Abstract

This research aims to map the psychological problems of online lectures at UIN Antasari. Through the survey method, selecting respondents using incidental sampling techniques, data collection using Google forms. The research results show that the main problems with online lectures are internet network access and living environmental conditions. This problem had an impact on the psychological condition of respondents, namely, in the cognitive aspect, the dominant admitted to experiencing confusion (50%), lack of self-confidence (20.4%), and loneliness (11.3%). In the emotional aspect, most people expressed feelings of worry (37.3%), anxiety (33.8%), and 12% of respondents experienced other problems such as boredom, overthinking, laziness, stress, normal and relaxed. Meanwhile, as many as 32.4% of behavioral aspects admitted to being unproductive, delaying work (23.2%) and blaming circumstances (16.2%). The most frequent physical complaint felt by students while attending online lectures was experiencing sleep problems, namely 58 people or 40.8%, 23.2% did not experience any physical conditions, 19% experienced bodily responses such as dizziness, nausea and vomiting. Abstract

Gaji adalah suatu balas jasa yang berbentuk uang yang diterima oleh suatu karyawan yang telah memberikan kontribusi nya dan juga pikirannya untuk mencapai suatu tujuan perusahaan. Periode pemberianA gaji biasanya dalam jangka waktu atau periode waktu yang tetap. Pegawai pemerintah dan swasta umumnya mendapatkan gaji dalam jangka waktu satu bulan sekali (awal atau akhir bulan). Agar penggajian pada perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar dan aman maka perusahaan membutuhkan sistem penggajian yang baik. Sistem penggajian adalah mengembangkan sekumpulan prosedur yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengendalikan biaya pembayaran gaji. Sistem penggajian memerlukan ketelitian untuk menghindari timbulnya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti kesalahpahaman antar pegawai maupun penggelapan dana gaji. Maksud dan tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dokumen yang digunakan untuk sistem penggajian, pengendalian internal sistem penggajian, dan prosedur yang diterapkan untuk penggajian pada Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Hutan Kota Bogor Hasil Pembahasan menunjukan bahwa dokumen yang digunakan untuk sistem penggajian adalah dokumen pendukung perubahan gaji, daftar gaji pegawai, surat permintaan pembayaran (SPP), surat perintah membayar (SPM), surat perintah pencairan dana (SP2D), dan buku pengawasan anggaran belanja. Pengendalian internal sistem penggajian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) fungsi pembuatan gaji terpisah dari fungsi pembayaran gaji, (2) setiap orang yang namanya tercantum dalam daftar gaji harus memiliki surat keterangan bekerja di Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Hutan Kota Bogor, (3) setiap perubahan gaji dan upah pegawai karena perubahan pangkat, kenaikan gaji berkala, tambahan keluarga harus didasarkan pada surat keputusan yang diurus bagian kepegawaian, (4) pembukuan pengawasan anggaran belanja, (5) daftar gaji di verifikasi menggunakan aplikasi GPP akun PPSPM, (6) SPP yang diverifikasi oleh PPSPM. Adapun prosedur yang digunakan dalam sistem penggajian melibatkan beberapa orang yaitu sub bagian kepegawaian, pembuat gaji, peng administrasi keuangan, PPK, PPSPM, dan KPPN Kata Kunci : Gaji, Sistem Penggajian

Abstract

Gratitude is a form of one's acknowledgment of the existence of parties other than oneself who participate in the favors received, therefore gratitude can be a trait that is embedded in a person to always say thank you in response to what he has received. Based on the preliminary study conducted, it was found that gratitude is an important thing and needs to be present in the individual, especially for overseas students. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the image of gratitude for overseas students studying abroad and the factors that influence it. This research is a qualitative research with the type of phenomenology with the number of subjects as many as four people with the criteria that students from Indonesia who study in Muslim-majority countries and non-Muslim-majority countries, are at the strata one level or equivalent, are Muslim, unmarried, aged between 20 up to 25 years and willing to be a research subject. The data collection method used is semi-structured interviews and the provision of a supporting scale to the subject. The results of this study indicate that the picture of gratitude for overseas students who study abroad is based on seven aspects, namely intensity, frequency, span, density, knowledge, spiritual condition and deeds. Then for the factors that influence the gratitude of Muslim overseas students studying abroad are affective and welfare traits, prosocial traits, spiritual traits, have a broad view of life, have a positive perception of life, have good intentions towards something, a tendency to behave. Positive attitude is based on respect and good will and has a warm appreciation for others.
