Abstract

This service was carried out in Harjosari 1 Village, Medan Amplas District. The aim of this community service is to increase public awareness to avoid business transactions that contain elements of usury and to find out the level of success of the community service program for business transactions that contain elements of usury. The methods used in this community service activity are counseling, presentations and discussions. The results of the service show that firstly, the people of Harjosari 1 Subdistrict, Medan Amplas District, have an understanding of various business transactions, some already understand, some are still unsure, and some even don't understand. Second, to achieve the objectives of the community service activity program for the people of Harjosari 1 Subdistrict, Medan Amplas District, collaboration has been carried out between the community and service providers which is in accordance with the event rundown and predetermined time.

Abstract

This community service is carried out for students of STAI Al-Hikmah Medan. The purpose of this community service is to determine the level of understanding of STAI Al-Hikmah Medan students about education of sharia financing contracts and to determine the level of success of this Community Service (PKM) activity. The methods used in this Community Service (PKM) activity are through counseling, presentations and discussions. The results of the service show that the Community Service (PKM) program for STAI Al-Hikmah Medan students can be organized well and run smoothly according to the activity plan that has been prepared. The results of this service conclude that first, STAI Al-Hikmah Medan students have a diverse understanding of sharia financial transactions, some already understand, some are still hesitant, and some do not understand. Second, the achievement of the objectives of the STAI Al-Hikmah Medan student PKM activity program has been carried out in collaboration between students and community service where it is in accordance with the rundown of the event and the time that has been determined previously

Abstract

This study aims to find out "The Effect of Brand Image and Brand Trust on Smartphone INFINIX Suzuya Tanjung Morawa Product Consumer Purchase Decisions". This type of research is associative. The population in this study were all consumers of Smartphone INFINIX Suzuya Tanjung Morawa Products as many as 180 customers using Slovin formula techniques, then the number of samples in this study were 124 respondents taken from a portion of the population. Based on the results of the t test it can be seen that the tcount on the variable Brand Image and Brand Trust is 3,620 and 5,273> t table is 1,657 with probability t that is sig <0,05 towards the variable loyalty. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 28.383> 3.07 with sig 0,000 <a0.05, indicating that the Brand Image and Brand Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained is 0.308 or 30.8%. loyalty can be explained by Brand Image and Brand Trust, the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine "The Effect of Product Differentiation and Brand Image on Interest in Buying Scarlett Whitening Products (Case Study of Scarlett Body Lotion Products in the People of Pematang Jaya Langkat District)". two variables, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The population in this study were 366 people who were female with a sample of 191 respondents taken from part of the existing population. And by using the Slovin formula technique. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that the Effect of Product Differentiation and Brand Image partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Scarlett Whitening Products (Case Study of Scarlett Body Lotion Products in the People of Pematang JayaLangkat District). Product differentiation and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Scarlett Whitening Products (Case Study of Scarlett Body Lotion Products in the People of Pematang Jaya Langkat District).

Abstract

This service is carried out with the aim of fostering children's intelligence through parenting where parenting is a very important thing to do by school institutions to provide knowledge to parents/guardians of students related to education for early childhood. The purpose of this parenting activity is to provide understanding and guidance to parents/guardians of students on how to foster children's intelligence according to their interests and talents. The method of activity carried out is participatory, namely an effort to provide information to parents/guardians of students and teachers so that they have an increased understanding of the material presented. The form of community service activities is in the form of seminars and interactive discussions related to the intelligence of each child and how to foster that intelligence according to the child's interests and talents. The results of this activity are the implementation of parenting activities for parents/guardians of students at TKQ Nur Insani in fostering children's intelligence according to their interests and talents properly, as well as an increase in the understanding of parents/guardians of students regarding how to foster children's intelligence according to their interests and talents.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sistem reward di dalam organisasi bertujuab untuk menarik dan mempertahankan sumber daya manusia. Namun, reward tidak hanya soal upah, bonus dan komisi saja, reward non finansial seperti penghargaan prestasi, pengembangan diri, dan pemberian kesempatan pengambilan keputusan juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas sebagai seorang dosen profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi dan dampak dari reward management yang diberikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dosen. Penelitian dilakukan di STAI Al Hikmah Medan, salah satu PTKIS di Sumatera Utara. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif-naturalistik. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian diantaranya; 1) Implementasi reward management dilakukan dengan bentuk ‘hadiah’ pujian, sertifikat, dan intensif tambahan, 2) Dampak dari pemberian reward management terbukti dapat  meningkatkan motivasi dosen melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. konsistensi dan peningkatan reward setiap tahun juga masih menjadi sebuah program besar bagi STAI Al Hikmah Medan, mengingat perbaikan menuju akreditasi ungguk menjadi misi besar yang dijalankan melalui peningkatan kinerja dosen.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the influence of leadership behavior and emotional intelligence on readiness for change and to determine the moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between leadership behavior, emotional intelligence and readiness for change. Data was collected using emotional intelligence surveys and Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS SEM) was used. Research findings show that leadership behavior and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on employee readiness for change. More importantly, it confirms the moderating effect of organizational commitment. This study provides an empirical explanation of the combined effects of several important determinants of change management.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan terhadap perubahan dan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi komitmen organisasi terhadap hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan, kecerdasan emosional, dan kesiapan untuk berubah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survkecerdasan emosional dan pemodelan persamaan struktural Partial Least Squares (PLS SEM) digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan karyawan terhadap perubahan. Lebih penting lagi, hal ini menegaskan efek moderat dari komitmen organisasi. Studi ini memberikan penjelasan empiris mengenai efek gabungan dari beberapa faktor penentu manajemen perubahan yang penting.
