Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan merupakan hal mutlak yang harus dilakukan sebagai tuntutan dari kebutuhan dan perkembangan jaman yang semakin pesat. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tersebut dapat dimulai dari berbagai aspek, namun komponen utama dan pertama yang harus dikembangkan ialah sumber daya manusianya, yaitu guru. Gurulah yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam pengembangan kualitas pendidikan sehingga peningkatan kualitas guru harus terus dilakukan secara terus-menerus (continuous improvement), di antaranya melalui kegiatan supervisi. Supervisi merupakan segala bantuan dan pendampingan dari supervisor/ kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Supervisi ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan instrumen supervisi, karena instrumen inilah yang akan menjadi barometer bagi supervisor dalam melakukan supervisi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyusunan instrumen supervisi (akademik) pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini menghasilkan sebuah tawaran gagasan yakni dengan menjadikan supervisi sebagai media pemberian reward kepada para guru melalui sistem poinisasi sebagai bentuk stimulus agar para guru memiliki komitmen yang kuat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi. Dengan komitmen yang kuat dan didasari adanya kesadaran dan rasa tanggung jawab bahwa mutu pendidikan berada di pundak para guru, hal tersebut bisa menjadi bekal bagi kegiatan supervisi pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has changed the situation and order of economic, health, and educational life and raised various new problems in the context of education. The situation of schools that are not ready to face emergencies in the form of the Covid 19 pandemic related to the lack of preparation of internet network infrastructure, online learning systems, and the readiness of educators to carry out learning exacerbates the situation of students. This study aims to reconstruct the resilience of Islamic senior high schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. The selection of research subjects using a purposive sampling technique, namely the principal, vice principal for curriculum, vice principal for student affairs, teachers, and student council administrators. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed based on the interactive analysis model developed by Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014), namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Each component interacts with each other and forms a cycle. The results showed: that the reconstruction of the resilience of Islamic private high schools during the Covid 19 pandemic was realized through internal school strengthening, simplifying the curriculum, determining affordable learning media platforms, improving services, and synergizing with the participation of student guardians and community leaders.

Abstract

Based on reflection and observation, the suboptimal literacy skills reflected in the Education Report are due to literacy activities that have not been systematically planned. This study discusses, from an epistemological perspective, the practice of writing daily journals as a habit to improve literacy, which can build knowledge and literacy skills in fourth-grade students in Phase B. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes best practices to understand the thinking process and comprehension of texts stimulated by questions. The instruments used, besides documents and practice analysis, also include digital literature reviews. The practice of habituating students to write daily journals focuses on understanding, experience, perception, and the writing process itself as a form of meaningful learning. The impact or outcome of this activity includes language skills, stimulating cognitive development, and supporting students in becoming more active, critical, and creative learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang diinternalisasikan dan menganalisis proses internalisasinya melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 1 Ajibarang. Di tengah tantangan menurunnya apresiasi terhadap Pancasila dan degradasi moral generasi muda, Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) diposisikan sebagai wahana strategis untuk menanamkan kembali nilai-nilai luhur bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Kurikulum, Guru PAI, dan beberapa siswa kelas VIII, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima sila Pancasila diinternalisasikan secara utuh melalui kegiatan seperti ibadah berjamaah (Nilai Ketuhanan), budaya 5S (Nilai Kemanusiaan), kegiatan inklusif (Nilai Persatuan), kerja kelompok (Nilai Permusyawaratan), dan keteladanan guru (Nilai Keadilan). Proses internalisasi berjalan melalui tiga tahap: Transformasi Nilai (penyampaian konsep), Transaksi Nilai (interaksi dan keteladanan), dan Transinternalisasi (pembiasaan dan pembudayaan).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in character that is rampant, many young people who are still in school have very minimal character, especially disciplined character. The current young generation finds it difficult to have disciplined traits. For that, in addition to the family environment, the school environment also plays an important role in instilling disciplined character in students. SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Cilongok is a school that has superior classes, namely Islamic boarding school classes. Islamic boarding school classes have a higher level of discipline compared to regular classes. This discipline is instilled through a series of activities contained in the superior taḥfīẓ Qur'an program. The main problem examined in this research is how to implement the superior taḥfīẓ Qur'an program in instilling students' disciplined character in the Islamic boarding school class of SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Cilongok. Previous research has mostly directly examined low levels of discipline in schools, but has been limited in studying schools that already have high levels of discipline. Therefore, this research aims to describe the implementation of the superior taḥfīẓ Qur'an program in Islamic boarding school classes, and analyze how the disciplinary character of students is cultivated in Islamic boarding school classes through the superior taḥfīẓ Qur'an program at SMP Ma'arif NU 1 Cilongok, Banyumas district. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The research results show that the superior taḥfīẓ Qur'an program is packaged in the Islamic boarding school program, program implementation starts from planning, implementation and evaluation. Instilling the disciplined character of Islamic boarding school class students through taḥfīẓ Qur'an includes habituation, determining memorization targets, giving punishments & warnings, and giving awards.

