Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi womenpreneur di Kota Semarang sebagai upaya pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang dikorelasikan dengan konsep maqasid syari’ah as-syatibi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer (wawancara, observasi) dan data sekunder (kepustakaan, dokumentasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potret womenpreneur di Kota Semarang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Sebagian besar usaha yang dijalankan womenpreneur salah satunya bidang fesyen yang memanfaatkan digitalisasi dalam pemasarannya. Kota Semarang mengalami Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (LPE) yang terus meningkat dari 6,52% di tahun 2018 menjadi sebesar 6,86 % di tahun 2019. Dalam perkembangannya, womenpreneur dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha ekonomi kreatif dapat mensejahterakan perekonomian mereka sekaligus menjadi inspirasi semua pihak untuk menciptakan inovasi, kreatifitas dan mencari motif-motif terbaru dari produk yang akan dipasarkan. Kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas dan omset usaha saja,akan tetapi harus terpenuhinya 5 elemen Maqashid Syariah yaitu menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Hal ini dapat diterapkan dengan cara mengikuti segala perintah Allah dan menjauhi yang diharamkan Allah. Selain itu, hasil dari usaha ekonomi kreatif dapat memenuhi standar dalam penjagaan jiwa dengan menjaga kesehatan agar sekeluarga sehat dan dapat menjalankan aktivitas produksi dengan lancar yang nantinya dijadikan sebagai warisan kepada anak-anaknya kelak ketika sudah dewasa.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia (BI) launched the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) on August 14, 2014 which aims to create a safe, efficient and smooth payment system, which in turn will be able to encourage the national financial system to work effectively and efficiently so as to create an ecosystem. cashless society. Cashless transactions are a form of payment system transformation that has touched various aspects of life, one of which is tourism. The city of Semarang is known as the cleanest tourist destination and is a city that has started implementing a cashless culture in several tourist attractions. However, there are several tourist attractions that still have not implemented the system due to lack of education about the importance of adapting to the times. As experienced by the Grand Maerakaca tourist attraction, which is a business unit owned by PT. PRPP Central Java. The non-enforcement of cashless culture is a problem for Grand Maerakaca tourism objects, especially regarding transparency. Another problem is the prohibition of MSME actors from selling at the Grand Maerakaca tourist attraction for reasons of cleanliness. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using primary data (interviews, observations) and secondary data (libraries, documentaries).

Abstract

Introduction: The rapid development of technology will certainly have a direct impact on the economic aspects of life. The presence of financial technology (fintech) will make it easier to obtain financing in a relatively fast time and easy to use capital. Fintech in Indonesia has given rise to a new innovation, namely sharia fintech. This study aims to determine the potential and challenges of fintech as an economic development effort correlated with sharia principles in encouraging a country's economic growth rate. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach of qualitative descriptive method because this research will explain the facts or symptoms that appear in the development of Islamic fintech in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data collection in the form of news and research journals on the phenomenon of Islamic fintech in Indonesia. Result: The results showed that currently the development of fintech platforms is growing rapidly from 2015. The presence of sharia fintech is a great. Based on OJK data, in 2021 the contribution of the Indonesian fintech industry has reached IDR272.4 trillion. This will certainly be an opportunity for the financial industry, especially sharia. Conclusion: To revolutionize conventional activities into sharia-based digital product service innovations to facilitate the community.

Abstract

The research objective is to explore the impact of halal tourism on halalpreneurs innovation and its contribution to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Semarang City. Using qualitative methods, researchers collected primary data through non-participant observation and interviews with tourism managers, tourists, and MSME players. Secondary data was collected in the form of documentation. The research objects were Old City, MAJT and Marina Beach. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed significantly that halal tourism encourages business innovation among halalpreneurs because of the competitive environment. The innovation is in the form of improving the quality of products, services, and marketing strategies to attract more visitors. Furthermore, halal tourism is able to have a positive impact on sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially SDG 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 17. The implication of this research is to emphasize the importance of the government's role and cooperation between stakeholders in efforts to increase halal tourism, thus encouraging sustainable development in Semarang City
