Abstract

The emergence of educational innovation in Indonesia is a creative and progressive response of leaders and experts and educators in implementing the national education system. The strategic role of planners, program implementers, and evaluators to respond to all internal and external changes requires a positive response to all events that shake managerial power, human resources, and organizational culture in schools, madrasas, and Islamic boarding schools to be able to carry out change or innovation. Because educational innovation necessitates a renewal in management, curriculum, learning technology with networks and modernization of educational facilities and infrastructure. This paper examines the idea of ​​the importance of Islamic education innovation in madrasas, pesantren and Islamic religious schools as a sub-system of national education.

Abstract

Research purposes; This research elaborates the theory of educational quality with educational management theory which is then oriented towards improving the quality of education in madrasah institutions by integrating several regulations regarding the parallels between national (general) education and madrasah (religious) education. Approach Method; The method used is literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used is quantitative data. Analyzing data by reducing data, presenting data, and concluding and checking research results continuously in the research process. Results and Conclusions; (1) Islamic education is the same and equivalent to national education with the issuance of SKB 3 Ministers on March 24 1975, in an effort to overcome the backwardness of religious education. (2) The integration of madrasas into the National Education system is strengthened by PP No. 28 of 1990 and Decree of the Minister of National Education No. 0478/U/1992 and No.054/U/1993. Minister of Religion Decree No. 368 and 369 of 1993 concerning the implementation of MI and MTs. MA PP level. No. 29 of 1990, Minister of National Education Decree no. 0489/U/1992 and Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 370 of 1993. (3) School Based Management (SBM). The English terminology is called SBM, which is a management model that provides autonomy or independence to madrasas in encouraging participatory decision making that directly involves all madrasah residents in accordance with service standards set by the Central, Provincial, Regency and City Governments.

Abstract

Macroeconomic balance (general balance) addresses the market as a whole. In the economy there is a goods market, a money market, and a labor market. Apart from that, there is also the role of government and traders at the export-import level, all of which can influence the general balance. In simple terms, the concept of general equilibrium is a balance of supply and demand. The aim of the research is to find out the national economic balance using various methods including the curve as a supply function. The aim of this finding is how to analyze market balance with national income. Descriptive analysis technique method. The data used is quantitative data using static and mathematical data analysis, namely the regression method of the relationship between independent and dependent variables which is inscribed through graphic data and curves and so on. Results and Conclusions, in general equilibrium briefly provides an explanation of how an economic sector is in equilibrium as evidenced by demand and supply. Various theoretical perspectives such as market theory, law of demand, law of supply, which then establish the relationship between mathematics and supply. Analysis of market balance, which then leads to national income in the form of;  consumption, investment, government output and import export studies

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problems: (1) To comprehensively analyze the history and struggle of H. Syaikh Bahruddin Talib Lubis in establishing and carrying out his leadership in the field of education in madrasas in particular and the relevance of the education system in North Sumatra to date, (2) Providing color in the education system and development across generations of different ages and periods, as well as providing learning lessons for the importance of strengthening the foundations of educational leadership that cadres and regenerates. This research method uses qualitative library research with a semantic approach, which means that language studies consist of structures to reveal meaning, when meaning is connected to objects in human experience. Meanwhile, the qualitative approach emphasizes descriptive analysis techniques in the qualitative comparison process of literature, regarding the dynamics of relationships between observed phenomena using scientific logic based on observation data, interviews and documentation . Based on the qualitative comparative research process of literature, this research produces results; 1) Implementation of the Leadership of Shaikh H. Bahruddin Talib Lubis in the Education Sector; a) The Shaikh is descended from a prominent and respected family with a strong Islamic religious knowledge by emulating his predecessors, and is loved by the public and admired by his contemporary ulama. b) The Shaikh has visionary leadership, characterized by an education system that is implemented beyond his time. 2) Influence and Leadership Reputation of Sheikh H. Bahruddin Talib Lubis in the Education Sector; a) The Shaykh has a very broad scientific caliber and exceeds the scientific knowledge of the average person of his contemporaries, b) The Shaykh has a firm, consistent and disciplined character. Be tough on those who are wrong and deceitful, soft on people who are committed to education and Islamic teachings. 3) Community Support for the Leadership of Shaikh H. Bahruddin Talib Lubis in the Education Sector; a) The Shaikh is very tolerant and open to accepting suggestions and criticism from society, b) The Shaikh focuses on da'wah and education. preaching personally and organizationally. Educated culturally and institutionally. 4) Strengths and Weaknesses of Sheikh H. Bahruddin Talib's Leadership in the Education Sector; a) Strength, positive character, consistent focus in the mission of preaching and education. Resilient and never giving up from being hit by the problems of the social order of life, b) Weaknesses, cadre formation and regeneration in sustainable education.