Abstract

Tantangan guru dalam meminimalisir perilaku indisipliner siswa pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits merupakan permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini, yang mendasari urgensi untuk mengkaji penerapan metode reward and punishment sebagai strategi edukatif guna membentuk kedisiplinan berbasis kesadaran moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif penerapan metode reward and punishment dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan secara menyeluruh bagaimana metode reward dan punishment diposisikan sebagai instrumen utama untuk menghasilkan output disiplin di lingkungan madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode reward dan punishment secara keseluruhan telah terlaksana secara efektif sebagai instrumen strategis dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa. Output kedisiplinan tersebut tercermin secara nyata melalui beberapa indikator perilaku, seperti ketepatan waktu kehadiran, kepatuhan yang konsisten terhadap tata tertib kelas, serta peningkatan keseriusan dan partisipasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa pemberian reward berperan besar dalam membentuk disiplin berbasis motivasi intrinsik, di mana siswa berperilaku tertib secara sadar demi mencapai apresiasi positif. Di sisi lain, penerapan punishment juga berperan dalam membentuk disiplin siswa dan diposisikan sebagai instrumen penguat untuk memastikan kedisiplinan tetap terjaga melalui koreksi perilaku yang edukatif, manusiawi, dan proporsional. Sanksi yang diberikan mampu menghasilkan efek jera yang konstruktif tanpa merendahkan martabat siswa, sesuai dengan nilai luhur pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa merupakan output langsung dari manajemen perilaku yang terstruktur melalui sinergi antara reward dan punishment.

Abstract

This study formulates an empirically grounded curriculum development management model for international-standard madrasas in Indonesia, responding to globalization and uneven curriculum innovation. Prior studies often theorize internationalization or describe technical integration; this article clarifies how governance routines coordinate mapping, capacity, and evaluation. A qualitative grounded theory design examined two cases MBI Amanatul Ummah (Mojokerto) and the Mu’allimaat International Class Program (Yogyakarta) using purposive informants (principals, vice principals, and international-class teachers), semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis; data were analyzed with the Miles–Huberman–Saldaña interactive model. The model comprises three interlocking domains: (1) integrated curriculum design that maps national and Ministry of Religious Affairs competencies to Cambridge objectives and delivers them through a blended/LMS-supported “glocal” approach; (2) human-resource and language capacity building via selective recruitment, continuous English–Arabic upskilling, and TOEFL/TOAFL readiness; and (3) results-based quality assurance through exam analytics, MGMP-style professional review, transparent parent reporting, and sister-school collaboration. Together, these routines convert multiple standards into a coherent instructional logic and sustain continuous improvement through a measurable feedback loop. International-standard madrasas can reach global benchmarks without losing Islamic-local identity by mapping standards, building people, and institutionalizing data-driven review. This transferable framework guides policymakers seeking scalable madrasa reform across Indonesia.
