Abstract

Abstract Partner problems: 1) Limited knowledge about corrective facial makeup to support activities, 2) Limited media regarding corrective facial makeup as an alternative learning source. We facilitate solutions to problems by 1) Providing education about corrective facial makeup to support appearance, 2) Developing a pocketbook about corrective facial makeup as an alternative learning resource. The objectives of this activity: 1) Increase knowledge of the basic concepts of corrective facial make-up, 2) Stimulate creativity in applying corrective facial make-up according to facial conditions. The method of carrying out activities is lectures accompanied by case studies, discussions, demonstrations and guided practice at the Gayatri Beauty Academy, Singapore which will be held on August 27, 2023. The implementing team is lecturers from the Cosmetology Education Study Program, Jakarta State University, with a target of 20 migrant workers. Activities are carried out in stages with several achievement targets tailored to the needs, characteristics of the participants and the learning objectives to be achieved. Data collection instruments are: 1) Objective tests to measure knowledge, and 2) non-tests, in the form of performance sheets to measure skills and questionnaires to measure participants' attitudes/satisfaction. This activity showed positive results seen from: 1) the knowledge aspect of 20 participants got an average score of 85, which means they were able to absorb the material presented well, 2) the skills aspect of 17 participants (85%) got a score of 90, which means they were able to apply the rules. corrective facial makeup according to facial condition, 3) attitude aspect, as many as 90% of participants hope that similar activities can continue. It can be concluded that education about corrective facial makeup can improve participants' skills because it provides benefits and opportunities to open a business. Abstrak Permasalahan mitra:1) Terbatasnya pengetahuan tentang tata rias wajah korektif untuk menunjang aktivitas,2) Keterbatasan media tentang tata rias wajah korektif sebagai sumber belajar alternatif. Solusi permasalahan kami memfasilitasi dengan:1) Memberikan edukasi tentang tata rias wajah korektif guna menunjang penampilan,2) Mengembangkan buku saku tentang tata rias wajah korektif sebagai sumber belajar alternatif. Tujuan kegiatan ini:1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai konsep dasar tata rias wajah korektif, 2) Merangsang kreativitas penerapan tata rias wajah korektif sesuai kondisi wajah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan ceramah disertai studi kasus, diskusi, demostrasi dan praktik terbimbing bertempat di Gayatri Beauty Academy, Singapura yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2023. Tim pelaksana dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dengan sasaran pekerja migran berjumlah 20. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara bertahap dengan beberapa sasaran capaian yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, karakteristik peserta dan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa: 1) Tes objektif untuk mengukur pengetahuan, dan 2) Non tes, berupa lembar unjuk kerja guna mengukur keterampilan dan kuesioner untuk mengukur sikap/kepuasan peserta. Kegiatan ini menunjukan hasil positif dilihat dari: 1) aspek pengetahuan dari 20 peserta memperoleh nilai rata-rata 85 yang artinya mampu menyerap materi yang disampaikan dengan baik, 2) aspek keterampilan sebanyak 17 peserta (85%) memperoleh nilai 90 yang artinya mampu menerapkan tata rias wajah korektif sesuai kondisi wajah, 3) aspek sikap, sebanyak 90% peserta berharap kegiatan sejenis dapat berlanjut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi tentang tata rias wajah korektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan peserta karena memberikan manfaat dan peluang untuk membuka usaha.

Abstract

This research was compiled from the increasing interest of Indonesian people, especially students of the Cosmetology Education Study Program, towards Korean Beauty which focuses on Korean Make Up Look where students find some difficulties in applying Korean Make Up Look, especially in the ombre lips technique. This research uses a Research and Development model with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). This research developed a video tutorial on the Korean Make Up Look Ombre Lips Technique which aims to be a learning medium for the International Bridal Makeup course. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distribution with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the results of the material experts at one stage reached 94%. Furthermore, the validation test carried out by the media expert went through one stage and obtained a score of 86.6%. A one-to-one practicality test was also carried out with a score of 94% then continued with a small group test with a score of 97.9%. Based on this assessment, the video tutorial of Korean Make Up Look Ombre Lips Technique used as a learning medium in the International Bridal Make Up course was declared “Very Feasible” and “Very Practical”.

Abstract

Pengembangan E-Modul Tata Rias Geriatri pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Aplikasi Figma merupakan aplikasi yang berbabsis web link.. Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan keterbatasan sumber belajar pada kelas XI Tata Kecantikan SMKN 27 Jakarta pada materi Tata Rias Wajah Geriatri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode riset dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pada pengembangan ADDIE terdapat 5 tahapan, yaitu : (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, dan (5) Evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi peneliti menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, 5 peserta small group test, 25 peserta field group test kelayakan dan kepraktisan produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil uji coba ahli materi ke-1 tahap satu ialah 56% dan tahap dua 86%, uji coba ahli materi ke-2 tahap satu ialah 81% dan tahap dua 94%, uji coba ahli media tahap satu ialah 60% dan tahap kedua 73%. Kemudian peneliti juga melakukan uji coba kepada kelompok kecil dengan meraih persentase sebesar 79,2% dan pada uji lapangan memperoleh hasil 84,28%. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, produk e-modul untuk pembelajaran tata rias wajah geriatri sudah valid, layak digunakan dan praktis sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an e-module for Daily Makeup (Morning and Evening) as an additional learning resource for the Makeup course in the Makeup Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Using the Research and Development (RD) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), the e-module was designed interactively with text, images, and simple navigation through the Canva application, accessible digitally. Research instruments included validation questionnaires for material experts, media experts, language experts, and practicality assessments from students. Validation results showed that the e-module was deemed "very feasible" as a learning medium. Student practicality tests also yielded positive evaluations regarding ease of use, visual appeal, and the material's benefit in supporting understanding of morning and evening makeup. This e-module proved effective, efficient, and engaging for both online and offline learning, and enhanced student learning independence. The final product is expected to be widely implemented in vocational makeup education.

Abstract

This study aims to produce instructional videos on subjects that are feasible to be implemented as learning media for Postgraduate students and investigate the feasibility of learning videos at the UNJ location so that they are feasible to implement. as a learning medium. The development of learning videos for the State University of Jakarta uses a mix method approach using the Research & Development method by Allesi & Trollip, which consists of three development steps, namely planning: determining needs and goals, gathering resources, and generating ideas; design: making flowcharts and storyboards and drafting scripts; and development: producing video and audio, programming materials, preparing supporting components, evaluating, and revising. The results of development research are in the form of learning videos which are assessed by media experts, material experts, and students as media users. Overall the trial showed good results in the category according to the following details from material experts the average score of 5.55 was included in the appropriate category, from media experts the average score of 3.5 is included in the appropriate category, from small-scale trials involving students, an average score of 3.5 was obtained which was included in the appropriate category; and from large-scale trials involving students, an average score of 3.19 was obtained which was in the appropriate category. Based on the assessment of the feasibility of the media, it can be concluded that learning videos are suitable for use as learning media at UNJ.
