Abstract

This research aims to analyze and consider various factors and components that may influence each other between Product Quality, Brand Image and Price Perception on Purchase Interest in Make Over Products in Bekasi City. The sample for this research was 170 respondents who were interested in buying Make Over products in Bekasi City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and convenience sampling techniques. then the data results were processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying Make Over products both partially, but there is no influence of price perception on interest in buying Make Over products either partially. . Simultaneously, product quality, price perception and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Make Over products in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a crucial asset for every organization, including CV Wahyu Artha Technic. Effective HR management through good leadership and proper training is essential to achieve company goals. This study aims to explore the relationship between leadership style and job training on employee performance at CV. Wahyu Artha Technic, West Java. Data were obtained through questionnaires completed by 65 respondents in May 2024, with a 100% response rate. The results showed that participative leadership style and timely job training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Sales data shows fluctuations from year to year, which is closely related to the lack of training and ineffective leadership style. A survey of respondents showed that employee performance can be improved through opportunities provided by leadership to convey feedback and complaints. Training that is relevant to operational needs and technological developments is proven to improve employee competence and productivity. The conclusion of this study is that good leadership style and structured job training significantly improve employee performance at CV. Wahyu Artha Technic. The recommendations of this study include the importance of effective communication between management and employees as well as the development of continuous training programs to maintain employee competence and motivation. Implementation of these strategies is expected to optimize overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence on job satisfaction, work stress and work environment on turnover intention. The research carried out is quantitative research. The data source used was primary data which was carried out through a questionnaire processed using SPSS 26.0 and the total sample in this study was 61 respondents. The results of the regression show that partially there is no significant effect between job satisfaction and employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri, there is a partial significant effect between work stress and employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri, the work environment partially has no significant effect on turnover employee intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri. Job satisfaction, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Indoalumnium Intikarsa Industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk beras ayana di kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan Non-Probabilitas Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik Insidental Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik Pengambilan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui angket dan google form. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Subjek penelitian yaitu pengguna produk beras ayana di kota bekasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan pengaruh positif terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the social media marketing and e-Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for mixue products in Harapan Baru Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative and the sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling technique. The sample used was 130 respondents taken by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis test results using Multiple Linear Regression. The results in this research show that Social Media Marketing has a partially positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, likewise with Electronic Word of Mouth there is a partially positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.
