely the Billing and Determination Implementation Unit (PENTAP) which focuses on the billing section and determining the amount of tax bills to be raised. The method used in the preparation of this Final Project will be discussed descriptively regarding the Motor Vehicle Tax Determination Mechanism carried out by the Taxpayer Collection and Determination Unit at the SAMSAT Wil.1 Palu Office.

Empowering the community's economy by implementing a community-based nutritional garden program with the aim of cultivating yards, adding nutrition, and increasing family income growth. Methods The implementation of the activity begins with coordinating with village officials, then socializing the community's economic empowerment, then planting horticultural crops, namely kale, spinach, ginger, and turmeric. This activity took place in Loru Village, Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. The results of this activity are able to provide motivation for some people to start living a healthy and clean life, utilize the land and can help the economic growth of the people of Loru Village. family income. Pelayanan public kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas atau fungsi penting Pemerintah dalam menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas pemerintahannya. Pemerintah harus mampu mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreativitasnya untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat karena kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi salah satu indicator dari keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemerintah. Pajak adalah iuran yang berupa uang dari rakyat kepada Negara berdasarkan undang-undang yang dapat dipaksakan dengan tidak mendapat jasa timba lbalik (kontraprestasi) yang langsung dapat ditunjuk atau digunakan untuk membayar pengeluaran umum. Dalam hal mengurusi surat-sura tkelengkapan dan kepemilikan mengenai kendaraan bermotor pemerintah telah membentuk kantor SAMSAT. Adapun tugas yang dilakukan dalam di Instansi ini adalah mengikuti kegiatan ATT, dimana kegiataan tersebut di fokuskan di beberapa OPD di Kota Palu dikarenakan banyaknya ASN yang tidak taat dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan dinas.

Pengabdian ini ingin melihat bagaimana permasalahan pengelolaan desa wisata yang masih belum terbentuk secara optimal, dan minimnya pemasaran wisata berbasis digital bagi pengelola wisata desa wisata Masaingi, hal ini menyebabkan pengelolaan objek wisata tidak maksimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini, sangat penting bagi pemerintah, masyarakat setempat, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya (akademisi) untuk bekerja sama dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan lingkungan, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, akademisi dari Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNTAD menginisiasi sebuah pelatihan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan desa wisata, berdasarkan hasil dari pengabdian dengan mensosialisasi manajemen vlog kepada pelaku UMKM desa masaingi maka dapat lebih memahami tentang pemanfaatan vlog sebagai media promosi. dan mengaplikasikan manajemen dan ekosistem vlog untuk meningkatkan kedatangan wisatawan pada akhirnya UMKM di desa wisata masaingi

This study aims to analyse the effect of workload and financial compensation on work enthusiasm with work engagement as a moderating variable in the expenditure treasurer of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of Tojo Una Una Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research, with the census method, namely using forty-one Tojo Una Una Regency SKPD expenditure treasurers as the population. The analytical tool used is SEM-PLS, data collection through google form media. The results of this study indicate that (1) workload has a negative and significant effect on the morale of SKPD expenditure treasurers of Tojo Una Una Regency (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the morale of SKPD expenditure treasurers of Tojo Una Una Regency (3) work engagement has a negative and significant effect as a moderator of the relationship between workload and morale of SKPD expenditure treasurers of Tojo Una Una Regency (4) work engagement has a positive and significant effect as a moderator of the relationship between financial compensation and morale of SKPD expenditure treasurers of Tojo Una Una Regency (4) work engagement has a positive and significant effect as a moderator of the relationship between financial compensation and morale.

Development of products and services to the community is the key to success in business ventures. UD. Barokah is a business that is engaged in meeting the primary needs of the community, namely in the form of selling various kinds of products, both in the form of sales of wholesale and retail. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

The local government has attempted to implement regional autonomy, which has carried out development for 5 years through Regional Original Revenue (PAD) funding. The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential growth rate, as well as forecast the resource's future earnings. This study uses secondary data for the 2017-2021 financial and regional asset management bodies in Central Sulawesi with descriptive analysis. This research technique uses contribution ratio analysis techniques, growth ratios and trend ratios. These results indicate that the contribution of PAD sources found that local taxes and other legitimate PAD are the largest contributors to PAD in Central Sulawesi while levies and business entities still contribute and the elasticity is small, while the growth rate of PAD sources will have a tendency. of fluctuating growth rates.
