Abstract

Pendidikan bukan hanya suatu kewajiban tetapi suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupan. Anak anak belajar mengalami proses perubahan pengetahuan dan karakter melalui pendidikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan anak dilaksanakan di Kampung Kertamukti Desa Kertamukti Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sosialisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para orang tua pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan bagi anak. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa guru sekolah dasar, orang tua serta staf dan Kepala Desa Kertamukti. Metode pengabdian tersebut menggunakan survei lapangan, persiapan serta sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemahaman para orang tua terkait pendidikan baik di sekolah, keluarga serta masyarakat mulai meningkat. Orang tua, sekolah serta masyarakat mulai melakukan kolaborasi dalam mencipatakan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak di desa tersebut

Abstract

This activity explores the implementation of the "Tax Goes to Campus" program as an inclusive effort to raise tax awareness among students at Politeknik LP3I Tasikmalaya. Held on October 31, 2024, the program aimed to enhance understanding and awareness of tax obligations among the younger generation in alignment with the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045. Through a participatory approach, this community service involved tax education delivered by experts from the Tasikmalaya Tax Office. The methods used included interactive seminars, discussions, and post-session evaluations to assess the effectiveness of this initiative. Results indicated a significant increase in students' understanding of tax contributions to national development and their roles as responsible citizens. This activity concludes that such programs promote tax literacy and contribute to long-term national growth. This activity implies that sustainable tax education in higher education is essential to shape future leaders who are proactive and tax-aware.

Abstract

The problem in this research is Leadership Style with the aim of finding out the leadership style used by the agency, the productivity achieved by employees the magnitude of the influence.The research method used is a descriptive method of analysis with data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, literature studies and documentation studies. The population taken was 55 people. Sampling uses a saturated sample or better known as a census because it looks at the total population that can be reached by the author. From the results of data analysis, a simple linear regression equation was obtained Ŷ=39.34 + 0.57X, meaning that the Leadership Style applied by the Tasikmalaya Regency KOPERINDAG Service has a direct relationship with employee work productivity. Where if the leadership style increases once, employee work productivity will increase by 0.57 times. From the results of the correlation test, it was obtained that the value r = 0.50, which means that the leadership style used by the KOPERINDAG Service has a moderate relationship to the work productivity of the employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency KOPERINDAG Service. The results of the determination and non-determination tests show that the influence of leadership style on employee work productivity is 25%, while the remaining 75% is due to other factors. To test the hypothesis proposed, the author uses the t test by comparing the t count with t table.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya penggunaan pinjaman online ilegal. Permasalahan yang ada di Desa Jayamukti yaitu masih banyak masyarakat yang memiliki pinjaman online atau pinjaman bank keliling yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari tanpa ada penghasilan lebih untuk membayar hutangnya. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan mengadakan sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode seminar dengan penyampaian materi bahaya pinjaman online ilegal. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu menambah wawasan masyarakat tentang bahaya pinjaman online dan mulai belajar untuk menggunakan uang secara efektif. Community service activities aim to provide knowledge to the public about the dangers of using illegal online loans. The problem in Jayamukti Village is that there are still many people who have online loans or mobile bank loans which are used for daily needs without any extra income to pay their debts. To solve this problem, namely by holding outreach using the seminar method by delivering material on the dangers of illegal online loans. The results og this service activity are increasing people’s knowledge about the dangers of online loans and starting lo learn to use money effectively

Abstract

This final assignmet entiled “Digital Filling Management System in the Transportation Department Tasikmalaya City”the research outlined in this final assignment aims to find out how the digital archiving management system is omplemented at the Tasikmalaya City Transportation Department, to find out what obstacles are faced in the digital archiving process at tha Tasikmalaya City Transportation Department. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method which describes the results of the author’s observations while at the Tasikmalaya City Transportation Service, data colletion method using interviews, documentation and direct observation. After conducting observations and research, the author came to the conclution that the digital archiving management system ath the Tasikmalaya City Transportation Service is running very effectively.

Abstract

 The advancement of digital technology compels educational institutions to optimize digital media-based promotional strategies to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of schools. In a specific context, SMKS Wikrama 1 Garut faces challenges in the form of limited human resources, variations in digital literacy, and the absence of a consistent and  structured digital marketing strategy. Although many studies emphasize the role of digital marketing in educational institutions, there is still a knowledge gap that includes a lack of integration of technology adoption theory, utilization of internal resources, and long-term relationship strategies in the context of vocational schools in rural areas. This research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the current conditions and strategies for optimizing digital marketing in schools. The results of the study show that the use of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube is still sporadic, lacks data-driven approaches, and does not optimally showcase the school's vocational identity and narrative; content management is influenced by low perceptions of ease of use, limited strategic resources, and the absence of an editorial calendar; while the use of short videos and storytelling has been proven to generate the highest engagement but has not been implemented consistently. The analysis also identified that school websites have not been optimized through SEO, and collaboration with alumni and industry has not been maximized as strategic content. This research implicitly emphasizes the necessity of a theory-based digital marketing strategy, utilizing data and internal resources to enhance promotion while simultaneously establishing sustainable institutional networks.

Abstract

Excellent service is an important aspect in improving the quality of services in public institutions, including regional libraries. The implementation of optimal service plays a role in creating satisfaction and increasing public trust in the institution. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Department of Library and Archives of Ciamis Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with library visitors. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the service has been implemented quite well based on the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Adequate physical facilities and the friendly and responsive attitude of staff are the main supporting factors. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited internet access, a limited number of computers, and staff availability at certain times. Therefore, improvements in infrastructure and human resource competencies are needed to support sustainable improvement in library service quality. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for improving the quality of library services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan kearsipan di bagian keuangan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Indikator penelitian meliputi sumber daya manusia (keterampilan, pendidikan, dan pelatihan), sistem kearsipan (penyimpanan, pelayanan, peminjaman, pemeliharaan, dan pemusnahan arsip), serta sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kearsipan secara umum telah berjalan cukup efektif, khususnya pada aspek penyimpanan arsip yang sudah menggunakan kode klasifikasi dan sistem komputerisasi atau digital, serta didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai seperti lemari arsip, map ordner, filling cabinet, dan ruang arsip statis. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, antara lain belum adanya tenaga khusus di bidang kearsipan, keterbatasan kompetensi pegawai akibat kurangnya pelatihan, belum adanya prosedur baku terkait peminjaman arsip, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan ruang arsip statis. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, dilakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan, penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP), serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan arsip di bagian keuangan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori cukup efektif, namun masih memerlukan perbaikan berkelanjutan agar mencapai tingkat efektivitas yang lebih optimal. Kata kunci: efektivitas, kearsipan, sistem kearsipan, sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam mendukung kelancaran administrasi pemerintahan desa. Arsip berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi, alat bukti administratif, serta pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Beberapa permasalahan yang sering ditemui meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, belum optimalnya penerapan sistem pengelolaan arsip yang terstandarisasi, serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Desa Panumbangan, yang meliputi proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, penemuan kembali dan pemeliharaan arsip. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengelolaan arsip. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Desa Panumbangan dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Namun demikian, beberapa kendala masih ditemukan, seperti penataan arsip yang belum sepenuhnya sistematis, keterbatasan fasilitas penyimpanan, serta belum adanya sistem pencatatan dan peminjaman arsip yang terstandarisasi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, Kantor Desa telah melakukan sejumlah upaya melalui, penataan ulang arsip, peningkatan ketelitian aparatur desa, serta melakukan perlindungan fisik arsip. Secara keseluruhan, pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Desa Panumbangan menunjukan kemajuan positif, namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut agar dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.
