Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is a producer of urea fertilizer, as well as marketing its own products and other products to customers, namely food farmers, smallholder plantations and smallholder fisheries as a Public Service Obligation (PSO) obligation for subsidized fertilizers and other customers for non-subsidized. The problem faced is regarding inappropriate work postures, causing complaints to employees because some work is done manually with postures that are not in accordance with ergonomic rules. This study aims to identify work postures carried out by employees using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. The results of this study indicate that the 3 employees who were analyzed using the RULA method were obtained for employees in the payroll and HR management unit producing a final score of 7, which means that work attitudes are considered dangerous, then for employees in the industrial relations unit, they produce a final score of 4, which means that work attitudes are at low risk. , and the last on employee insurance and employee welfare produces a final score of 3 which means that work attitudes include those with low risk.

Abstract

Zam-Zam Furniture makes bookshelves, shelves, tables, chairs, beds and wardrobes. Working conditions that threaten the safety and health of employees are considered dangerous. Fatigue or problems with the musculoskeletal system or muscles, such as body aches during work or after work, and muscle aches, are signs of danger to worker safety and health. As work is performed in inappropriate postures repeatedly, employees complain about inappropriate work postures. Most of the work is done manually, violating ergonomic rules. This research aims to determine employee work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. The results show that one of the employees from CV Zam-Zam Furniture who was evaluated using the RULA method got a final score of 7; this shows that their attitude towards their work is in a dangerous state and that they must improve their position immediately. Abstract

A warehouse is a place used to store and store goods owned by a company. There are many activities carried out in the warehouse, starting from the goods data collection process to the goods management process. PT. PKC  is not yet optimal and there are still several problems such as a poor management system and irregular spare parts delivery scheduling. Therefore, the 5S method is needed so that warehouse management can be better and more efficient. There is the  5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu & Shitsuke) which is a management approach to organizing, cleaning, and maintaining an efficient, orderly, and productive work environment. The results of evaluation of 5S implementation in PT warehouse. PKC The assessment of the implementation of Seiri is included in a good classification with a score of 62%, the assessment of the implementation of Seiton is also in a good classification with a score of 67%, the assessment for the implementation of Seiso, is classified as good with a score of 74%, while the assessment for Seiketsu is in a reasonable classification with a score of 50%, and the assessment for the implementation of Shitsuke is categorized as sufficient with a score of 50%. Abstract

Sektor pangan merupakan salah satu sektor utama dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan demikian tingkat produktivitas dan kapabilitas para pelaku usaha di sektor pangan perlu ditingkatkan guna mendukung perekonomian berkelanjutan. Tempe memiliki harga yang terjangkau. Harga yang dirasa masih belum sebanding dengan proses produksi yang lumayan memakan waktu dan jangkauan pemasaran yang masih belum luas, sehingga mengakibatkan kurang seimbangnya proses selama produksi dengan pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh pelaku UKM itu sendiri. Adanya dukungan pemerintah dan para akademisi menjadi harapan tersendiri bagi para pelaku UKM tempe guna meningkatkan produktivitas produksi dan kapabilitas pemasaran produk tersebut agar pendapatan bagi para pelaku UKM dapat meningkat. Dalam hal ini, salah satu UKM tempe yang menjadi mitra dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini aalah UKM tempe Dian jaya yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kotabaru, tepatnya di Jl. Kp. Sukaseuri Barat No.74, di daerah Karawang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan bantuan teknologi inovasi alat produksi dan pemasaran dengan pelatihan agar produktivitas produksi tempe dapat meningkat dan UKM memiliki kapabilitas pemasaran berbasis digital dengan Internet of Things (IoT) yang optimal melalui pendampingan.Kata kunci: Produktivitas Produksi, Digitalisasi Pemasaran

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi suku cadang mobil berupa plastic injection. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tata letak penyimpanan produk di storage dimana kapasitas produksi beberapa part dari customer mengalami peningkatan yang berdampak pada area penyimpanan. Hal ini mengakibatkan adanya produk yang disimpan di temporary area secara random dan mengakibatkan material handling tidak efisien sehingga menghambat operasional pengiriman barang ke customer. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah penempatan produk pada storage finish goods dengan metode dedicated storage, dimana merancang tata letak storage lantai dua yang selesai dibangun degan menempatkan satu produk pada satu lokasi saja dan peletakan produk berdasarkan aktivitas penerimaan dan pengiriman produk terbesar ditempatkan pada lokasi yang paling dekat dengan lifter, sehingga jarak tempuh produk menjadi lebih pendek. Penelitian ini membandingkan 2 layout yaitu layout arus ”L” dan layout arus “U” untuk memperoleh jarak tempuh yang paling kecil. Dari hasil perhitungan yang didapatkan jarak tempuh terkecil yaitu layout arus ”U” dengan 25.479 m, sedangkan jarak tempuh pada layout arus ”L” adalah 27.691 m. Maka dari itu, layout arus U merupakan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi sehingga diharapkan produk yang akan disimpan dapat menempati lokasi yang tetap untuk memudahkan operator dalam menyimpan dan mengambil produk agar aliran produk menjadi lancar

