Abstract

In today's digital era, not many radio stations survive. Social media has become an influential communication tool for building images and relationships with audiences. PRFM (Pikiran Rakyat FM) News is a radio station that still survives today and keeps up with the times. The purpose of this research is to find out how PRFM (Pikiran Rakyat FM) News Instagram communication is planned. In an effort to understand the strategies used, this research applies a qualitative approach with descriptive methods because it allows researchers to gain in-depth insight into how PRFM News operates in conveying information to the audience. The results of this research show that PRFM follows ongoing trends. In this way, this PRFM communication strategy can maintain relevance and attract public interest in communicating every problem. PRFM also highlights the focus on message-composing techniques on Instagram. This shows awareness of the importance of effective message presentation to attract attention and retain the audience

Abstract

Background: The number of breastfeeding problems in early postpartum, one of which is not smooth breast milk, results in low exclusive breastfeeding coverage in West Bandung Regency in 2021 which is 72.76%, Rongga Health Center January - May 2023 only 29%. One of the efforts to increase breast milk production by consuming young papaya fruit, processed into abon because it is much favored by all circles of society.Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of young papaya abon on breast milk production of postpartum women on days 3-7, in the working area of the Rongga Health Center, West Bandung Regency.Methods: Quantitative method and quasi experiment design of one group pre and posttest, population of 90 postpartum women, 20 samples of postpartum women on days 3-7 with quota sampling technique. Data collection with observation sheet instruments, SOP and Wilcoxon test.Results: Statistical test results mean before intervention 2.20, mean after intervention 7.50 with p-value=0.0001 (α<0.05).Conclusion: It is concluded that there is an effect of giving shredded young papaya on breast milk production of postpartum women on days 3–7. It is recommended that midwives provide care during the lactogenesis period in order to achieve successful breastfeeding and make innovations that can increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini tidak banyak radio yang bertahan. Media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat komunikasi yangberpengaruh dalam membangun citra dan hubungan dengan audiens. PRFM (Pikiran Rakyat FM) News merupakanstasiun radio yang masih bertahan hingga saat ini dan mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan komunikasi Instagram PRFM (Pikiran Rakyat FM) News. Dalam upayauntuk memahami strategi yang digunakan, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptifkarena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana PRFM News beroperasidalam menyampaikan informasi kepada audiens, Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa PRFM mengikuti trendyang sedang berlangsung. Dengan demikian, strategi komunikasi PRFM ini dapat menjaga relevansi dan menarikminat masyarakat untuk mengkomunikasikan setiap permasalahan yang dialami PRFM juga menyoroti adanya fokuspada teknik penyusunan pesan di Instagram. Hal ini menunjukkan kesadaran akan pentingnya presentasi pesan yangefektif untuk menarik perhatian dan mempertahankan audiens. Kata Kunci-strategi komunikasi, radio, perkembangan media
