Abstract

Introduction: Breast milk is one of the best investments to meet nutritional needs and optimize children's survival in the first two years. Various studies have proven the influence of breast milk. Breastfeeding also affects the level of intelligence and provides protection against various diseases in the future, such as overweight and diabetes. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Integrated Healthcare Center work area is only 47%. The coverage value is not in accordance with the target standard of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, which is 80%. Objective: Knowing the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the work area of Integrated Healthcare Center Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Tangerang City in 2023. Method: The type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Result and Discussion:  There is a relationship between education (p-value = 0.031), with exclusive breastfeeding behavior and there is no relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.436) and husband support (p-value = 0.979) with exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Integrated Healthcare Center working area in Tangerang City in 2023. Conclusion: It is expected that counseling and coaching programs are carried out regularly and optimally not only for mothers but also for couples (husbands) to support the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding targets.

Abstract

Background: Eye fatigue is a symptom caused by excessive efforts of the visual system, which is in less than perfect condition to obtain visual acuity. This is influenced by gender, duration, and distance of viewing the monitor. Purpose: Analyze the factors and images related to eye fatigue in customer service employees at PT X in 2021. Method: Descriptive study with cross-sectional design with the total sampling method. The sample in this study was 50 people. The population in this study was 50. This research was conducted on December 27 – January 5, 2022. Data collection was obtained by collecting primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using the Chi-square test. Result: That the highest proportion is found in employees who experience eye fatigue complaints as many as 44 people (88%), in employees aged ≤40 years as many as 42 people (84%), employees who have female sex as many as 32 people (64% ), employees who have a working period of >3 years as many as 45 people (90%), had computer use >8 hours a day as many as 46 people (92%), saw a monitor distance of 50 cm as many as 38 people (76%), and there was a relationship between gender (p-value = 0.001), duration of computer use (p-value = 0.004), monitor viewing distance (p-value = 0.002) with the incidence of eye fatigue in customer service employees at PT X in 2022. Conclusion: The results show that eye fatigue does not get worse by placing the computer in such a way that there is no light reflection, conducting periodic medical check-up, and educating employees to intersperse computer use time.

Abstract

Hipertensi dialami oleh satu dari tiga orang dewasa di dunia dan merupakan kondisi serius yang dapat memicu berbagai komplikasi kesehatan, seperti stroke, serangan jantung, gagal jantung, gangguan fungsi ginjal, serta masalah kesehatan lainnya. Di Indonesia, angka kejadian hipertensi pada kalangan pekerja mencapai 15,1%. Sebuah studi dalam negeri mengungkapkan bahwa pekerja yang menderita hipertensi memiliki risiko cedera kerja 2,17 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pekerja tanpa hipertensi. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Studi ini berlangsung pada bulan November hingga Desember 2024 di PT. X. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan memanfaatkan uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil uji univariat didapatkan proporsi tertinggi hipertensi (67,5%), usia tidak berisiko (75%), merokok (72,5%), mengkonsumsi makanan berlemak < 3 kali seminggu (65%), pola tidur buruk (90%), tidak stres (57,5%), pengetahuan kuurang (75%), dan tidak obesitas (72,5%). Hasil analisis uni bivariat menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubngan antara usia, kebiasaan merokok, dan konsumsi makanan berlemak dengan kejadian hipertensi. Saran yang peneliti berikan kepada pihak perusahaan yaitu meiputi pembentukan unit Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Melakukan program medical checkup untuk mendeteksi secara dini bagi karyawan sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pencegahan dan pengendalian hipertensi pada karyawan. Membuat program pengendalian merokok pada karyawan seperti melakukan pemeriksan kesehatan, melakukan penyuluhan behaya merokok, dan membuat kawasan bebas rokok. Melakukan promosi kesehatan mengenai bahaya makanan tinggi lemak terhadap hipertensi melalui seminar, poster, vidio, atau penyuluhan.