Abstract

In the current era of development, infrastructure is one of the main priorities of various countries, including Indonesia, in order to improve people's mobility. One of the initiatives. The Indonesian government is the Solar Street Lighting (PJU-TS) project, which is implemented by PT. Z as a provider. This study aims to determine the best partner for PT. Z in the Solar Street Lighting (PJU-TS) project in the North Sumatra region using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. PT. Z faces challenges in ensuring that the selected partner is able to meet important criteria such as price, financial capability, experience, and responsibility, considering that several previous partners failed to complete the project on target. Through the AHP method, this study analyzed three partners participating in the tender by conducting pairwise comparisons of each criterion. The results showed that responsibility was the main criterion in selecting a partner, followed by financial capability and experience. Based on the AHP calculation, PT. Organisasi Satu Solusi is a suitable partner to execute this project, as it excels in three main criteria: financial (0.219), experience (0.030), and responsibility (0.076).The AHP method has proven to be effective in facilitating a more structured and accurate decision-making process, providing PT. Z with a tool to select the right partner, thereby reducing the risk of delays and errors in the project. Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Partner Selection, PJU, Responsibility

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is required to maintain product quality to meet standards and reduce the level of defects in the production process. PT OPQ, which is engaged in the production of injection plastics, faces the problem of product defects that can affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Therefore, an in-depth analysis is required to identify the cause of the defect and determine the appropriate improvement strategy. This study uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify the type of product defect, analyze the causative factors, and determine the priority of handling based on the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with the production team, and analysis of production documents during the period from March to April 2024. The results showed that the main defects that occurred included incomplete mold (RPN 294), cracks (RPN 168), curved products (RPN 150), and excessive materials (RPN 100). The main causative factors are lack of material, uneven cooling, and errors in the injection and mold removal process. The application of the FMEA method allows companies to identify critical points in the production process and set more effective improvement priorities. With the improvement based on the results of this analysis, PT OPQ can improve product quality, reduce defect rates, and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. Kinerja yang optimal dan sesuai SOP akan membuahkan hasil yang maksimal. PT.Pupuk Kujang Cikampek merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang transformasi pupuk organik dan organik skala nasional. Pada perusahaan ini terdapat kesenjangan antara beban kerja karyawan dengan jumlah karyawan yang ada. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan pengukuran kerja dengan mengubah beban kerja menjadi jumlah pekerja yang dibutuhkan. Metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) merupakan metode analisis beban kerja dengan cara mengukur waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan dan mengubahnya menjadi nilai indeks FTE. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode FTE diperoleh hasil bahwa beban kerja pada Departemen RHI bervariasi, beban kerja pada satuan kerja TKO sebesar 2,84, satuan kerja TKNO sebesar 3,18, satuan kerja programmer sebesar 1,06, satuan kerja asuransi pegawai sebesar 1, 95, satuan kerja kesejahteraan pegawai sebesar 2,18, satuan kerja pengembangan pegawai sebesar 2,18, satuan kerja administrasi sebesar 1,93, dan satuan kerja staf VP RHI sebesar 0,95. Berdasarkan indeks skor FTE, terdapat saran untuk menambah pegawai pada satuan kerja TKNO Payroll, Kesejahteraan Pegawai, dan Pengembangan Pegawai, dengan menambah 1 pekerja pada setiap satuan kerja.

Abstract

Suppliers act as suppliers of main materials and other additional materials to help with the production process. To get the right supplier, the company selects several suppliers who have product criteria that match the company's needs. So far, supplier selection has been carried out by PT. ABC only uses intuition based on experience working with the supplier and the prices offered. In this incident, a method was proposed that could assist in selecting suppliers according to PT's needs. A B C. An effective way to choose a supplier is to use a decision support system, so that you get the right supplier according to your needs. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method that can be applied. This method is used by weighting the criteria and sub-criteria. The research results found that quality criteria were priority criteria with a weight of 0.380. Sub criteria with their respective weights: H1 = 0.555; K1 = 0.600; P3 = 0.454; S2 = 0.648; D1 and D2 = 0.425. The selected alternative supplier is PT. X which makes it a priority supplier.

Abstract

Background: Salted egg production is one of the processed food sectors with strong market potential but still faces efficiency challenges, particularly in the egg washing stage. SMEs Digdo Bintang Telur in North Cikarang, as the partner in this program, still relied on manual washing methods, limiting production capacity to approximately 200 eggs per day and resulting in a high rate of shell damage. This Community Service Program aims to reduce the time and labor required for egg washing, minimize shell damage through the implementation of an automatic salted egg washing machine, and introduce digitalization in bookkeeping and marketing practices. Method: The implementation methods included socialization, training, machine installation, mentoring, evaluation, and the development of digital bookkeeping and online marketing. The implemented machine was equipped with adjustable speed control, cleaning brushes, inspection lighting to assess egg quality, and an automatic counter for clean and qualified eggs. The results showed a significant improvement, with productivity increasing up to sixteenfold and the rate of shell damage decreasing by 69%. Evaluation of digital bookkeeping revealed improved record accuracy, easier transaction tracking, and faster financial summaries through the use of digital applications and QRIS-based payments. In terms of marketing, analysis of social media reach and engagement (Facebook and Instagram) indicated an increase in online purchases of up to ten orders. Conclusion: This program proved effective not only in enhancing productivity through the innovation of an automatic salted egg washing machine but also in strengthening the partner’s competitiveness through bookkeeping and marketing digitalization.
