Abstract

The components of Islamic education in the Qur'an include education in tauhid, education in ibadah, education in ethics or akhlak, education in mental development, and education in life management. The purpose of these components is to develop human potential, including spiritual, emotional, and cognitive-rational intelligence. By understanding and implementing these principles, humans can recognize their true selves and function accordingly, ultimately leading to happiness in both this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

Abstract

Gampong Cot Seurani termasuk salah satu gampong tertua di kecamatan Muara Batu, yang lahirnya sebelum Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Lingkungan disekitar gampoeng ini merupakan daerah desa yang berpotensi tinggi  namun kurangnya pemberdayaan masyarakat cerdas sehingga digunakannya smile (smart village) untuk menciptakan  generasi masyarakat cerdas, serta minimnya kemampuan dan keterampilan  dalam menciptakan generasi masyarakat cerdas di gampong Cot Seurani kabupaten Aceh Utara. Bersumber dari wawancara kepada Geuchik masalah yang ditemukan di gampoeng ini ialah 1) Kurangnya pemberdayaan masyarakat cerdas sehingga digunakannya smile (smart village) untuk menciptakan generasi masyarakat cerdas di gampong Cot Seurani kabupaten Aceh Utara, 2)Minimnya kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam menciptakan generasi masyarakat cerdas di gampong Cot Seurani kecamatan Muara Batu kabupaten Aceh Utara. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini maka dibutuhkan pemberdayaan pemuda melalui smile (smart village) di gampong cot seurani merupakan sebagai acuan masyarakat dalam menciptakan potensi berdasarkan kemampuannya masing-masing. smile (smart village) harus dipahami bahwa adanya dorongan dari bawah, yaitu dari masyarakat untuk lebih terbiasa menggali potensi dan meningkatkan kapasitas yang dimilikinya. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat maka dibutuhkan pendekatan yang tepat sehingga pelaksaanan dapat berjalan secara efisien dengan metode sebagai berikut. 1) Metode Direct Instruction, dimaksudkan untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang materi yang bersifat teoritis dan umum, dalam hal ini diterapkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan parameter, pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan  mitra mengenai Smart Village (SMILE), 2) Metode Dialog, dimaksudkan adanya tanya jawab yang terjalin 2 arah sehingga didapatkan feedback yang baik, dan pelaksana dapat membantu masalah yang dialami secara aktual oleh mitra. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan pemuda pemudi di Gampong Cot Seurani dapat mengimplementasikan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil angket peserta pelatihan pada aspek kepuasan mendapatkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 93,8 (sangat tinggi), aspek ketertarikan rata-rata nilai yang didapat sebesar 92,3 (sangat tinggi), aspek motivasi mendapatkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 94,5 (sangat tinggi), aspek pengembangan diri rata-rata nilai yang didapat sebesar 92,7(sangat tinggi)

Abstract

This training aims to provide an understanding and equip students with the knowledge necessary for effective customer service. The event was held at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, attended by 80 participants. Training is conducted in three forms: providing materials, conducting strategy analysis, and engaging in role-playing. The results indicate an increase in student knowledge and competence in customer service, specifically in serving customers. It is hoped that the results of this service will contribute to the development of the Sharia Banking program, enabling it to continue playing an active role in enhancing student competence.

Abstract

Research Aim : The purpose of writing this article is to further examine marketing strategies and educational approaches that can increase public awareness of the importance of insurance. Design/Methods/Approach : The author conducted research through a qualitative approach to explore the education and communication strategies implemented by Pani Dai-Ichi Life, Data collection was carried out in three ways namely; observation, interviews, and documentation. Research Findings : The education and communication strategy implemented by Panin dai-Ichi Life has proven effective in expanding access to information and increasing public awareness about the importance of insurance, especially among the younger generation. The educational approach is carried out through workshop activities in Surabaya area campuses, as well as informative content on social media that discusses financial management, financial protection, and risk management. Theoretical contribution/Originality: Academic basis that can be utilized to design more efficient education and communication strategies in increasing public understanding and awareness of insurance. Practice/Policy Implications:  1. optimization of digital education through webinars, and social media, 2. Interactive communication strategies such as question and answer sessions and insurance benefit simulations, 3. Use of simple lenguage to make information easier to understand. Research limitations: This study has limitations such as a regional focus that only covers Surabaya, so the findings may be less representative of other regional contexts.
