The study intends to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of transformational leadership style, work culture, and discipline in marine and fishery Departmet in Donggala District. Sampel consists of 41 officials. Method of analysis is descriptive verificative with multiple linier regressions analysis. The result shows that transformational leadership style, work culture, and discipline simultaneously influence officials’ performance significantly with f value of 24.717 on sig 0.000; transformational leadership style influence performance significantly with t value of 2.337 on sig 0.025;, work culture influence performance significantly with t value of 2.753 on sig 0.009, discipline influence performance significantly with t value of 2.344 on sig 0.025.

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of competency and compensation on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University. Population consists of 188 officials who were all selected as respondents. Method of study is causal descriptive with multiple linear regressions analysis. The result shows that competency and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on discipline of official in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with Adjusted R-Square value of 0.450 or 45%, which defines the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not studied, on F-value of 75.728 with α=0,05 or α<0,05 sig. F=0,000. Partially, competency has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.183 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%; compensation has a positive and significant influence on discipline of officials in The Rectorate Office of Tadulako University with regression coefficient of 0.312 on sig. T of 0.000 with value α<0,05 with a confidence level of 95%.

The study intends to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture, compensation, and motivation on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu. Primary data is gathered from questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents at the Pratama Tax Office of Palu. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result concludes that 1) organizational culture, compensation, and motivation simultaneously have positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 2) organizational culture partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 3) compensation partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu; 4) motivation partially has positive and significant influence on performance of officials at Pratama Tax Office Palu. The result of the regression test indicates an Adjusted R- Square of 0.490, which means that 49% of work performance at Pratama Tax Office Palu is influenced by organizational culture, compensation, and motivation; the remining is influenced by variables that are not studied.

Turnover adalah keluar masuknya tenaga kerja dalam suatu perusahaan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Turnover yang tinggi dalam suatu usaha dapat kita lihat dari seberapa besar keingingan atau niat karyawan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan tersebut. Turnover intention merupakan keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari tempat dia bekerja. Hal ini dapat berdampak buruk bagi kinerja karyawan sehingga mempengaruhi kegiatan yang ada dalam suatu organisasi jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya turnover intention, dampak turnover intention, dan alasan tetap bertahan meskipun memiliki turnover intention pada salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner yaitu rumah makan Radja Penyet Mas Fais. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu faktor utama penyebab terjadinya turnover intention adalah gaji. Sedangkan dampak adanya turnover intention adalah perubahan perilaku kerja baik itu penurunan kinerja maupun peningkatan perilaku indisipliner karyawan.

This study aims to determine the optimization of public services for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from the perspective of human resource management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the Poso Regional General Hospital. This type of research is qualitative research. The results showed that transparency is open, easy to understand and accessible to all parties who need it and is provided adequately and easily understood. This dimension is felt by the community who uses the service as good, so the community evaluates it well and feels the satisfaction of the services provided. Transparency affects the service process in order to create a good impression so that the ultimate goal of satisfaction can be achieved. This dimension of accountability is the ability to provide services in a timely and consistent manner, service standards and promised times that can be accounted for. Conditional, namely the responsiveness of the apparatus in providing the services needed and being able to complete the service quickly according to the promised time period with the conditions and capabilities of the service provided by the officer. This condition situation is related to the reason and way of thinking of the apparatus shown to the customer. Participation encourages community participation in service delivery by taking into account the aspirations, needs and expectations of the community. The guarantee dimension includes knowledge, ability, politeness and trustworthiness possessed by the apparatus, free from dangers, risks, and doubts that result in disturbances in the normal structure of life. Providers and recipients of public services must fulfill the rights and obligations of each party. The inhibiting factor is the lack of apparatus resources, the lack of infrastructure and infrastructure. The supporting factors are encouraging each other's apparatus, holding coordination or evaluation meetings every three months and then giving the planting of awareness to serve the community sincerely and according to conscience.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Servant Leadership dan Komitmen Organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This research aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of work motivation and work adaptation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for outsourcing employees of Bank Indonesia Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is all outsourcing employees Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province, totaling 70 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique (census), namely where the entire population is sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to outsourcing employees Bank Indonesia Central Sulawesi Province . The data analysis technique uses the SEM- Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the research show that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia outsourced employees in Central Sulawesi Province. (2) Work adaptation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia outsourced employees in Central Sulawesi Province. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (4) Work adaptation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province. (6) Motivation work indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province (7). Work adaptation indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of outsourced employees of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province.

This research aims to identify the simultaneous and partial relationship between work discipline, motivation and facilities on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique in this research is using the census technique (saturated sampling), with a sample of 58 respondents. The types of data are quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Techniques in collecting data are carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. The technique in analyzing data is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Discipline, motivation and work facilities have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant relationship at Bapenda Palu City (4) Work facilities have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance at Bapenda Palu City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance through Work Stress as a Mediating Variable (Study at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency). The subjects in this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the sample of this study were employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency Office, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. The data were analyzed by SEM analysis assisted by the SmartPLS3 application. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) direct relationships between influencing variables. The results of the variables that affected directly are: workload has a significant effect on employee performance, it has a significant effect on work stress, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work stress, and work stress directly has a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of variables that affected indirectly are: workload indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress and work motivation indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress

The purpose of this study was to understand the process of weighing and receiving by executive nurses in 10 inpatient rooms of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province. The research subjects included 65 executive nurses working in the hospital. Purposive sampling was the sampling method used in this study, where the researcher selected respondents from the population based on criteria determined by the researcher. The conclusion of the results of this study states that a series of nurse handover processes in the inpatient room of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province have been implemented, but 45 respondents (69%) stated that the handover mechanism was in accordance with the SOP and 20 respondents (31%) stated that the implementation was not in accordance with the SOP.In the handover method, there were 39 respondents (60%) who stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and 26 respondents (40%) who stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. Regarding the content / information of the weigh-in, 47 respondents (72%) stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and as many as 18 respondents (18%) stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. As well as obstacles such as things that are forgotten to be conveyed, noise, patient calls and critical situations of patients during weigh-in, 50 respondents (77%) stated that they could handle it well and as many as 15 respondents (23%) stated that there were obstacles in the process of weigh-in in the Undata Hospital inpatient room that could not be handled at all, but could be minimized.
