Abstract

Receivables are a crucial aspect in the financial industry. Effective handling is the key to the sustainability of bank operations. This research analyzes the procedures for collecting MSME receivables from Bank BJB KCP X customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that the receivables collection procedure at Bank BJB KCP collection. Based on the research results, several solutions are recommended to increase the effectiveness of receivables collection, including strengthening education for customers regarding receivables collection procedures, increasing coordination with related parties in the receivables collection process, utilizing digital technology to simplify the receivables collection process. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits for Bank BJB KCP.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the field of human resource management (HR). This article aims to identify and analyze effective strategies that can be applied in human resource development in the digital era. In this context, HR development strategies do not only focus on improving technical skills, but also on developing soft skills which are essential for adaptation in a dynamic work environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a comprehensive literature study method, reviewing various academic and practical sources. relevant to the topic. The main findings of this study show that the integration of technology in the training and development process, the formation of a work culture that supports innovation, and the implementation of a digital-based performance management system are some of the key effective strategies. Apart from that, the importance of visionary and adaptive leadership has also been identified as a determining factor for success in HR development in the digital era. This article provides insight for HR practitioners and managers to formulate HR development policies and programs that are relevant to the demands of the times. In addition, this research also makes a theoretical contribution by offering a conceptual framework for holistic and sustainable human resource development in the digital era.

Abstract

Education at Sanggar Guidance Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, plays a crucial role in shaping the national spirit and national identity in a society that is rich in history and cultural heritage. Through the application of appropriate knowledge and educational strategies, education at this studio aims to strengthen awareness of national values ​​and develop a sense of pride in local cultural heritage. In this context, community service activities become an important means of strengthening the relationship between education, national identity and community empowerment. Sanggar Guidance Sungai Buloh offers various opportunities for the development of sustainable national education, however challenges such as limited educational accessibility and inequality in education still remain. needs to be addressed. The studio has become an important learning center in its community, with student numbers increasing significantly from 15 to 103. The diverse learning structure and comprehensive curriculum provide opportunities for students to develop holistically. Teachers at the studio have an important role in guiding their students, while the introduction of Indonesian culture strengthens the national spirit. Collaboration with Changemaker Indonesia is a significant step in expanding the influence and impact of service at the Sungai Buloh Guidance Studio. Opportunities are open for the exchange of experience and knowledge between the two countries, giving studio teachers the opportunity to develop their skills. In addition, this collaboration allows for cultural exchange between two different countries, opening up opportunities to enrich the learning experience of students at the studio. It is hoped that, through continued collaboration, the quality of education in the studio can continue to improve and the younger generation can be ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

This activity explores the implementation of the "Tax Goes to Campus" program as an inclusive effort to raise tax awareness among students at Politeknik LP3I Tasikmalaya. Held on October 31, 2024, the program aimed to enhance understanding and awareness of tax obligations among the younger generation in alignment with the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045. Through a participatory approach, this community service involved tax education delivered by experts from the Tasikmalaya Tax Office. The methods used included interactive seminars, discussions, and post-session evaluations to assess the effectiveness of this initiative. Results indicated a significant increase in students' understanding of tax contributions to national development and their roles as responsible citizens. This activity concludes that such programs promote tax literacy and contribute to long-term national growth. This activity implies that sustainable tax education in higher education is essential to shape future leaders who are proactive and tax-aware.

Abstract

This study analyzes the disclosure of the procedure for risk management conducted by the bank that won the best title in Indonesia in 2023 with OJK's provisions regulations on the implementation of risk management for commercial banks. This study uses content analysis by determining the level of breadth of disclosure, namely full, undisclosed, and vaguely disclosed. The review is carried out on the annual report of each bank. The results of the study found that the bank that excelled in full disclosure was BBRI with the disclosure of 6 categories out of the supposed 7 categories in the disclosure of the uncertainty management process for market uncertainty. The disclosure of the credit risk management process, BBNI is superior to 5 categories than it should be 7 categories. Meanwhile, in liquidity risk, BBNI's disclosure is the lowest from other banks, which is only 4 categories out of 7 categories. The research conducted resulted in new knowledge that although it won the title of the best bank in Indonesia, in the process of disclosure of risk management, not all categories set by the OJK are met.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic factors that influence bad loans at Bank BTN KC Tasikmalaya and their impact on the formation of (CKPN). The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The source of the research is through observation and interviews with banks and debtors. The results of the study show that the economic factors that cause bad loans at Bank BTN KC Tasikmalaya range from very influential to not very influential. These factors include consumptive lifestyle patterns, online lending, online gambling, and the Covid-19 pandemic. This is due to unexpected changes in income or expenses, other loans or online loans, Covid-19 and online gambling, the ease of the application process, then finally shopping habits or consumptive lifestyles. Many customers are stuck in debt with high interest rates through other loans, causing difficulties in meeting credit installment payments. Meanwhile, the Covid-19 that has lasted for the past few years has worsened economic conditions, decreased income, and layoffs, increasing the number of bad loans. The impact of this increase in non-performing loans requires banks to increase the formation of CKPN to anticipate the potential for greater losses. This study suggests that Bank BTN KC Tasikmalaya take a better approach in managing credit risk, taking into account economic factors that affect customer behavior. In addition, banks can strengthen financial education for customers to prevent bad loans caused by consumptive lifestyle factors and online lending.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence sales towards profit acquisition at PT Hino Finance Indonesia in 2023, which recorded a significant increase in profit. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature studies that include books, journals, notes, and reports that are relevant to the topic being studied. Documentation techniques are also applied to collect, store, and manage related documents. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence sales, such as product quality, product price, and marketing strategies implemented by the company. Improving product quality and adjusting competitive prices play an important role in attracting consumer interest and increasing sales. In addition, external factors such as economic conditions and market competition also influence purchasing decisions and ultimately contribute to increasing company profits. This study provides deeper insight into the factors that influence profit achievement at PT Hino Finance Indonesia and can be a reference for other companies in formulating more effective sales strategies.

Abstract

Collecting hotel front office administrative data requires appropriate mechanisms and organizational arrangements so that the data can be packaged and maintained properly. As one of the modern hotels in Ciamis city center, RYD Family Hotel is a hotel that is currently under development. Currently, the RYD Family room rental system is still less effective in terms of reservation retention, delays in finding empty rooms, frequent delays in reporting, and the length of time to calculate check-out fees. Therefore, to be more effective, the author aims to create an efficient and effective front office information system. Therefore, the benefits obtained through this computerized system are expected to provide convenience in processing front office check-in and check-out customer data, ease in storing customer data, viewing customer data reports, income reports, daily, monthly and period reports. Using research methods, the author analyzes existing data sources to create a system, designs input and output based on this analysis, and creates tables and program code to become the desired system.
