Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan kebutuhan ruang suatu kota menandakan bahwa adanya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dari suatu kota. Pertumbuhan suatu kota juga diikuti dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan juga intensifikasi maupun ekstensifikasi penggunaan lahan kota tersebut. Kabupaten Kendal menjadi salah satu daerah yang mengalami pertumbuhan dengan didukung oleh lokasi strategisnya yang berada di jalur utama Pantura dan berbatasan langsung dengan kota besar seperti Kota Semarang. Khususnya pada Kecamatan Kaliwungu yang merupakan daerah peri-urban dan menjadi incaran masyarakat untuk dikonversi menjadi lahan terbangun. Adanya Pelabuhan Kendal dan Kawasan Industri Kendal (KIK) juga menjadi faktor peningkatan perubahan lahan yang diiringi dengan pertumbuhan penduduk di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan tutupan lahan yang terjadi di peri urban Kabupaten Kendal pada rentang waktu 2015-2021. Metode penelitian memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara studi literatur dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) serta diidentifikasi dengan teknik analisis interpretasi visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan lahan yang cukup signifikan berupa peningkatan lahan terbangun di seluruh desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kaliwungu yang disertai dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Jalur Pantura, Pelabuhan Kendal dan Kawasan Industri Kendal (KIK) menjadi faktor utama yang menyebabkan perubahan terjadi cukup signifikan dalam rentang waktu 2015-2021.The increasing spatial needs of a city indicate its growth and development. The growth of a city is accompanied by an increase in the population and the intensification and extensification of land use within the city. Kendal Regency is one of the regions experiencing growth, supported by its strategic location on the main Pantura route and its direct proximity to major cities like Semarang. Particularly, in Kaliwungu Sub-district, which is a peri-urban area and a target for conversion into built-up land. The presence of Kendal Port and Kendal Industrial Park (KIK) also contributes to the increasing changes in land use, accompanied by population growth in the region. This research aims to identify changes in land cover in the peri-urban area of Kendal Regency during the period 2015-2021. The research method utilizes primary and secondary data obtained through literature study and documentation, which is then processed using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and identified through visual interpretation analysis. The research results indicate significant changes in the form of increasing built-up land in all villages within the Kaliwungu Sub-district, accompanied by an increase in the population. The main factors causing these changes to occur significantly within the period of 2015-2021 are the Pantura route, Kendal Port, and Kendal Industrial Park (KIK).

Abstract

The research conducted on Jalan Taman Siswa No. 9 aims to determine the coherence between the number of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles and the noise level on the highways around the campus. The data noise collection method uses a Sound Level Meter (SLM) with the HT-80A type and also counts the number of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles passing by using the Traffic Counter application that has been installed in a smartphone. Noise can have an impact on human health, especially hearing problems and also cause inconvenience to both road users and residents in the vicinity. The variables that will be discussed are: volume of vehicles, especially two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, and noise intensity. This data collection is needed to find the noise level and then compared using the standard allowable level, namely using the Decree of the State. Minister for the Environment No: Kepmen-48/MENLH/11/1996 for residential zones. Data analysis uses the Leq formula and then also uses the chi-square method to determine the relationship between the two variables. The total number of vehicles passing on the Taman Siswa road during the measurement was 23,530. In this study, the significance level used was 0.05 with the result that the p value for two-wheeled vehicles was 0.008 and for four-wheeled vehicles was 0.2. By obtaining the results of the calculation of a p value of 0.008, this shows that only two-wheeled vehicles are correlate with noise. whereas for four-wheeled vehicles with a p value of 0.2 does not show any correlation
