This study intends to find out The Semi-strong Form of capital market efficiency on Islamic stock index in The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This efficiency study includes response to the circulated information in the market. The sample involves companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index and distributed dividend during December 2013 to November 2014.Technique analysis used is quantitative and apllies event study method. The study is divided into 2 periods that are: estimation period, which takes place 2Â months berfore the event and event period takes place in 21 days (10 days prior to the event, the event day, and 10 days post the event). Test result demonstrated that dividend annouincement has information content for the potential investors. This is shown by significant abnormal return on the dividend announcement day. In addition, it also shows that Islamic Stock Index in The Indonesia Stock Exchange is on the semi-strong form of efficiency, which is reflected by the absence of investors obtaining abnormal return consictetly in a long term. This also means that the market reacts quickly to new information provided.

Kangvifo FnB is a business engaged in the service sector, Kangvifo was founded in February 2021 which was founded by several people to meet the community's needs for food and beverage product photo service providers, in Palu City there are many MSMEs so that this is a big business opportunity for Kangvifo FnB. In entrepreneurship, of course, it is necessary to apply the science of financial governance in order to develop a business so that it can develop. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the science of financial governance in the Kangvifo FnB business. The research method uses qualitative data, the data source is primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation of financial reports from September to December. The results of this study indicate the application of the science of financial governance to the Kangvifo FnB business, which previously did not carry out financial management properly and after being assisted has carried out such planning as making a price list for the types of product photos to be photographed, sales targets, and has recorded reports. working capital, statement of cash flows, and statement of income

Indonesia's economy is largely driven by increasing household consumption and one of the fast-growing industries is the food and beverage industry Researchers conduct research on innovation strategies that can be carried out in an effort to influence the development of Narasa Potato's sales production. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze what innovation steps can significantly affect business development and analyze the position of the ongoing business and formulate innovations that need to be done to overcome existing problems. Based on the problems that occur in the Narasa Potato business, the purpose of this study is to formulate an innovation strategy that can be used in the development of the Narasa Potato business.

This study aims to analyze the market reaction in the Indonesia Stock Exchange to the announcement of the list of companies in the LQ45 index. The research methodology used in this study is event study., which involves calculating and analyzing the abnormal returns obtained by the newly added companies during the announcement period. The population for this study consists of companies listed in the LQ45 index, with a sample of 25 companies from 2019 to 2022. Statistical analyses utilized include One Sample T-Test to examine the differences in abnormal returns on a daily basis during the event period, and Wilcoxon Signed-rank Test to compare the differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement. The results of the statistical analysis indicate a significant positive abnormal return on the first day following the announcement, followed by a subsequent market adjustment resulting in no further significant abnormal returns. Furthermore, there were no significant differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement, indicating a rapid market response in adjusting prices. Sales have been carried out effectively by utilizing competitive business opportunities with various business plans. In achieving sales targets, UD Barokah carries out various strategies and innovations on an ongoing basis in order to maintain business existence and compete with other entrepreneurs. Efforts to build communication with customers through creating Whatshap groups and services in a timely manner are important keys in attracting and retaining customers.The main objective of this research is to find out the business strategies and innovations implemented by UD Barokah in achieving sales targets. The specific objective of this research is to learn to run a business, find out the factors that influence the development of UD Barokah's business, and make creations and innovations in developing business and market opportunities.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran fasilitas kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota di Kangvifo FnB. Pada dasarnya, penelitian ini membahas mengenai masalah yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Fasilitas Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Anggota pada Usaha Kangvifo FnB. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Data penelitian dihimpun melalui teknik observasi, wawancara secara langsung dengan setiap anggota Kangvifo FnB serta didukung dengan data dokumentatif dan literatur pendukung yang relevan terhadap permasalahan yang penulis angkat. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif analitis. yaitu analisis yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati sesuai dengan peristiwa sebenarnya, serta analisis SWOT. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dan manfaat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan informasi mengenai pengembangan kinerja anggota pada usaha Kangvifo FnB. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peranan Fasilitas Kerja terbukti dapat Meningkatkan Kinerja Anggota pada Usaha Kangvifo FnB.

The food and beverage business in Indonesia is a business that continues to grow. Seeing the increasing number of restaurants, cafes and other culinary attractions, this indicates that the food and beverage business is always eyed by all parties. The goal of Narasa Potato product development is to maximize product sales achievement and also to increase customer satisfaction with Narasa Potato products. At present there are also many businesses that have recently opened and then closed because they have not thought about the existing market competition. This study aims to analyze the business development strategy and product marketing at the "Narasa Potato" business. The research method used is qualitative with data processing and analysis consisting of primary data analysis in the form of interview data and secondary data in the form of information about Narasa Potato products. attract and target the market by continuing to market products through today's modern technology network so that Narasa Potato products are increasingly known and remain viable in the current era of market competition by implementing better business development and product marketing.

KangVifo merupakan bisnis baru yang tengah menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi adalah formula pemasaran yang tidak dapat diandalkan, arus pendapatan yang tidak stabil, dan kekurangan keterampilan profesional di antara karyawan. Penelitian yang dilakukan selama enam bulan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan observasi partisipan serta wawancara, menemukan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia belum dilakukan secara sistematis, sehingga menjadi hambatan utama bagi kemajuan bisnis. Namun, KangVifo telah mengambil beberapa langkah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan, seperti berpartisipasi dalam program mentoring dan memberikan kesempatan pada semua anggota untuk berlatih di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengimplementasikan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Diperlukan juga peningkatan kesadaran karyawan akan pekerjaan mereka, penguatan rasa ingin tahu, dan sikap responsif terhadap perubahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lingkup dunia pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Metode pemasaran yang sebelumnya bersifat tradisional dan konvensional, kini telah terintegrasi dalam dunia digital. Tak terlepas bagi para pelaku usaha yang baru. Sweet Banana menggunakan alat analisis SWOT dan strategi pemasaran STP untuk menentukan segmentasi, target dan posisi produk melalui analisis SWOT dengan pemanfaatan digital marketing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk memperoleh pasar yang lebih luas di Kota Palu sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan untuk keberlanjutan usaha Sweet Banana. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah mastriks SWOT serta strategi pemasaran STP. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pemanfaatan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif pada pengembangan jaringan pemasaran usaha Sweet Banana dibuktikan dengan perolehan omset melebihi target yang ditentukan
