Abstract

The end of 2019 was the beginning of the Corona outbreak, which has now become a serious problem in all aspects of life, including the agricultural sector. One form of innovation initiated by the author is through sociopreneurship in the logistics sector with the name Sepatri (Save Farmers, Save the Country). This research uses a case study type of research with a qualitative approach. The type of data is primary and the data source is through in-depth interviews and observations of affected communities. The research results show that there is a significant impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on farmers and the distribution of agricultural products in Enrekang Regency. The role of sharia-based sociopreneurs in overcoming the problem of distorted distribution of agricultural products has a good role in helping distribute agricultural products in the form of sharia farmer groups as evidenced by the formation of the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) as a forum to help each other from various aspects for the sustainability of living together.

Abstract

Dinasti Mughal (1526–1857) memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan sistem perdagangan berbasis syariah di Asia Selatan. Artikel ini membahas kontribusi dinasti Mughal dalam membangun prinsip-prinsip perdagangan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti keadilan, kejujuran, dan etika bisnis. Dengan pendekatan historis-analitis, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kebijakan perdagangan, regulasi pasar, dan peran wakaf dalam mendukung ekonomi. Artikel ini juga mengkaji relevansi prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam pengembangan sistem perdagangan modern berbasis syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinasti Mughal berhasil menciptakan fondasi perdagangan etis yang relevan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

This study conducts a thematic exegesis (tafsir maudhū‘ī) of Qur’anic verses related to investment, focusing on four key verses. Surah Al‑Baqarah (2): 261, An‑Nisā’ (4): 9, Luqmān (31): 34, and Al‑Hashr (59): 18. A library-based methodology is employed, integrating thematic interpretation, linguistic analysis, the contexts of revelation (asbāb al‑nuzūl), and inter-verse correlations (munāsabah). Findings reveal that Islamic investment is not solely about wealth accumulation; it emphasises ethical commitment, justice, and social welfare. This Qur’anic framework offers a foundation for Islamic economic models that harmonise financial efficiency with public welfare and balance worldly gains with accountability before the Hereafter. The study’s insights contribute to the development of Sharia-compliant economic policies and investment practices that promote prosperity and social justice.
