Abstract

Receivables are a crucial aspect in the financial industry. Effective handling is the key to the sustainability of bank operations. This research analyzes the procedures for collecting MSME receivables from Bank BJB KCP X customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that the receivables collection procedure at Bank BJB KCP collection. Based on the research results, several solutions are recommended to increase the effectiveness of receivables collection, including strengthening education for customers regarding receivables collection procedures, increasing coordination with related parties in the receivables collection process, utilizing digital technology to simplify the receivables collection process. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits for Bank BJB KCP.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the water spinach extract used in food processing is not optimal, while the water spinach extract can be an alternative for additional ingredients in the manufacture of wet noodles. This study aims to analyze the effect of substitution of the addition of kale extract with treatments of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%. On the quality of shape, color, aroma, texture and taste. This type of research is a pure experiment using a completely randomized design method. It was repeated three times with 5 semi-trained panelists, which was held at the Workshop on Catering at the Department of IKK, FPP, UNP. The dependent variable (Y) is the quality of wet noodles. The instrument used was an organoleptic test through a level test, using ANOVA statistics and if it was significantly different, it was continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the quality of color, aroma and taste. While the neat shape and slightly chewy texture have no significant difference. It can be concluded that the best percentage is found without the addition of kale extract on the quality of wet noodles.

Abstract

Pembinaan Pramuka memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan Pramuka. Namun, masalah rendahnya keaktifan dan antusiasme siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran pembina Pramuka dalam meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa di SDN Cikidangbayabang, Kecamatan Mande, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 12 siswa golongan penggalang dan pembina Pramuka sebagai subjek penelitian, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dan partisipasi siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pembina Pramuka memainkan peran signifikan dalam menarik minat siswa melalui pendekatan komunikatif, materi variatif, dan metode kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Partisipasi siswa meningkat ketika kegiatan melibatkan permainan kreatif, petualangan, dan diberikan penghargaan atas partisipasi aktif. Kesimpulannya, Pembina Pramuka berperan krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan membangkitkan minat siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif, yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler lainnya di sekolah dasar.
